Abstract

 Klasifikasi bertujuan untuk memisahkan antara jenis-jenis kategori dan label yang telah dibuat. Didalam penelitian ini kami mecoba mengklasifiaksi citra bunga dengan menggunakan proses segmentasi. Segmentasi ini kami gunakan untuk menghilangkan noise yang ada didalam background. Selain itu untuk mendapatkan fitur dari gambar yang kami klasifikasi. Fitur yang kami gunakan adalah eccentricity, perimeter, metric dan area. Setal itu kami proses sehingga mendapatkan nilai. Kami menggunakan 120 gambar dari dataset 17flower dengan 2 jenis bunga berwarna putih dan kuning. Kemudian kami bagi menjadi data training dan data test dengan metode klasifikasi Random forest dan SMO yang diolah dengan skenario 10-fold cross-validation dan 66% split. Hasilnya adalah metode Random forest memiliki akurasi yang terbaik dengan 2 skenario yang berbeda dibandingkan dengan SMO.

Abstract

Deteksi object menjadi hal menarik untuk diteliti, namu deteksi object tidak lepas dari proses segmentasi untuk melepaskan background dengan area penting untuk dideteksi. Dalam peneltiian ini kami menggunakan segmentasi warna YCbCr dengan kluster warna 2 dan 3 dari metode K-Means pada 139 image dari dataset ImageClef2017. Images yang kami ambil memiliki karakteristik background yang kompleks sehingga membutuhkan operator-operator selain metode dari segmentasi warna seperti holes, filter dan openarea. Kami juga menggunakan pendekatan jarak dari Manhattan distance untuk mengkluster warna. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan nilai akurasi terbaik dari kluster-kluster yang kami teliti. Hasil yang kami peroleh adalah kluster 3 mendapatkan akurasi lebih baik dibandingkan kluster 2.

Abstract

Bangka Island has several kinds of tourist attractions, such as natural tourism, historical tourism, cultural tourism and artificial tourism. The names of tourist attractions on Bangka Island still follow the names of the areas where the tourist attractions are located. Unfortunately, many local residents do not acknowledge the origins and meanings of the names of these tourist attractions. There is a need for an in-depth study regarding the naming of tourist attractions on Bangka Island to increase public awareness and the body of knowledge that needs to be preserved to increase tourism potential on Bangka Island. Research on the toponymy of tourist attractions on the island of Bangka uses ethnosemantic methods, and the results are described qualitatively. Ten tourist attractions were selected by random sampling based on the availability of information in the community. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that the names of tourist attractions on Bangka Island consist of three aspects, namely the linguistic aspect, both generic and specific, and the historical aspect of the formation and dynamics of society in the area.

Abstract

Content Based Image Retrieval (CBIR) for image segmentation is a concern this year, especially in the development of computer vision. The object discussed in this study is about interest, which uses a dataset from ImageCLEF2017 by taking 8 flower samples. Image of flowers in the dataset is still a lot of noise such as the initial background behind objects such as leaves, tree trunks or others. So we need a method to eliminate the noise, this method for cleaning noise is done by color clusters using the K-means method. By color clustering using K-Means and using color clusters k=2,3,4,and5. After that, a morphological process is carried out in order to obtain a clean area so that it can be compared with the original image and the Blob values formed. Blob analysis is calculated after the process of cleaning the noise is done in order to get the best value in the process of recognition of images with objects of interest. The results of the segmentation process that have been done are the highest MSE and RMSE values are at k-means results with k=4, while for PNSR are at k=2, and for the lowest MSE and RMSE values are at k=5, while the lowest PNSR is at k=4

Abstract

To achieve the communicative aims well, humans need an ability called pragmatic competence, especially for non-native speakers. One of the fields in which pragmatic competence plays a vital role is politeness. Each area has its own rules for politeness regarding the cultural things, including China. Thus, this study aimed to identify the positive politeness strategies used by Chinese characters in the movie entitled Everything Everywhere All At Once. By using descriptive qualitative method, the researchers took the data in the form of utterances said by the Chinese characters in the movie. From 11 data in total, the most used positive politeness strategy is strategy number 4, namely used in group identity markers. The results showed that the use of the positive politeness strategies by the Chinese characters is influenced by their cultural background. Therefore, they still applied it even when they are speaking in second-language. Keywords: Chinese culture, culture, politeness, positive politeness strategy, second-language.

Abstract

The aim of the study is to analyze Batu Karang Seribu using theory from Vladimir Propp. Batu Karang Seribu is one of the tourist destinations particularly in Kundi village West Bangka Regency hence it is important to study the folktales surrounding it to enhance the site’s popularity. This study applies descriptive qualitative research method using a content analysis approach. This study employs certain characteristics of Propp’s narrative model and applied them in the folklore which aim at finding the morphological reading of the narrative functions. The data were gathered and identified according to the forms of narrative functions. All the categorized contents were analyzed based on the narrative functions and symbols. Based on the analysis, there are 11 functions found in the story. There were the function of Absentation (β1), Delivery (ζ), Reconnaissance (ε), Trickery (η3), Complicity (θ1), Villainy (A14), Meditation (B4), provision of a magical agent (F6), Guidance (G4), struggle (H), and Transfiguration (T). In short, the function is as follows: β1ζεη3θ1A14B4F6G4HT. The function of Struggle (H) and Transfiguration (T) is unusual since the villain is not the one who have combat with the hero but a new character, Pahit Lidah. He defeats the hero by transforming him into a stone.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the implementation of the School Literacy Movement (SLM) as well as its challenges in high schools in Bangka Belitung. The study combined a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Principals, instructors, librarians, and a number of student representatives from grades X through XII from three schools in Kab. Bangka Barat were the subjects of this study. In order to gather data for this study, observation, interviews, and documentation were used. The study's findings demonstrated that the SLM program had not been executed at SMA/MA in Kab. Bangka Barat in the most effective way possible. This was evident from the inadequate preparatory phase, which prevented the SLM program from being implemented to its full potential. The implementation of this SLM remained hampered by a number of challenges, according to this study. These included students' low reading interest, the school's limited supply of reading materials, its lack of time to give students reading assignments, and its inconsistent application. Also, it had not been shown how important parents of students were to the success of this program.

Abstract

Autoimmune diseases occur when the immune system attacks the body’s own tissues, causing serious complications and overlapping symptoms that challenge early detection. This study reviews the use of the K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN) algorithm for classifying autoimmune diseases through a systematic literature review of five articles. Compared to methods like Genetic Algorithms, Support Vector Machines (SVM), and Single Layer Perceptrons (SLP), K-NN shows high accuracy when optimal parameters and neighbor counts are used. However, challenges include sensitivity to imbalanced data and high computational demands for large datasets. Combining K-NN with optimization techniques, such as Genetic Algorithms, enhances accuracy and stability. The study concludes that K-NN is effective for classifying autoimmune diseases, especially with hybrid approaches, and recommends further research with larger datasets.

Abstract

Penggunaan media sosial yang masif di kalangan siswa SMK menimbulkan berbagai tantangan, seperti cyber-bullying, penyebaran hoaks, dan pelanggaran privasi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran siswa terhadap keamanan digital dan menanamkan nilai-nilai etika dalam penggunaan media sosial. Program ini dilaksanakan di SMK Informatika Ciputat dengan pendekatan partisipatif, melibatkan seminar, workshop, dan diskusi interaktif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa siswa memahami konsep keamanan digital, pentingnya etika dalam berinteraksi di media sosial, dan berhasil menciptakan konten positif. Survei evaluasi mencatat peningkatan pemahaman siswa sebesar 85%. Edukasi literasi digital ini efektif dalam mendukung siswa menjadi pengguna media sosial yang bijak dan bertanggung jawab. Abstract

Abstrak−Era digital membutuhkan keterampilan desain grafis yang baik, terutama untuk mendukung dunia pendidikan dan kreativitas siswa. Aplikasi Canva menjadi solusi praktis dalam memperkenalkan konsep desain grafis secara mudah dan menyenangkan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di SMP Islam Al Hikmah Tangerang Selatan, bertujuan meningkatkan literasi desain grafis siswa dengan pendekatan praktis berbasis workshop. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, praktik, dan lomba desain poster. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan desain grafis dan kreativitas siswa.
