Abstract

Apotek Farmata is a pharmacy that sells various kinds of medicinal equipment. With these drugs, consumers can find the drugs they need. The problem that is currently occurring at the Farmata Pharmacy is that the Pharmacy Admin does not know exactly how many drugs will be ordered for the following month, this has resulted in some drug requests by customers not being fulfilled because drug supplies cannot meet consumer demand. Based on the above problems, the solution offered is an application for recording drug in and out transactions which will be integrated with the Single Exponential Smoothing method. The Single Exponential Smoothing method is a method used to forecast the average drug demand data every month and is not influenced by trends or seasons. In this study, the Single Exponential Smoothing method is used because the level of error is relatively small. This is done so that the drug does not pass the expiration date. The application produced in this study is the application of recording transactions in and out of and forecasting drugs at Pharmacies Farmata using Single Exponential Smoothing. The results of application testing with black-box testing are that every function of the application is running well.

Abstract

Abstract

Livelihood Strategy is an activity or effort to be able to meet the needs of life. Thispaper is intended to explain the strategy for meeting the needs of life (Livelihood Strategy)for the people of Gajeboh Village. Gajeboh Village is one of the villages located in KanekesVillage, Leuwidamar District, Kab. Lebak, Banten. This study aims to determine theimplementation of the Livelihood Strategy in Gajeboh Village which consists of the livingconditions of the people of Gajeboh Village during the Covid-19 pandemic, theimplementation of the Livelihood Strategy of the people of Gajeboh Village, and themechanism of the Livelihood Strategy of the people of Gajeboh Village. This research wasconducted on 5-7 November 2021 on a Field Trip activity in Gajeboh Village, KanekesVillage, Leuwidamar District, Lebak Regency, Banten. In this study, the researcher used aqualitative descriptive research method. Collecting data using interactive techniquesconsisting of in-depth interviews, role-playing observations, and documentation with fourresource persons regarding the implementation of the Livelihood Strategy in GajebohVillage, Kanekes Village, Leuwidamar District, Kab. Lebak, Banten. The data were analyzedusing three activity lines in interactive data analysis, namely data reduction (data editor),data display (data presentation), conclusion drawing/verification. The Covid-19 pandemichas had a negative impact on the economy of the people of Gajeboh Village Baduy in theprocess of market mechanisms and decreasing tourist visits. However, in daily life, especiallyin terms of meeting needs, it does not have a significant impact. The people of GajebohVillage Baduy implement a livelihood strategy by utilizing five capitals consisting of humancapital, natural capital, financial capital, social capital, and physical capital. Theconstruction of the application of the five social capitals is a contributor to the ongoingmechanism of the livelihood strategy, namely intensification, extensification, diversification, and spatial engineering. The four models serve as indicators for the implementation of the“Farm” strategy, which consists of the “On-Farm” strategy of combining intensification andextensification, and the “Non-Farm” strategy of combining diversification and spatialengineering.

Abstract

The use of external magnetic fields is very influential in TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding because it can disrupt the stability of the electric arc formed between the tungsten electrode and the base metal. Magnetic fields can cause the arc to distort or shift, resulting in uneven and low quality welds. TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) is a welding method that uses a non-melting tungsten electrode to produce a weld. This study aims to determine the effect of external magnetic field on the quality of TIG welding results. This research uses the TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding process on low carbon steel material with speed variations of 4 mm/s, 6 mm/s, 8 mm/s and 10 mm/s and uses 2 Neodymium type external magnetic fields. Tests carried out on the results of welding joints are Vickers hardness test, micro & macro structure test. The highest hardness test value was obtained in the 4 mm/s welding speed variation using 2 external magnetic fields with a hardness value of 187.388 HVN. Microstructure testing shows that the base metal contains ferrite and pearlite structures. In the HAZ (Heat Affected Zone) area there are ferrite, pearlite and martensite structures. Macro structure testing shows several welding defects, including porosity, imperfect penetration, underfill and irregular surface. The use of two external magnetic fields can affect the results of TIG welding itself, such as deepening the penetration of welding so as to produce a good welding joint. Some things you should pay attention to if you don't want welding defects to occur are paying attention to the distance between the electric arc and the material, and the torch must be parallel to the welding line.
