Abstract

The people of Central Kalimantan, especially in the District of Katingan and the City of Palangka Raya in resolving inheritance disputes prioritize deliberations by peaceful means and do not conflict with Islamic law. Because, Islamic law also accommodates customary laws, as long as it does not conflict with Islamic tenets. The tradition of resolving the inheritance disputes of the people of Central Kalimantan in the Katingan Regency and Palangka Raya City is in accordance with the custom in resolving inheritance disputes prioritizing peace by using Islamic law first and then holding a meeting to agree on the determination of shares and distribution of assets. The legal enforcement of the settlement of inheritance disputes in the community is recognized absolutely and they also apply farā’id (Islamic inheritance) law first, then deliberations are carried out in a family consensus with the principle of peace.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan agar dapat membuktikan pengaruh penggunaan YouTube terhadap kemampuan berbicara egosentris anak (egocentric speech). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama satu bulan tepatnya yaitu bulan Juli-Agustus 2019, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 12 orang anak, pemilihan sampel peneltian dilakukan secara incidental sampling. Berdasarkan perhitungan diperoleh data bahwa diperoleh data kelompok anak yang sebelum diberi perlakuan pemutaran video YouTube dengan perolehan skor tertingi 30; skor terendah 20; rata-rata (mean) 24; nilai median (Me) 22,5; nilai modus (Mo) 22, dan simpangan baku 3,89. Selanjutnya diperoleh data kelompok anak setelah diberi perlakuan video YouTube Nussa dengan perolehan skor tertingi 40; skor terendah 32; rata-rata (mean) 37,08; median (Me) 39,5; nilai modus (Mo) 36,5; dan simpangan baku 2,539. Hal ini berdasarkan perhitungan bahwa diperoleh nilai thitung (8,58) > ttabel (1,81) pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05, maka H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak. Kesimpulan peneliltian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pengaruh video YouTube Nussa terhadap kemampuan berbicara egosentris anak di Ruang Publik Terpadu Ramah Anak Bahari Jakarta Selatan.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain data on improving cognitive abilities through Betawi’s traditional game activities through song. The study was conducted at TK Mutiara Duri Kosambi Cengkareng, West Jakarta and the subject of this research is TK Mutiara B Group children. This study used a class action research method which was carried out with two cycles. Data is obtained from observation instruments, documentary studies and field notes. Observation of pre-cycle measures obtained an average of 53.95%. In cycle 1 the average results of observations 71,042%. Then in the second cycle cognitive ability has increased 18.53%, with an average yield of 89.58%. The results of research conducted at TK Mutiara show that Betawi traditional game activities through song can improve cognitive development of young children. The implications of this study suggest that teachers should implement learning by maximizing play activities. The teacher is also encouraged to be more careful in planning and implementing learning so as to achieve the goals set.

Abstract

This study analyzes social cognition on TSM (structured, systematic, and massive) narrative created by the lawyers of the presidential election pair (paslon) 2 during the 2019 presidential election dispute hearing at the Constitutional Court (MK). The representation of social cognition is in the form of knowledge which includes the principles of "substantive justice". The research method used refers to linguistic forensics based on Teun A. van Dijk's Critical Discourse Analysis (AWK) approach. The data were transcripts of court conversations made by the Constitutional Court (MK). This study found that the social cognition of the team of lawyers for the 2nd presidential candidate pair is a representation of the principle of substantive justice. This principle consists of four pieces of knowledge, namely the rationality of substantive courts, honesty and abuse of power by government officials, the objectivity of the constitutional court, the impartiality of the government and election organizers. This principle was used by the team of lawyers for the presidential election pair 2 to encourage MK judges not only to recount the votes but also to investigate TSM violations that were allegedly committed by the presidential election candidate pair 1.

Abstract

This study aims to create and develop teaching materials for early childhood education (PAUD) media units to facilitate learning processes. The teaching materials developed are compiled with a project-based learning approach. The research was conducted on the PAUD media unit in the Early Childhood Islamic Education (PIAUD) undergraduate program at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. This research is following Dick and Carey’s model of Research and Development. The development stage focuses on determining instructional goals, analyzing learning materials, analyzing student abilities in the learning context, determining learning targets, developing instruments, developing project-based learning strategies, and applying them to learning. The results showed that students could develop media in line with learning needs and aspects of children’s development using teaching materials.

Abstract

This study discusses the correlation between business motivation and training programs on the sales performance of members of Halal Network International - PT Herba Penawar Alwahida Indonesia (HNI-HPAI) as one of the Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) companies in Indonesia. Using indicators based on context, content, and process theory, this study seeks to understand how strong business motivation affects sales performance. This research also uses the training program evaluation method introduced by Kirkpatrick in 1967 to determine how the influence of training programs can impact sales performance. To find out these two things, the researcher distributed questionnaires and processed the data obtained by applying Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Smart PLS statistical software. The data analysis showed that motivation and training programs had a positive and significant effect on the sales performance of HNI-HPAI members.

Abstract

Elections are among the most significant political events in a democratic country, where the legitimacy to exercise power is granted to elected political officials. The mass media can serve as an arena where various political actors compete for public attention and seek to influence public opinion. This study aims to identify conceptual metaphorical elements in the opinion columns of the online mass media platform JawaPos.com. The research is situated within the field of linguistics, as discourse and mass media both utilize language as an instrumental tool. This study employs a linguistic approach, utilizing note-taking techniques for data collection and referential methods for data analysis. The research concludes that the syntactic elements of discourse within opinion columns contain conceptual metaphorical elements that function as a form of mind control. The audience, as listeners and readers, negotiates with their thoughts, experiences, and intuitions in response to opinions written by experts and published in particular mass media.

Abstract

This study explores the application of Online Project-Based Learning (PBL) as an innovative pedagogical model designed to enhance student engagement and skill development in the digital era. With the rise of information and communication technologies, Online PBL has emerged as a flexible and accessible alternative to traditional learning methods. This research examines various online PBL models implemented in educational settings, focusing on platforms like Learning Management Systems (LMS), social media integration, and online collaboration tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Teams. The findings highlight the benefits of these models in fostering critical thinking, collaboration, and technological proficiency. However, the study also identifies challenges such as limited access to technology, the lack of face-to-face interaction, and difficulties in assessing student performance. The paper concludes with recommendations for overcoming these challenges, including teacher training, improved technological infrastructure, and curriculum adjustments to support the successful integration of online PBL. The implications for future educational practices and the continued evolution of PBL in digital learning environments are discussed.
