Abstract

The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach, because this study aims to describe the linguistic fault lines in the descriptive essay done by the students of Chinese Education Department of  University state of Surabaya academic year 2012. In this research, there are 53 essays written by 53 respondent. Data analysis was initiated by identifying the mistakes in syntax and lexicon of descriptive essay in Mandarin, then classify these forms of error into linguistic taxonomy, and concluded the factors that cause errors speak.The results of this study consists of three parts. The first part is finding a syntax error in the form of a descriptive essay in Mandarin, which forms a syntax error in the preparation of fungtor language of Mandarin, some 5 grains fault error. Furthermore, the use of particles in Mandarin improper, some 9 points of error. The latter syntax error is improper preparation of the sentence as much as 82 grains of error. Where errors in grammar occur due to the authors make a mistake that the order of words in reverse. In addition there is also a mistake lexicon, namely in the form of improper use of the word as much as 134 grains contained errors. The latter is a global and a local fault. Globally there are 8 points errors and locally there are 6 items mistake. Factors causing the linguistic fault lines obtained from interviews of respondents stated that when studying Mandarin, the most difficult thing to learn is the grammar. This isproved by the number of 8 respondents who answered grammar is the hardest less onto learn. Then the tone and word pronunciation difficulties as many as seven people. The latter as much as 3 respondents said things that are difficult to study in Mandarin is writing Chinese characters. Recently, there were14 respondents who were not able to give an example of the full text of some kind of sentence filed by the researcher to the respondents.

Abstract

Dewasa ini, Youtube menjadi salah satu media pembelajaran berbasis internet yang banyak digunakan. Saat mengikuti Praktik Keterampilan Mengajar (PKM) di SMK Negeri 41 Jakarta, peneliti memanfaatkan Youtube Little Fox Chinese dalam pembelajaran kosakata bahasa Mandarin. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana pemanfaatan Youtube Little Fox Chinese pada PKM mata pelajaran bahasa Mandarin di SMK Negeri 41 Jakarta. Lingkup pemanfaatan dalam penelitian ini mencakupi perencanaan dan pelaksanaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode wawancara dan observasi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah kondisi pembelajaran bahasa Mandarin saat kegiatan PKM di kelas X SMK Negeri 41 Jakarta pada semester ganjil 2022/2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, terdapat 7 video Youtube Little Fox Chinese yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran kosakata bahasa Mandarin di SMK Negeri 41 Jakarta. Video yang digunakan mampu membantu peserta didik dalam menghafal dan menguasai kosakata bahasa Mandarin serta memberikan kesan bahwa belajar bahasa Mandarin menyenangkan. Nowadays, Youtube is one of the most widely used internet-based learning media. While participating in the Teaching Skills Practice (PKM) at Vocational High School 41 Jakarta, researchers utilized Youtube Little Fox Chinese in learning Chinese vocabulary. The purpose of this study is to describe how the utilization of Youtube Little Fox Chinese in the PKM of Mandarin subject at Vocational High School 41 Jakarta. The scope of utilization in this study includes planning and implementation. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with interview and observation methods. The data source in this study is the condition of Chinese learning during PKM activities in class X of Vocational High School 41 Jakarta in the odd semester of 2022/2023. The results showed that there are 7 Youtube videos of Little Fox Chinese used in learning Chinese vocabulary at Vocational High School 41 Jakarta. The videos used are able to help students memorize and master Chinese vocabulary and give the impression that learning Chinese is fun.

Abstract

This research examines social media, which is a digital platform that provides various facilities for social activities, such as communicating or sharing content in the form of videos or photos. This research is motivated by the large number of social media that promote online Mandarin learning or provide knowledge related to Mandarin for free. So it needs to be studied to find out whether the use of social media can be beneficial in terms of enriching vocabulary, improving four Mandarin language skills, or other benefits. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collection technique in this research uses survey techniques via questionnaires. The results of this research show that many students use Instagram as a medium for learning Mandarin. Apart from that, students also mentioned that Instagram has many benefits in helping students' learning process. The conclusion is that Instagram media is widely used by respondents to help students learn Mandarin, because Instagram has many very useful features, which makes students interested in learning Mandarin using Instagram.

Abstract

Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa Mandarin, Universitas Negeri Jakarta telah bekerja sama dengan Hebei International Studies University sejak tahun 2022. Pada tahun 2024 ini, Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa Mandarin melihat peluang dalam pengembangan bahasa Indonesia bagi pebelajar asing, terutama pebelajar dari Cina. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini meningkatkan kemampuan keterampilan berbicara pebelajar pebelajar BIPA. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat diawali dengan observasi dan analisis kebutuhan kegiatan. Dalam kegiatan ini diidentifikasi permasalahan yang ada dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di Hebei International Studies University. Pemberian solusi terhadap permasalahan ini adalah dengan memberikan pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran langsung (direct method), Drill, Metode Audio-Lingual dan Penugasan dalam hal meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa dalam hal berbicara. Adapun hasil pada pemahaman bahasa pebelajar, dapat diketahui masih adanya kekurangpahaman arti dari kosakata yang dipaparkan dalam media pembelajaran. Hasil yang dicapai dalam kegiatan pengembangan kemampuan berbicara pebelajar selama tiga hari ialah adanya peningkatan kelancaran berbicara terkait materi prolog yang telah diajarkan dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Hal tersebut dianalisi menggunakan sistem penilaian dari hasil pengamatan dan hasil penugasan serta tes yang dilakukan oleh pebelajar selama tiga hari

Abstract

Digitalisasi dalam dunia pendidikan telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam proses pembelajaran, termasuk dalam evaluasi materi. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk membekali peserta, khususnya tenaga pendidik, dengan keterampilan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI) guna meningkatkan efektivitas evaluasi pembelajaran. Melalui metode ceramah, demonstrasi, tanya jawab, dan praktik, peserta diperkenalkan dengan aplikasi Wordwall.net, yang memungkinkan pembuatan evaluasi digital secara interaktif dan menarik. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa peserta tidak hanya memahami konsep digitalisasi dalam pendidikan, tetapi juga mampu mengimplementasikannya dalam pembuatan alat evaluasi yang lebih fleksibel dan dinamis. Sesi praktik memberikan pengalaman langsung bagi peserta dalam menyusun kuis dan latihan menggunakan Wordwall.net, sehingga meningkatkan pemahaman mereka tentang pemanfaatan teknologi dalam dunia pendidikan. Pelatihan ini berhasil memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan baru dalam pemanfaatan teknologi AI untuk evaluasi pembelajaran. Dengan penerapan inovasi ini, diharapkan tenaga pendidik dapat menciptakan metode pembelajaran yang lebih efektif, interaktif, dan relevan dengan perkembangan teknologi digital saat ini
