Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi informasi di organisasi kadang tidak sesuai dengan harapan, dimana investasi TI yang semakin besar ternyata tidak diikuti dengan dukungan yang semakin besar pula terhadap pencapaian tujuan dan strategi organisasi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu tatakelola TI untuk menjamin dan memastikan bahwa investasi TI yang sudah dikeluarkan oleh organisasi akan sebanding dengan manfaat yang diinginkan untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. COBIT 5 merupakan salah satu framework tata kelola TI yang terdiri dari 37 proses tatakelola yang dimuat dalam empat domain tatakelola TI yaitu Evaluate, Direct, Monitor (EDM), Align, Plain, Organise (APO), Build, Acquire, Implement (BAI) dan Monitor, Evaluate, Assess (MEI). Penilaian kapabilitas proses dilakukan terhadap proses DSS01 (manage operation) pada sebuah organisasi yang telah menerapkan teknologi informasi dalam aktivitas bisnisnya. Penilaian kapabilitas proses DSS01 yang dilakukan, menghasilkan bahwa organisasi studi kasus masih berada pada level 0 dengan base practice 3,16 (Largerly Achieved) dan skala work product 2,98 (Partially Achieved). Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh, dirumuskan langkah-langkah perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan oleh organisasi agar tingkat kapabilitas proses DSS01 dapat meningkat sehingga pemanfaatan TI pada organisasi menjadi lebih optimal sesuai dengan investasi yang dikeluarkan. Abstract

Palm oil is a leading commodity in North Sumatra, but the age of oil palm plants was old and must be immediately rejuvenated From surveys and identification problems of palm oil plantation with farmers in South Kualuh District, North Batu Regency, farmers are constrained by capital and knowledge for oil palm plant rejuvenation. The purpose of this study is to determine the welfare impact of oil palm farmers in the implementation of the smallholder oil palm replanting program (PSR) and determine the factors that influence the impact of smallholder oil palm replanting (PSR) on the welfare of oil palm farmers and will be carried out from March 20 to May 31, 2023. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling with 52 respondents. Data collection method with questionnaires tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis method uses the Paired T test and Multiple Linear Regression Test. The results showed that there was a difference in the average income of farmers before and after participating in the Smallholder Palm Oil Replanting (PSR) program where based on the results of the Paired T test obtained a significance value of ≤ 0.05 and a t-value calculated > t table that shows smallholder oil palm replanting (PSR) can improve the welfare of oil palm farmers. variables Consumption Patterns, FFB Prices, Capital Assistance, and variables The availability of study programs has a significant effect and positive value. However, the variables Land Area and Income have a partial effect and are negative. This shows that the variables of Land Area and Income have a negative or inverse proportion to the Impact of Smallholder oil Replanting (ISR) on the welfare of oil palm farmers in South Kualuh District.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Hiperkolesterolemia merupakan tingginya kadar kolesterol di dalam darah (≥ 200 mg/dL) yang menjadi salah satu faktor risiko terjadinya penyakit jantung koroner. Berdasarkan data Riskesdas Tahun 2013 prevalensi penyakit jantung koroner di Sumatera Barat yaitu 1,2 %, pada tahun 2018 meningkat menjadi 1,6 %. Makanan yang dapat menurunkan kadar kolesterol di dalam darah adalah makanan yang mengandung antioksidan, serat dan protein. Salah satu bahan makanan tersebut adalah kedelai. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian puding kacang kedelai terhadap kadar kolesterol total responden. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pra eksperimen yang dilakukan pada UPTD Laboratorium Kesehatan Daerah Sumatera Barat dengan jumlah sampel 12 orang diambil secara purposive sampling. Pemberian puding kacang kedelai ini selama 7 hari. Data yang diambil adalah hasil pemeriksaan kolesterol total pasien sebelum dan setelah diberikan puding kacang kedelai yang dianalisis menggunakan uji Paired Sample T-test. Hasil: Rata-rata kadar kolesterol total responden sebelum dan setelah diberikan puding kacang kedelai selama 7 hari adalah 254,58 + 34,05 mg/dL dan 244,75 + 35,94 mg/dL. Kesimpulan: Ada perbedaan yang bermakna antara kadar kolesterol responden  sebelum dan setelah diberikan puding kacang kedelai (p = 0,022).  Kata kunci      : Hiperkolesterolemia, Kolesterol Total Darah, Kacang Kedelai

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the implementation of the School Literacy Movement (SLM) as well as its challenges in high schools in Bangka Belitung. The study combined a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Principals, instructors, librarians, and a number of student representatives from grades X through XII from three schools in Kab. Bangka Barat were the subjects of this study. In order to gather data for this study, observation, interviews, and documentation were used. The study's findings demonstrated that the SLM program had not been executed at SMA/MA in Kab. Bangka Barat in the most effective way possible. This was evident from the inadequate preparatory phase, which prevented the SLM program from being implemented to its full potential. The implementation of this SLM remained hampered by a number of challenges, according to this study. These included students' low reading interest, the school's limited supply of reading materials, its lack of time to give students reading assignments, and its inconsistent application. Also, it had not been shown how important parents of students were to the success of this program.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine how the guided inquiry model affected the science process abilities of university students who studied the basic concept of elementary school-level science. This study utilized a type of quasi-experimental research approach called a one group pretest-posttest design to examine the effect of treatment administered to one group before and after the treatment by a test of science process skills questions. Out of the 182 students enrolled in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education Study Program at IAIN Padangsidimpuan, 25 students from the fourth semester of 2022 served as the study's samples. Using a paired sample t-test and the SPSS 22.0 program, the study's findings showed that there was a difference in the science process skill scores of the students between the pre- and post-test results. It was discovered that the paired sample t-test had a significance value of 0.168, which was higher than 0.05. In conclusion, the guided inquiry model assisted with simple scientific KIT media was found to have a significant effect on the science process skill scores of students at PGMI IAIN Padangsidimpuan, especially about temperature and heat materials.  Keywords: guided inquiry, science process skills, simple science media kit

Abstract

The research objective is to analyze the local wisdom-based community economic empowerment model in Nagari Matua Hilia, especially in the tourism sector. This research explores the extent to which the tourism sector contributes to community income and identifies their expectations of universities and the government in fostering tourism development. The method used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach by providing questionnaires to tourism businesses in the region. The results show that some communities have attended tourism business management training, while others have not had access to such training. The majority of available training is organized by the government, with limited involvement from universities and private institutions. In addition, the average income from the tourism business is around 3 million rupiah per month, which still has the potential to be increased. To strengthen local wisdom-based economic empowerment, more comprehensive and sustainable training is needed, including digital marketing strategies, financial management, and local culture-based tourism product innovation. In addition, increased income can be encouraged through the development of more attractive tourist attractions, utilization of digital technology in promotion, and cooperation with various parties. An empowerment model based on local wisdom can be an effective strategy in optimizing the economic potential of the community and making tourism a leading sector in Nagari Matua Hilia.

Abstract

The tightness of one's activities sometimes makes people forget about security and comfort issues such as forgetting to lock the door, forgetting to turn off the lights or other electronic equipment so that it makes the house unsafe and also have an impact on energy waste. This research objective was to design a home security control system using Raspberry Pi connected to several electronic equipment, wifi, and internet communication networks. Remote control and monitoring using a smartphone. The test was carried out on ACS712 current sensor, PIR (Passive Infra Red) sensor, DHT22 temperature and humidity sensor, two lights and one webcam and buzzer. The test results show that the system that is designed can display information on current values, temperature, and humidity and also can control the condition of the house by turning on and off two lights with a 100% success rate. The PIR sensor can detect the movement of people at a maximum distance of 5.5 meters and the webcam manages to capture objects when motion is detected, the notification will automatically be sent to the owner's smartphone and the buzzer will be activated immediately.

Abstract

Landslide is one of the most frequent disasters in Indonesia, especially in hilly areas, valleys, and volcanoes. Geographical conditions that are generally mountainous areas and have slopes make the soil unstable. As a result, when the movement of the land becomes easy to slide. Ground shifts and excessive water content are the main causes of landslides. The landslide disaster can cause many losses, such as to cause loss of life, can disrupt transportation facilities, damage agricultural land, and various other consequences. In this study used sensor MPU6050 and Soil Moisture and NodeMcu sensors to provide early warning of landslides. Linear acceleration is detected by using MPU6050 sensor and will define the ground movement based on the scenarios developed in this study. Soil moisture sensor detects soil moisture. The result of soil movement detection and soil moisture is stored in file storage. When ground detection and soil moisture is greater than 51%, the alarm alert is sent to the user's smartphone with a 100% success percentage.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem minimarket yang dapat bekerja dengan otomatis dengan memanfaatkan smartphone sebagai media pemesanannya. Sistem ini bertujuan mempermudah pelanggan dalam membeli barang tanpa harus repot membawa keranjang belanja, dan juga mencegah serta mengurangi ancaman pencurian. Sistem ini terdiri atas tiga bagian yaitu aplikasi mobile, Prototype alat, dan aplikasi PC. Aplikasi mobile digunakan oleh pelanggan untuk memesan barang dengan cara memindai barcode barang. Prototype alat terdiri dari komponen berupa NodeMCU sebagai inti pemrosesan, motor DC dan motor driver sebagai penggerak barang dan keranjang, serta laser diode dan sensor cahaya sebagai pendeteksi barang dan keranjang yang lewat. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan aplikasi PC dapat memesan barang secara sukses dengan persentase 100% dan dapat memindai barcode dengan kecepatan minimum 0.54 detik pada jarak maksimum 60cm pada barcode 3.5cm x 3.5cm. Kemudian prototype alat dapat membaca data pemesanan secara sukses dengan persentase 100% dan memproses data pemesanan secara sukses dengan persentase 100%. Terakhir aplikasi PC dapat membaca informasi pemesanan melalui masukan nomor keranjang secara sukses dengan persentase 100%.

Abstract

Resepsi merupakan suatu acara yang dihadiri oleh tamu undangan. Ketika memasuki acara resepsi, tamu akan disambut oleh penanti tamu yang akan mempersilahkan tamu untuk mengisi buku tamu dan menyerahkan souvenir kepada tamu. Pada resepsi yang mengundang banyak tamu akan menyebabkan penumpukan antrian tamu di pintu masuk resepsi yang disebabkan oleh waktu yang lama untuk menuliskan nama dan alamat pada buku tamu. Pada penelitian ini dirancang sebuah sistem penerima tamu otomatis pada resepsi dengan cara melakukan pembacaan RFID tag yang ditempelkan ke RFID reader dan menyimpan data tamu ke SD card kemudian souvenir akan keluar secara otomatis. Dengan adanya sistem ini, proses penerimaan tamu resepsi menjadi lebih singkat dan data tamu yang hadir dapat disimpan dan ditampilkan melalui notepad. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sistem dapat membaca dan menyimpan data tamu dengan tingkat keberhasilan 100 %, dengan rata-rata jarak masksimal RFID tag dan RFID reader 2,5 cm. Pengujian secara keseluruhan dari sistem menunjukkan 2 dari 10 kali percobaan tidak berhasil disebabkan oleh souvenir yang tersangkut pada alat pendorong souvenir atau penampung souvenir sehingga souvenir tidak dapat keluar dari alat, namun data tamu berhasil disimpan sesuai dengan RFID tag yang didekatkan ke RFID reader.
