Abstract

Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada masalah bagaimana interaksi dan komunikasi Muslimah Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia (MHTI) Kabupaten Banyumas pasca pembubaran organisasi HTI. Pembubaran HTI ditandai dengan diterbitkannya Surat Keputusan Nomor AHU-30.AH.01.08 tahun 2017 tentang Pencabutan Keputusan Kementerian Hukum dan HAM nomor AHU-0028.60.10.2014 tentang pengesahan pendirian badan hukum perkumpulan HTI pada hari Rabu pada 19 Juli 2017 oleh Direktorat Jenderal Administrasi Hukum Umum (AHU) Kementerian Hukum dan HAM. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Muslimah Hizbut Tahrir Indoensia Kabupaten Banyumas mempersepsi bahwa pembubaran organisasinya merupakan sebuah tindakan sewenang-wenang pemerintah. Mereka menilai diri mereka sebagai kelompok yang terdzalimi, dan korban ketidakadilan penguasa, yang menurut penilaian mereka telah melakukan tindakan sewenang-wenang dan memandang segala permasalahan berdasarkan pemikiran dan sudut pandangnya sendiri. Kondisi ini justru membuat mereka menjalin hubungan yang semakin erat dengan sesama pengurus dan anggota mereka dengan tetap melakukan kegiatan namun tidak bersifat terbuka. Interaksi sosial para muslimah HTI Kabupaten Banyumas memiliki dua bentuk, yakni interaksi sosial sebagai pengurus organisasi atau dalam hal ini komunikasi organisasi dan interaksi sosial sebagai pribadi. Secara organisatoris, pihak MHTI merasakan ada perbedaan pola interaksi dan komunikasi dari beberapa organisasi lain terhadap organisasi HTI. Namun secara individual dan pribadi hampir seluruh anggota MHTI Kabupaten Banyumas tetap berinteraksi sosial dengan warga mayarakat lain, baik dilingkungan tempat tinggalnya, maupun tempat kerjanya. Interaksi yang dilakukan adakalnya dalam bentuk kerja sama dan akomodasi. Para anggota muslimah HTI berusaha tidak membawa-bawa organisasi dalam interaksi sehari-hari.

Abstract

The lecture is one of the methods of propaganda that has been practiced since the inception of Islam.Although the current mission has undergone rapid development and change, but this method of preaching still exist in anIslamic society. This is because although the lecture method is considered less effective, but the lecture method has its ownadvantages and privileges compared to other methods. Abstract

This paper focuses on how interpersonal communication is built to achieveagreement and uses phenomenological approach. It is based on a research on therelationship between lecturer and student in the process of thesis consultation inSTAIN Purwokerto.This paper explains that the model of their relationship is a role model, inwhich the role is formed through a surrounding structure. Form and context ofinterpersonal communication happen in a kind of face to face dialogues andindividually. The process of communication hardly found in groups, or withcommunication media such as telephone and internet. Seen from its effectiveness,it is found that most of the interpersonal communications are effective enough tobuild agreement between the individuals involved in the process.

Abstract

This article focussed on Islamic preaching (da’wa) studied through system approach. This system is a way of thinking about job managing. It provides a framework for describing internal and external environmental factors that influence each other as a whole. The author concluded that the system of da ’wa constituted an entity that comprised of many elements of da’wa. They involved input, output, mind and behavioral convertions, and social and cultural environment. Then, the succes of da’wa is determined by the qualities of input, the level of difficulties mad’u faced, and the sincerity of da’i and his capability to manage the input into good output. So, the use of system approach in da’wa studies gives another perspective to solve the more of recent da’wa problems.

Abstract

Human behavior is a product of the interpretation on the surrounding world through social interaction. It is how a person defines others, situations, objects, and ever his own that defines him/herself. Accordingly, it is the individual him/herself that is active to manage and define his/her behavior and nvironment. Meanwhile, the essence of individual is consciousness. Personal development depends on communication with other people who forms or influences the person, and the vice versa, a person can form and influence other people. Communication also has a significant role in social development. Therefore, what is happening to Indonesian society is a reflection of behaviors and accumulation of individual consciousness level of the citizens. To change the condition of Indonesia, we have to start changing the individuals. Islamic da’wah should be committed through building individual consciousness and constructing positive self-concept among the audience (mad’u). this is because only people with positive self-concept can improve themselves for their ability to reveal the aspects of personality they don’t like and try to change. Perilaku manusia merupakan produk dari interpretasi mereka atas dunia di sekeliling mereka lewat interaksi sosial. Definisi yang mereka berikan kepada orang lain, situasi, objek dan bahkan diri mereka sendirilah yang menentukan perilaku mereka. Jadi individulah yang dipandang aktif untuk mengatur dan menentukan perilaku serta lingkungannya sendiri. Sementara inti dari individu adalah kesadaran (consciousness). perkembangan diri bergantung pada komunikasi dengan orang lain, yang membentuk atau mempengaruhi diri sebagaimana orang–orang tersebut dipengaruhi kehadiran diri tersebut. Komunikasi juga berperan penting dalam perkembangan masyarakat. Dengan demikian, apa yang terjadi dengan masyarakat bangsa Indonesia pada hakekatnya merupakan cermin perilaku dan akumulasi tingkat kesadaran individu-individu warga negaranya. jika ingin mengubah kondisi bangsa Indonesia, maka kita harus memulainya dengan mengubah individuindividu warga negaranya. Dakwah Islam harus dilakukan dengan membangun esadaran individual dan membentuk konsep diri mad’u yang positif. Karena hanya orang yang memiliki konsep diri positiflah yang akan mampu memperbaiki dirinya karena ia sanggup mengungkapkan aspek-aspek kepribadian yang tidak disenanginya dan berusaha mengubahnya.

Abstract

Abstract: This study was aimed at knowing the transformation of identity amongstudents joining Pesantrenisasi Program in State College on Islamic Studies ofPurwokerto in the academic year 2013-2014. This study explored their own perceptionof being a student of the college and a santri. This is a qualitative research withinterviews as the main method of collecting data. A number of students wereinterviewed to get the answers of research questions. This research found thatpesantrenisasi program is successful in making closed relationship betweenstudent and pesantren (Islamic boarding school). The life in pesantren has madesome students transform their identity. The transformation happens gradually andslowly through unspontaneous self-dialogue. This transformation also gives them anew self-image, a new self-language, and new relationships with others as well asnew bounds with social norms. Before living in a pesantren, they imagine pesantrenas a dirty, massy, strict, and fully scheduled place of living. This image graduallychanges after they experience themselves living in pesantren. A new image comesto them that pesantren is an ideal place to study religious knowledge, to train aperson to be mature and having good character, and to perform more worship toGod. Some of the transformations include the quantity and quality of their worship aswell as their attitude and behavior to be more discipline, independent, and humble.Keywords: identity transformation, students, pesantren. Abstrak: Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa program pesantrenisasi telahberhasil mendekatkan mahasiswa dengan kehidupan pesantren dan menyebabkanterjadinya perubahan atau transformasi identitas diri sebagian mahasiswa.Transformasi itu sendiri pada umumnya berjalan secara perlahan dan melaluiproses-proses perenungan dan dialog diri yang tidak spontan. Transformasi jugamembuat mereka memperoleh citra diri yang baru, bahasa diri yang baru,hubungan-hubungan yang baru dengan orang-orang lain dan ikatan-ikatan yangbaru dengan tatanan sosial. Sebelum tinggal di pondok pesantren, mereka mendefinisikandunia pesantren adalah tempat yang kumuh, tidak rapi, memiliki banyakperaturan yang mengekang. Definisi ini berubah selama mereka berada di pesantren: Pondok pesantren adalah tempat yang ideal untuk menuntut berbagaiilmu agama, melatih diri menjadi lebih dewasa dan berkarakter yang baik sertamemperbanyak ibadah seraya mendekatkan diri kepada Allah SWT. Beberapaperubahan terjadi dalam kuantitas dan kualitas ibadah, perubahan dalam sikapdan perilaku yang lebih disiplin, mandiri dan sederhana, serta peningkatanpengetahuan berbagai ilmu agama Islam.Keywords: perubahan identitas, mahasiswa, pesantren.

Abstract

This study focused on public speaking learning process for Indonesian moderation located at An Najah, Al Amin and Darussalam as pesantren partners of IAIN Purwokerto. Public Speaking learning process in pesantren has been conducted for long period of time and it has distinctive characters to be studied. This study is using explorativephenomenological methodology to uncovered this learning process. Data is collected using observation, interview and documentation. Result shows that public speaking and speaking techniques in general is mandatory subject for An Najah, Al Amin dan Darussalam. The objectives of Public speaking learning in those three pesantren is that the students could conveyed Islamic value and religion effectively. Public speaking is conducted in many methods and activities, such as muhadharah, discussion, role play on many programs and events where santri has responsibilities and authority for managing the process. There are differences in practising muhadharah on those three pesantrens. There are also workshops hosted by experts. With that the process of public speaking learning is more in practical way without theoretical-conceptual background. This results in public speaking theoretical concepts is rarely mastered, whereas pesantren is well known for its rich oral speech tradition.
