Abstract

Multiculturalism can be regarded as the attitude and treatment based on equality and equality to the reality of a plural. Multiculturalism is a bid as a way out of exclusivism, obstinacy and rigidity of attitudes towards others. On the other hand, da’wa as a process of introduction and implementation of Islamic values are challenged to more schools against these developments. This is because the success of da’wa certainly can not be separated from its intensity with the times. Where it requires proper da’wa strategies. Strategy of da’wah (bi al-kitabah, bil lisan, bil hal) would still be relevant enough to be applied in the era of multiculturalism, which becomes important is how the development and implementation so that not only the religious doctrine but rather to social issues. Multikulturalisme bisa dikatakan sebagai sikap dan perlakuan berdasarkan persamaan dan kesederajatan terhadap realitas plural dan keberbagaian. Multikulturalisme adalah sebuah tawaran sebagai jalan keluar dari eksklusivisme, kebebalan dan kekakuan sikap terhadap yang lain. Disisi lain dakwah sebagai sebuah proses pengenalan dan penanaman nilai-nilai Islam ditantang untuk lebih paham terhadap perkembangan tersebut. Hal ini dikarenakan keberhasilan dakwah tentunya tidak bisa dilepaskan dari intensitasnya mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Di mana hal tersebut menuntut adanya strategi dakwah yang tepat. Strategi dakwah (bi al-kitabah, bi al-lisan, bi al-hal) kiranya masih cukup relevan untuk diterapkan pada era multikulturalisme, yang menjadi penting adalah bagaimana pengembangannya serta implementasinya supaya tidak hanya mengenai doktrin keagamaan melainkan lebih ke persoalan sosial.

Abstract

Fundraising is an activity to influence the community, both individuals and organizations to distribute funds or assistance both materially and non-material. Some funders currently still use sporadic and traditional methods so that fundraising often fails. This research is a library research. It aims to collect theories related to social organization fundraising strategies. Information data obtained by using literature searches, books, documentation, journals or other research results related to the object of research. Data analysis uses content analysis, namely drawing conclusions from the data that has been obtained by finding the core message of the theory objectively and systematically. The results of the study explained that there were three strategic social organization fundraising strategies, namely First; Communication strategy in fundamental must be directed at creating effective communication. Of course by fulfilling the communication elements as described above .. Second; Through rational and effective considerations, faundraising is directed at appropriate programs and according to community needs so that donors are willing to give donations. Third; It is hoped that Community Organizations will be able to diversify programs and methods of raising funds to attract potential donors more broadly and optimally. The organization should take a different and unique approach with the uniqueness of each organization. He can choose to use the right model, for example, face to face, direct mail, special events, and campaigns.

Abstract

Islam in media communication, examining its representation on platforms such as Instagram. The emergence of media ethnography, particularly in the context of digital media, and its relevance in studying diverse cultural artifacts, including Islamic content. The purpose of this study is to explain in general the principles and relationship between ethnographic media and Islamic cultural phenomena portrayed. As a research methodology, media ethnographic views all elements that are important in the digital world. Because communication can be interpreted with various symbols or symbols. Symbols can be in verbal and non-verbal forms, including Islamic ones. K.H. Ahmad Bahauddin Nursalim's ngaji online program is the case focused on in this study. The results first show that the principles of media ethnography in the online world can facilitate the interaction process. Second, in the context of virtual communication, media ethnography methods encourage the creation of effects on society, so that it can influence people’s culture and communication behavior in the virtual world. Third, Gus Baha, through his ngaji online, exemplifies the attitudes and behaviors of pesantren and Javanese culture, through the kitab kuning and Javanese language represented in his lectures. Fourth, the characteristics of his da'wah represent exactly the soul of Ki Ageng Suryomentaram.

Abstract

This article examines gender representation in the Islamic da’wah program on Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Purwokerto. The study employs a descriptive-qualitative method, using Norman Fairclough’s discourse analysis approach. Fairclough’s model consists of three levels of analysis: text analysis, discourse practice, and sociocultural practice. The text analysis in this study focuses on the event format and the materials from the guest speakers. Discourse practice analysis looks at how texts are produced and consumed, while sociocultural practice analysis addresses three aspects: situational, institutional, and social. The research findings reveal that gender representation in Islamic da’wah/religious programs on radio in Purwokerto still reflects gender inequality. This inequality can be observed through Fairclough’s three levels of discourse analysis. At the text level, some guest speakers continue to present a mindset that positions men in a superior role compared to women. RRI has not yet provided a space for the ongoing transformation of ideas about equality, such as issues related to early marriage, human trafficking, and so on. The themes discussed mainly focus on morals, jurisprudence, and worship. At the discourse practice level, the guest speakers and broadcasters involved are predominantly male. At the sociocultural practice level, the study shows that the gender representation in da’wah programs at RRI Purwokerto reflects an unequal gender construction in the broader society. This research recommends that radio managers provide more opportunities for female guest speakers and incorporate themes on gender justice.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of an open employee recruitment strategy at PT. Sanga Group Indonesia to enhance the quality of human resources in the convection and screen-printing industry. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach involving interviews, observations, and document analysis during a six-month internship. Findings reveal that structured recruitment through SOPs, the adoption of digital platforms, and a strong focus on competency-based selection significantly improve workforce quality, reduce turnover, and enhance production efficiency. Despite the benefits, challenges such as limited digital literacy among applicants and incomplete automation in selection processes still hinder full optimization. The study also highlights the critical role of employer branding in attracting and retaining qualified candidates. These insights offer practical implications for SMEs in labor-intensive sectors aiming to modernize their HR strategies through technology and structured procedures.

Abstract

This article is a meta-analytic study of the student thesis of the Islamic Communication and Broadcasting Study Program at UIN Prof. KH. Saifuddin Zuhri (UIN Saizu) Purwokerto. This research uses a mix method approach with quantitative and qualitative data collection. The source of quantitative data is the theses of the student of the KPI Study Program UIN Saizu Purwokerto from 2005 to 2021. The thesis data is from printed documents and university digital documents in the form of library repositories. Qualitative data were obtained through interviews with some informants. The analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative, namely combining and generalizing the results of the data in the form of descriptive sentences in detail and as is. The data for each parameter is summed and then a percentage is made. Furthermore, the data is presented in tables and described. The results of this study are in the form of a tendency in choosing research methods, a tendency in choosing a study theme, and the factors that influence research tendencies. The results of this research serve as input and evaluation materials for Study Program KPI managers in formulating research quality development policies and strategies. Practically this research is useful to provide direction for further research.
