Abstract

Pertanian terintegrasi yang menggabungkan elemen tanaman, peternakan, dan perikanan bertujuan untuk menciptakan ekosistem agro yang berkelanjutan dan efisien. Sistem ini tidak hanya meningkatkan produktivitas, tetapi juga melestarikan sumber daya alam. Sistem ini sangat penting untuk memenuhi permintaan pangan yang terus meningkat akibat populasi global. Perencanaan masterplan kawasan pertanian terintegrasi dirancang untuk memastikan interaksi optimal antara berbagai komponen pertanian. Dengan pendekatan ini, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan ketahanan pangan dan mengurangi kemiskinan di kawasan pedesaan, khususnya di Indonesia yang menghadapi tantangan seperti terbatasnya lahan dan perubahan iklim. Selain itu, integrasi teknologi modern dalam perencanaan sangat diperlukan untuk menghadapi tantangan tersebut, dengan melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat dan pemangku kepentingan. Desa Kebakalan memiliki potensi pertanian, peternakan, dan perikanan yang kuat. Penyusunan masterplan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pangan dan mendukung target pengurangan kemiskinan ekstrem. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis potensi tersebut sebagai dasar pembuatan masterplan berbasis teknologi. Hasil analisis potensi menunjukkan tiga sektor unggulan di Desa Kebakalan yaitu Pertanian, Peternakan, dan Perikanan. Hasil pengukuran site menunjukkan bahwa site masterplan tidak masuk dalam garis sempadan sungai.

Abstract

Pengembangan fasilitas wisata di Desa Wisata Green Kayen bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas ekowisata yang melibatkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat setempat. Pemilihan topik ini didasarkan pada potensi besar desa dalam pengembangan pariwisata ramah lingkungan yang dapat memberdayakan ekonomi lokal. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatoris melalui Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), dengan melibatkan masyarakat dalam proses perencanaan dan pembangunan fasilitas. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan keberhasilan pembangunan fasilitas seperti food court, gapura desa wisata, dan area camping ground yang didesain berdasarkan kebutuhan masyarakat. Pembangunan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan aksesibilitas pariwisata, tetapi juga memperkuat keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan fasilitas. Kesimpulannya, pendekatan partisipatoris yang diterapkan terbukti efektif dalam menciptakan fasilitas yang berkelanjutan dan berdaya guna bagi masyarakat setempat.

Abstract

Type-21 houses are among the most popular forms of housing for low-income communities due to their affordability and the support of government subsidy programs. However, the limited building area encourages occupants to undertake spatial transformations to meet functional needs and accommodate the dynamics of domestic activities. This study aims to identify the preferences and priorities of spatial development in Type-21 housing as a basis for understanding residents’ adaptive spatial patterns. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and field observations involving 24 Type-21 houses located in four residential areas in Magelang. Samples were selected purposively, focusing on privately owned houses that had undergone renovation. The analysis was conducted by assigning scores to the sequence of space priorities based on interview results and observations of layout changes at each renovation stage. The findings reveal that the top three space priorities are the living room, master bedroom, and main bathroom/WC, which represent the basic functions originally provided by developers. However, the kitchen emerged as an additional primary need, considered essential by all respondents. Subsequent priorities include the terrace, additional bedrooms, and laundry areas, which develop according to the economic capacity and family size of each household. These results indicate that spatial development in small-scale housing occurs progressively and adaptively,
