Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) Curriculum in the PTIK program. This study uses a qualitative approach to the case study at Bung Hatta University. The research data is in the form of the evaluation of the MBKM Curriculum Implementation using the CIPP model. This study collected data through literature studies and interviews with students, lecturers, and heads of PTIK study programs. Evaluation is carried out on the dimensions of the context, input, process, and products of the MBKM curriculum. Evaluation data analysis was conducted with context evaluation, input evaluation, process evaluation, and product evaluation. The research results show that evaluation of the independent curriculum using the CIPP model in the Bung Hatta University PTIK study program by systemizing the evaluation context, input, process, and product evaluation: The context of the curriculum in the PTIK study program is by formulating identification and objectives rather than implementing an independent curriculum. The input step in the Bung Hatta University PTIK Study Program is carried out by analyzing the curriculum's design and structure, reviewing the lecture material offered, and evaluating Human Resources. The evaluation process reviews the independent curriculum, the obstacles encountered while using the curriculum, how students participate, and internal and external responses. Product evaluation is carried out by identifying the results and impacts of the MBKM curriculum, reviewing successes, and identifying the relevance and quality of graduates.

Abstract

Pencapaian hasil belajar menjadi tolak ukur capaian siswa dalam kelas terutama, hasil ujiannya dari diambil dari nilai akhir semester menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman siswa masih belum mencapai standar nilai minimal yang ditetapkan. Berdasarkan informasi yang ada, kesimpulannya adalah bahwa pencapaian Prestasi pembelajaran di ruang kelas XI Teknologi Las di SMKN 2 Sumbar dengan menerapkan pendekatan pembelajaran SMAW tidak sesuai dengan yang telah ditentukan harapan. Pendekatan penelitian tindakan kelas digunakan sebagai metode utama yang melibatkan 26 siswa kelas XI Teknik Pengelasan sebagai subjek penelitian. Proses penelitian berlangsung selama bulan Oktober-November 2023 dan terdiri dari tiga siklus. Instrumen penelitian mencakup soal ujian secara objektif digunakan dalam menilai kemampuan kognitif siswa, sedangkan lembar pengamatan proyek digunakan untuk mengevaluasi aspek psikomotorik. Selain itu, lembar Pengamatan dimanfaatkan sebagai cara untuk mengevaluasi keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil monitoring setiap perputaran menunjukkan peningkatan hasil pembelajaran dan Perkembangan kegiatan pembelajaran siswa dari satu putaran ke putaran berikutnyaDalam putaran awal, nilai rata-rata mencapai 71,43, mencapai 76,73 dalam putaran kedua, dan mencapai 79,23 pada siklus ketiga. Persentase ketuntasan klasikal pada siklus 1 sebesar 33,46%, mengalami peningkatan mencapai 76,92% pada putaran 2, dan mencapai 88,46% pada putaran 3. Indikator keberhasilan penelitian ditetapkan sebesar 75 dengan ketuntasan klasikal minimal 75%, dapat disimpulkan implementasi pembelajaran basis projek dalam pelajaran Las SMAW di SMA terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi, partisipasi aktif, dan capaian pembelajaran siswa.

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model integrated with Liveworksheet media in enhancing the critical thinking skills of vocational high school students. Employing a true experimental design with a pretest- posttest control group approach, the research compared two groups: the experimental group using PjBL with Liveworksheet and the control group receiving conventional instruction. Data collected from pretest and posttest assessments revealed that the experimental group demonstrated a significant improvement in critical thinking skills, with an average posttest score of 81, compared to 64 in the control group. The pretest scores showed no significant differences between the groups, indicating a similar starting point. Post-intervention results were analyzed using statistical tests, confirming the normal distribution and equal variances of data. The hypothesis testing further validated a substantial difference in critical thinking skills, favoring the PjBL model with Liveworksheet media. These results underscore the effectiveness of this innovative teaching approach in fostering critical thinking skills among vocational students
