Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of training, compensation and work discipline on work performance. Information obtained from the results of this study can be used as input for further researchers and companies. The population used in the study amounted to 99 people, using a total sampling method with a sample of 89 people. The research data is primary and secondary data, ,primary data obtained from questionnaires given to respondents and secondary data obtained from companies. The analytical model used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis model. To find out the significance of the independent variable partially to the dependent variable used the t test technique. Meanwhile, to determine the effect of the independent variables as a whole on the dependent variable, the F test was used. The results showed that partially the training variable had an influence on the Work Performance variable, compensation had an effect on work performance, whilethe discipline variable had no positive effect on work performance variables. Overall the variables tested are able to explain changes in employee performance.

Abstract

The problem that occurs when prospective high school graduates feel hesitant to choose to become an entrepreneur is they do not have capital, do not have a unique business idea, are not ready for the risks, do not have family support, are unsure of their own abilities, do not know where to start, and want to seek experience. formerly. However, activities to foster interest in entrepreneurship continue to be pursued including double track program activities, which are expected to increase motivation, as well as SMA Muhammadiyah 8 Cerme needs to continue to carry out outreach, seminars, events, other festivals that lead to activities to increase entrepreneurial capacity so that they are increased quality and quantity. Therefore, training in entrepreneurship to innovate through design thinking is important in equipping prospective graduates to have the knowledge and preparation with the best assets they currently have. This activity is intended so that prospective graduates or high school students who have received this socialization will be able to have entrepreneurial skills that are useful when starting a business of their own. This activity was carried out offline at the SMA Muhammadiyah 8 Cerme Gresik location. The method used with socialization is in the form of in-class seminars. The results of the dedication show that the participants have shown a good understanding of the effectuation material presented and the participants are ready to implement it on their current assets, businesses and products.

Abstract

Background – Behavioral phenomenon organizational citizenship behavior of Gresik wheat flour company employees on the indicators of altruism, conscientiousness, civic virtue, and courtesy is indicated to be still quite low, while behavior on sportmanship indicators can be applied properly. Objective – This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior in permanent employees of the Gresik wheat flour company. Design / Methodology / Approach – This research uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 57 respondents using total sampling technique. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires and data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis. Findings – The results showed that organizational culture, organizational commitment and job satisfaction partially had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior in permanent employees of the Gresik wheat flour company. Research Implication – This research can be used as a reference for the Gresik wheat flour company to encourage employee organizational citizenship behavior by strengthening the existing organizational culture within the company and paying attention to factors that can increase employee commitment and satisfaction. Limitations – This research has limitations only in a relatively small sample size, so it is considered less representative.

Abstract

Saat ini persaingan dalam memperoleh peserta didik antara lembaga pendidikan terutama swasta pada tingkat dasar sangat kompetitif hal ini dapat dilihat daribanyaknya lembaga pendidikan yang menerapkan strategi pemasaran untuk menarik calon peserta didik agar target perolehan tercapai. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah salah satunya belum terbedakannya keunggulan dari pesaing melalui strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah sosialisasi pada siswa tim pemasaran penerimaan siswa baru di Majelis Dikdasmen PNF Cabang Muhammadiyah Gresik. Kegiatan ini memiliki beberapa output yang diharpakan mampu meningkatkan kompetensi tim pemasaran, yakni diharapkan pengetahuan dan kompetensi menjual peserta meningkat. Metode yang digunakan adalah adalah dengan metode sosialiasi melalui seminar dalam kelas. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah para peserta dapat mengetahui tentang konsep-konsep strategi pemasaran yakni segmenting targeting dan positioning termasuk salling skill. Para peserta dapat memperbarui pengetahuan pemasarannya yang dapat diimplementasikan pada praktek sehari-hari dalam memasarkan sekolah sebagai bagian bagaimana mendapatkan peserta didik yang sesuai target.

Abstract

The increasingly advanced development of the times has made competition in the business world very rapid. This requires companies to be able to increase their competitiveness in maintaining the company's survival. The capabilities of human resources must be provided with good facilities to be able to produce quality output. Quantitative research methods were used in this research. Researchers collected data from respondents using questionnaires. The population of this research is employees of PT. XYZ, the number of samples in this study was 64 people. The results of this research show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Work Discipline Variables, Work Motivation Variables and Work Environment Variables have a simultaneous effect on employee performance

Abstract

Penelitian Studi Kasus : PT. Sumber Mas Indah Plywood Kab. Gresik. “Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Punishment terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan PT. Sumber Mas Indah Plywood. PT. Sumber Mas Indah Plywood selalu memberikan keuntungan pada seluruh pelanggan dengan standar kualitas tinggi dari hasil produksi plywood, wood working, dan secondary process yang didukung sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dibidangnya, serta mesin-mesin berteknologi tinggi guna memperoleh produk yang berkualitas serta menjada efisiensi dan efektifitas kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan punishment terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Sumber Mas Indah Plywood. Sampel menggunakan metode random sampling yaitu merupakan karyawan PT. Sumber Mas Indah Plywood sebanyak 78 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis dengan model SEM SMARTPLS 4.0. Dan hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Sumber Mas Indah Plywood, disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Sumber Mas Indah Plywood, dan punishment tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Sumber Mas Indah Plywood

Abstract

Background – In the current era of globalization, business competition is increasingly fierce and has a significant impact on economic development. Global economic instability ultimately creates challenges in national economic development, especially in the ability of the business sector to develop and maintain its business prospects. Based on data from the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI), there are 32 companies in the consumer services sub-sector in the 2018-2022 period that are indicated to be experiencing financial distress. Objective – This research aims to determine the effect of return on equity, current ratio and debt to equity ratio on financial distress in consumer services sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in 2018 – 2022. Design / Methodology / Approach – The research method uses quantitative research methods with a sample of 105 companies using purposive sampling technique. The analytical tool used is logistic regression using the SPSS 25 program. Findings – The results of this research show that return on equity has no negative effect on financial distress, current ratio has no positive effect on financial distress, debt to equity ratio has no negative effect on financial distress. Research Implication – This research can help company managers in designing more effective financial strategies and these findings can provide insight to investors in choosing shares or companies that have a lower risk of financial distress. Investors can use it to analyze the company's financial health before investing. Limitations – This research was only conducted on sub-consumer service companies and used several limited sector variables so it did not cover all important aspects in assessing financial distress. Abstract

Background – The ever-evolving era of globalization, accompanied by the continuous improvement of telecommunication network services worldwide, including in Indonesia, has driven telecommunication companies to compete for profits. The growth of the telecommunication sector, further supported by the Covid-19 pandemic, sets it apart from other sectors, which generally experienced declines under the same conditions. Objective – To determine the influence of the Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Total Assets Turnover on Return on Assets (ROA). Design / Methodology / Approach – This study was conducted on telecommunication sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period, with a research sample of 10 companies. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique applied was multiple linear regression. Findings – The partial test shows that the Current Ratio (CR) variable does not have a significant effect on the Return on Assets (ROA) variable. Meanwhile, the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) variables significantly influence the Return on Assets (ROA) variable. Simultaneous testing results indicate that the CR, DER, and TATO variables collectively affect ROA. Research Implication – Reevaluating financial ratio values that are deemed unsatisfactory to facilitate assessment and improvement while maintaining or even enhancing the company's performance is crucial to achieving favorable financial ratios in terms of liquidity, solvency, activity, and profitability. This ensures that investors and creditors feel confident in investing or lending their capital to the company. Limitations – The test results show that 27.8% of the variation in the Return on Assets (ROA) variable can be explained. Since some variables were found to have no significant effect, it is recommended to consider the potential influence of other variables, such as inventory turnover, cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover, working capital, and others.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of product quality and price perception on purchasing decisions through customer satisfaction at PT. Local Source of Mas Indah Plywood. This research is quantitative descriptive research. The research was conducted at PT. Sumber Mas Indah Plywood Plywood Solution division. The sample in this study amounted to 190 respondents. Sampling used purposive sampling technique and the analytical tool used was Path Analysis, which was previously carried out by classical assumption tests. The data collection technique was carried out using the questionnaire method. Data analysis using SPSS 25. The results of hypothesis testing using the t test partially show that service quality, product quality and price perception influence customer satisfaction and purchasing decisions. In the analysis of the coefficient of determination, an Adjusted R Square value of 0.920 was obtained, indicating that 92% of customer satisfaction can be explained by the two independent variables in the regression equation, while the remaining 8% is explained by variables outside the research model. and the Adjusted R Square value is 0.979, which shows that 97,9% of purchasing decisions can be explained by the two independent variables in the regression equation. Meanwhile, the remaining 2,1% is explained by variables outside the research model.
