Abstract

There are many factors that determine the success of vocational or vocational education, this research focuses on leadership factors in vocational education in the 4.0 education era. This research then examines matters relating to what are digital opportunities related to the presence of the 4.0 education era and analyzes the challenges that may be an obstacle to picking up opportunities or conveniences in the current digital era. The method used in this study is library research using three main stages in analyzing articles, starting from the stage of collecting, integrating and finally identifying the summary of the articles being analyzed. The results of this study reveal that transformational leadership, digital tools in the form of interactive multimedia and obstacles that often hinder education 4.0 such as internet access are the main points that often arise in answering research questions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of changes in ignition timing on power, torque and fuel consumption on a Honda Supra X 125 CC. This study used an experimental research method. The object of this research is a motorcycle Supra X 125 CC that uses premium fuel RON 88, pertalite RON 90 and pertamax RON 92 with a standard ignition time of 15 ° before TDC, 16 ° before TDC and 17 ° before TDC. The research instruments used were a chassis dynamometer, timing light, fuel meter and a stopwatch. Data analysis using descriptive method. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the use of pertalite fuel with a change in ignition time of 17 ° before TDC can increase the power at 9.87 HP, up by 1.25%, torque at 1.18 kgf / m or an increase of 1.70% and fuel consumption increases as the time / angle of ignition advances.

Abstract

Pandemi covid 19 telah mengganggu pembelajaran konvensional, dibutuhkan solusi yang dapat meminimalisir terjadinya pertemuan tatap muka. Aktivitas belajar mengajar yang dilakukan secara daring adalah salah satu pilihan untuk merespon permasalahan yang tengah dihadapi pendidikan kejuruan pada saat sekarang. Berbagai macam media pembelajaran dimanfaatkan untuk mendukung terlaksananya pembelajaran secara daring. Fenomena yang terjadi saat ini perlu untuk dikaji sesuai dengan kaidah pembelajaran, yang ditinjau dari berbagai media pembelajaran yang digunakan pada pendidikan kejuruan kemudian mengaitkannya dengan makna pembelajaran berdasarkan philosophy TVET. Metode yang digunakan memakai pendekatan kualitatif berupa studi literatur dengan cara mengumpulkan jurnal/karya ilmiah tentang media pembelajaran daring yang diaplikasikan oleh pendidikan kejuruan dalam proses belajar mengajar. Selanjutnya peneliti mengidentifikasi media pembelajaran daring yang dimanfaatkan oleh pendidikan kejuruan dimaknai dari sisi philosophy TVET dan hubungan peserta didik dengan sarana pembelajaran daring dalam aktivitas pembelajaran. Dari hasil kajian yang telah diidentifikasi bahwa media pembelajaran daring tersebut sudah memperantarai aktivitas belajar secara kualitatif.
