Abstract

This study discusses the correlation between business motivation and training programs on the sales performance of members of Halal Network International - PT Herba Penawar Alwahida Indonesia (HNI-HPAI) as one of the Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) companies in Indonesia. Using indicators based on context, content, and process theory, this study seeks to understand how strong business motivation affects sales performance. This research also uses the training program evaluation method introduced by Kirkpatrick in 1967 to determine how the influence of training programs can impact sales performance. To find out these two things, the researcher distributed questionnaires and processed the data obtained by applying Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Smart PLS statistical software. The data analysis showed that motivation and training programs had a positive and significant effect on the sales performance of HNI-HPAI members.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how intellectual capital (IC) affects Islamic general banks' maqashid sharia performance from 2018 to 2022. The components of IC, namely Human Capital (IB-VAHU), Capital Employed (IB-VACA), and Structural Capital (IB-STVA), are the three independent variables under investigation. This study employs a secondary quantitative research design, as determined by Econometric Views (E-Views) version 12's panel data linear regression approach. The study's participants are Islamic Commercial Banks registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK). With a sample size of 11 businesses, the sample was chosen using the purposive sampling technique, making a total of 13 banks included in the study. Secondary data was employed in this investigation. The data collection process uses the documentation method accessed via each Islamic commercial bank's official website. The study's findings show the positive relationship between human capital and maqashid sharia performance; the higher a company's human capital, the better its maqashid sharia performance. Capital Employed has no bearing on how well Maqashid Sharia works. The performance of maqashid sharia is negatively impacted by structural capital; the coefficient value, which is pointing in the negative direction, shows that the more human capital a corporation has, the lower its maqashid sharia performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of training on employee performance in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through the support of the Genpro organization as a mediator. The research employs a quantitative approach with data collection techniques including questionnaires and documentation. The sample consists of MSME employees involved in training programs facilitated by Genpro. Data analysis is conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the relationships between training, organizational support, and employee performance. The results indicate that training directly affects employee performance, and Genpro's organizational support plays a significant role as a mediator in this relationship. These findings highlight the importance of organizational support in maximizing training effectiveness within the MSME context. The implications of this study can assist stakeholders in designing more effective training programs and supporting employee development in MSMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, organizational culture, and training on teacher performance at the Al Ishlah Gorontalo Foundation, with employee engagement as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative approach with 136 teachers selected through saturated sampling, data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with LISREL software. The findings revealed that organizational culture and training significantly influenced employee engagement, while leadership had no significant effect. Organizational culture directly impacted teacher performance, while training did not significantly affect performance. Employee engagement was proven to significantly affect teacher performance, but leadership, organizational culture, and training did not significantly influence performance through employee engagement as a mediator. The implications of these results suggest that fostering a positive organizational culture is crucial for improving teacher engagement and performance. Training programs should be more tailored to teachers’ needs to effectively enhance their performance, while leadership approaches should be reassessed to ensure they align with teachers' motivations. Furthermore, future studies could explore other factors, such as intrinsic motivation and peer support, to better understand their roles in enhancing teacher performance in educational settings.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the selection system, training programs, and competencies on work quality and their impact on company performance at PT. Darya Varia. The study population was all employees of PT Darya Varia. A sample of 100 employees was taken using a purposive sampling technique, with the criteria of minimum work experience of one year and direct involvement in the production and managerial processes, so that the data obtained was relevant to the focus of the study. The research instrument was a structured questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1–5, the collected data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) software. The results showed that the selection system, training programs, and employee competencies had a positive and significant influence on work quality at PT Darya Varia, both partially and simultaneously. Competence was proven to be a dominant factor in determining work quality. Furthermore, work quality plays an important role in improving company performance and mediates the influence of the selection system, training, and competencies on company performance. Simultaneously, these three human resource variables are able to explain more than half of the variation in work quality and company performance. This shows the importance of integrating these three aspects in HR management to achieve organizational excellence
