This study investigates the impact of job rotation and organizational culture on employee performance at PT Bringin Karya Sejahtera, a B2B marketplace company located in Central Jakarta. The background of the study highlights the increasing importance of human resources management and employee adaptability in a competitive and dynamic business environment. The research aims to (1) examine the effect of job rotation on employee performance, (2) analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, and (3) assess the simultaneous impact of both variables on work performance. Using a quantitative approach, the study employed a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 93 employees. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26. The results show that both job rotation and organizational culture have significant and positive effects on employee performance. The t-test results indicate that job rotation and organizational culture individually influence performance, while the F-test confirms a joint effect of both variables. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.877 suggests that 87.7% of the variation in employee performance is explained by the two independent variables, with the remaining 12.3% attributed to other factors not examined in this study. These findings suggest that effective job rotation programs and a strong organizational culture can enhance employee productivity and organizational success.

Abstract

This study developed an innovative learning model that integrates Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), Extended Reality (XR), and Project-Based Learning (PjBL) for pre-service teachers in the Cultural Arts PPG program. Employing the ADDIE framework, the research focused on the Analysis, Design, and Development phases. Twenty-four PPG students participated in the pilot phase. Findings revealed a lack of immersive learning media to support empathy, reflection, and emotion regulation in teaching practice. The designed model integrated XR-based simulations and PjBL to foster interactive and reflective learning. A Virtual Lab prototype was created featuring scenario-based SEL tasks and collaborative art projects. Expert reviews and alpha testing demonstrated increased student engagement, improved emotional awareness, and readiness to apply SEL principles in real classroom contexts. This model contributes to equipping future educators with adaptive, empathetic professional identities and highlights the potential of technology-enhanced pedagogies in teacher education.

The presence of various political movements lately indicates a new appearance in the Indonesian middle class. Muhammadiyah in various previous studies has always been associated with the sociological class of the Indonesian middle class. Analysis of the middle class is always placed as "relaxed class" or "spoiled class". However, in recent cases, the class has transformed itself into a strong actor from the extra-parliamentary political arena that is able to influence political succession. This article uses the perspective of cyberactivism to elaborate more deeply on the potential of Muhammadiyah's political activism in the 2019 political year.
