Abstract

Pencapaian tugas dan tujuan organisasi pemerintahan yang baik tidak hanya tergantung pada peralatan modern, sarana dan prasarana yang lengkap, tetapi lebih tergantung pada manusia yang melaksanakan pekerjaan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja anggota secara simultan, mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja anggota secara parsial, mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja anggota secara parsial, dan mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja anggota secara parsial. Penelitian dilakukan pada pada angota Pusat Peralatan TNI Angkatan Darat. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode random sampling dengan melibatkan sebanyak 69 anggota. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi. Berdasarkan pada analisis data diketahui bahwa Variabel kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja personil secara simultan. Pada tabel ANOVA diperoleh nilai signifikansi (Sig.) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak artinya variabel kepemimpinan (X1), disiplin kerja (X2) dan budaya organisasi (X3) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja anggota (Y). Kepemimpinan harus mendapatkan perhatian organisasi dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja anggota.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between the capital structure (debt to equity ratio, or DER) of PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk (BNI) and its expansion potential (sales growth), firm size (size), asset structure, and profitability (return on assets, or ROA). The period covered by this investigation is 2014–2022. Secondary information from financial reports accessible at www.idnfinancials.com, www.bni.co.id, and www.idx.co.id on the internet. The method used is multiple regression analysis, where profitability, asset structure, business size, and growth prospects are the independent components and capital structure is the dependent variable. The classic assumption test includes the following criteria: autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and normality. To assess the hypothesis, multiple regression analysis and the partial test (t-test) are then employed. The findings show that capital structure is significantly and negatively impacted by profitability, as shown by the values of tcount> ttable (-37.203 > 2.028); capital structure is significantly and negatively impacted by asset structure (-50.337 > 2.028); capital structure is significantly and positively impacted by company size (1. 808E-009 > 2.028); and capital structure is positively and significantly impacted by growth opportunity (3.195 > 2.028). In addition, there is a R Square value of 79.8% and a value of Fcount> Ftable (30.695 > 2.48).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of institutional ownership, independent board of commissioners, and profitability on tax avoidance in technology companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2021-2023 period. The research method used is quantitative with secondary data analysis from financial reports published through the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. Analysis techniques include descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. The results of the study partially show that Institutional Ownership has a significant but negative effect on tax avoidance with a t-value of -6.350 and a significance of 0.028, which is greater than 0.05. The Independent Board of Commissioners has a significant but negative effect on tax avoidance, reflected in the t-value of -5.395 and a significance of 0.034, which is greater than 0.05. Likewise, profitability has a significant but negative effect on tax avoidance with a t-value of -1.758 and a significance of 0.048 greater than 0.05. Simultaneous analysis shows that the combination of these three variables as a whole has a significant effect on tax avoidance. In conclusion, each variable partially and simultaneously shows a significant influence on tax avoidance, which indicates that these factors need to be considered in the company's strategy related to tax avoidance. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan kompetensi dan remunerasi terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Sekretariat Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Laut. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 77 pegawai yang dipilih secara acak dari populasi 332 pegawai menggunakan rumus Slovin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN dengan koefisien determinasi 79,6% (thitung = 17,402 > ttabel = 1,660). Remunerasi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN dengan koefisien determinasi 66,6% (thitung = 5,257 > ttabel = 1,660). Secara simultan, pengembangan kompetensi dan remunerasi memiliki pengaruh yang sangat kuat terhadap kinerja ASN dengan nilai R Square sebesar 80,8%. Uji F menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan (Fhitung = 156,143 > Ftabel = 2,730; p < 0,05).

Abstract

Amid the rapid currents of globalization and technological advancement, the success of an organization greatly depends on the quality of its employees, whose performance can be enhanced through strong motivation, proper training, and inspiring leadership. This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, training, and leadership on employee performance at PT Anugrah Multi Kreasindo. The research population consisted of 250 employees, with a sample of 100 respondents determined using a probability sampling technique with the simple random sampling method. Data were collected through questionnaires and observations. This study employed a descriptive quantitative approach, with data analyzed using SPSS version 20. The results of the study indicate that motivation, training, and leadership have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These findings suggest that improvements in motivation, effective training, and strong leadership can enhance the performance of employees at PT Anugrah Multi Kreasindo.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of salary increase and loyalty on the performance of members at the Pusdik Polair Lemdiklat Polri Work Unit. The phenomenon that underlies this study is the finding of Polri members with suboptimal performance levels, even though the policy of salary increase and performance allowances has been implemented. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative research type. A sample of 50 respondents was determined through a simple random sampling technique from a population of 100 members. Data were collected using a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale, and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 20 program. The results of the study indicate that partially and simultaneously, salary increase and loyalty have a positive and significant effect on member performance. This study emphasizes the importance of compensation management and loyalty development as a strategy to improve institutional performance.

Abstract

To be able to know and analyze the influence of Work Professionalism on Employee Performance. To be able to know and analyze the influence of Facilities and Infrastructure on Employee Performance. To be able to know and analyze simultaneously or together how much influence Work Professionalism and Facilities and Infrastructure have on Employee Performance at the Harbormaster and Port Authority Office Class III Sunda Kelapa. The population in the study at the Harbormaster and Port Authority Office Class III Sunda Kelapa there were 67 employees as the population. So the sampling technique in this study the author used the Total Sampling technique or overall there were 67 population people who were sampled 100% or 67 employees. Positive influence of Work Professionalism on Employee Performance obtained a partial value of 0.928 meaning there is a very strong influence or influence with a determination coefficient of 86.1%. This is proven by the hypothesis test of the variable of Work Professionalism on Employee Performance obtained a value of to = 6.869 > t0.05 (65) = 1.670, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning there is a very significant effect. Based on the calculation results, there is a positive effect of Facilities and Infrastructure on Employee Performance, a partial value of 0.863 is obtained, meaning there is a very strong effect or its effect with a coefficient of determination of 74.5%. This is proven by the hypothesis test of the variable of Facilities and Infrastructure on Employee Performance, obtaining a value of to = 3.474 > t0.05 (65) = 1.670, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning there is a significant effect. Simultaneously the positive influence of the variables of Work Professionalism and Facilities and Infrastructure on the variable of Employee Performance with a simultaneous correlation value or Model Summary produces an R value of 0.916 and while the R Square value is 0.839 or 83.9%, this can be stated that the results of the analysis together the variables of Work Professionalism and Facilities and Infrastructure on the variable of Employee Performance have a very strong influence. Proven through the results of the F test (ANOVA) or F count obtained a value of 18.255 which is greater than F table (66) of 2.750 with a significant level of 0.000 because 0.000 <0.05, then it can be said that the variables of Work Professionalism and Facilities and Infrastructure together or simultaneously on Employee Performance have a significant influence.

Abstract

Disiplin adalah merupakan suatu usaha mencegah terjadinya pelanggaran-pelanggaran terhadap ketentuan yang telah disetujui Bersama. Pengembangan karir adalah suatu usaha untuk meningkatkan kemampuan teknik, teoritis, konseptual, dan moral karyawan melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Disiplin Kerja dan Pengembangan Karier Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Admiral lines Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan teknik Total Sampling atau secara keseluruhan populasi di jadikan sampel ada 42 orang karyawan mengacu pada rumus Arikuinto, 2017, jadi diperoleh sampel 42 orang sampel. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan terdapat pengaruh positif antara variabel disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan diperoleh nilai parsial sebesar 0,949 berarti ada pengaruh kuat atau pengaruhnya dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 90,1%. Hal ini di buktikan dengan uji hipotesis variabel disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan diperoleh nilai thihung = 8.287 > t0,05 (40) = 1,684, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima berarti berpengaruh sangat signifikan. Berpengaruh positif antara pengembangan karier terhadap kinerja karyawan diperoleh nilai parsial sebesar 0,855 berarti ada pengaruh sangat kuat atau pengaruhnya dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 73,1%. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji hipotesis variabel pengembangan karier terhadap kinerja karyawan diperoleh nilai thitung = 4,820> t0,05 (40) = 1,684, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima berarti berpengaruh signifikan. Dibuktikan dengan uji F (ANOVA) atau Fhitung variabel disiplin kerja dan pengembangan karier secara bersama-sama atau simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan diperoleh nilai sebesar 180,421 dimana lebih besar dari Ftabel (41) sebesar 2,830 dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,000 karena 0,000 < 0,05, maka dapat dikatakan terdapat pengaruh signifikan.

Abstract

In the study, the population was the Air Crew of the Air Police Directorate totaling 200, a sample of 20% of the population of 40 people. The t-value for X1 (Work-Life Balance) was 2.691, the t-table value for N = 40 was 2.021. So 2.691> 2.021, because t count> t table, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, it is concluded that Work-Life Balance (X1) has an influence on Work Commitment, The t-value for variable X2 (Job Stress) was 2.573, while the t-table value for N = 40 was 2.021. So 2.573> 2.021, because t count> t table, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, it can be concluded that Work Stress (X2) has a good influence in improving service quality, This is evident from the results obtained that the t-value is greater than the t-table value. In the ANOVA results above, it shows the F count value for both variables, namely Work-Life Balance (X1) and Job Stress (X2), the F count value is 7.860. While F table ( 0.05) N = 40 is 2.84. So F count > F table or 7.860 > 2.84. Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that between Work Life Balance and Job Stress together (simultaneously) have a good effect in increasing Work Commitment. This is proven by the calculated F value obtained is greater than the F table value that has been set. The R value (large) shows the combined relationship between the two independent variables X1 and X2 to the dependent variable Y is 0.546. This shows that the two independent variables, namely X1 and X2, together have a significant relationship of 54.6%. The remaining 45.4% is related to other factors. And the R Square value of 0.298 means that the two variables X1 and X2 together have an effect of 29.8% and the remaining 70.2% is influenced by other factors not observed by the author.
