Abstract

Education in today's generation faces serious problems related to spiritual crises and character traits that are very worrying. Spiritual and religious values are increasingly mired in Indonesian society in the search for moral values and wisdom, and this happens in everyday social life. Many Indonesians seem to face an empty personality, where values, vision, and heart are almost lost. Even more worrisome is that this condition is already affecting children. Therefore is very important to strengthen the quality of education through the spiritual aspect. This research is qualitative research aimed at determining the practice of spiritual strengthening of children to improve the quality of education at MDA Hidayatul Ummah North Bengkulu. The results showed that the method used in shaping and strengthening the spiritual aspects of students at MDA Hidayatul Ummah is the implementation and practice of shalawat wahidiyah and its teachings through mujahadah wahidiyah. By following the mujahadah wahidiyah with istiqamah and according to the guidance that has been set, students can cultivate spiritual values in their hearts to become individuals with strong beliefs, noble character, and the ability to think healthy and correct.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara interaksi teman sebaya dengan kecerdasan emosional siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 50 Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah berupa observasi, dokumentasi, dan angket. Adapun populasi yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 42 siswa di SD Negeri 50 Kota Bengkulu yang terdiri 21 siswa kelas IV A dan 21 siswa kelas IV B. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah teknik sampling total yaitu dengan memakai seluruh siswa kelas empat di SD Negeri 50 Kota Bengkulu sebagai sampel tanpa meninggalkan satupun siswa di kelas empat tersebut. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari Uji Coba Instrumen, Uji Prasyarat, dan Uji Hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara interaksi teman sebaya dengan kecerdasan emosional siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri 50 Kota Bengkulu. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan perhitungan kemudian diperoleh hasil penelitian menunjukkan besar nilai korelasi yang dihasilkan sebesar 0,925 lebih besar dari nilai Rtabel sebesar 0,304 sehingga memenuhi syarat diterimanya hipotesis Ha, maka Ho ditolak dan berarti hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan sangat kuat antara interaksi teman sebaya dengan kecerdasan emosional siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri 50 Kota Bengkulu. Interaksi teman sebaya yang baik bagi siswa dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kecerdasan emosional siswa.

Abstract

Abstract This study examines the intersection of customary land rights (hak ulayat) and Islamic inheritance law within Indonesia's positive legal framework. Customary land rights, deeply embedded in the social fabric of indigenous communities, represent collective ownership and stewardship that have been integral to Indonesia's agrarian system. These rights are formally recognized in the 1945 Constitution and the Basic Agrarian Law of 1960, reflecting the nation's cultural heritage and communal values. The integration of adat law and Islamic law highlights the adaptability of these legal systems, particularly through concepts such as musha' (collective ownership) and ihya’ al-mawat (revitalizing unused land), which align with the principles of maqasid shariah to ensure justice, public welfare, and sustainability. Despite their alignment, the implementation of these principles faces challenges, including regulatory complexities and conflicts between national development goals and indigenous claims. This paper employs a qualitative, descriptive-analytical approach to explore how communal land rights and inheritance practices are recognized and adapted within Islamic and national legal frameworks. It underscores the potential for harmonizing customary law with modern legal structures to promote equitable resource management, protect indigenous rights, and achieve sustainable development. The findings emphasize the critical role of maqasid shariah in reconciling traditional practices with contemporary governance, offering insights into fostering legal and social integration in Indonesia.

Abstract

Modern society's awareness of the importance of a healthy lifestyle has brought new ideas not only limited to diet and sleep but also exercise. In this case, exercise is believed to be important in realizing physical and mental health. However, some groups limit the practice of exercise to archery, swimming, and horseback riding, as referred to the hadith delivered by the prophet. This study aims to analyze the concept of sports in the Prophetic traditions as a basis for developing a holistic sports education program, as well as to examine the permissibility of the Prophetic sports tradition through the contextualization of hadith in the modern era. Through a qualitative approach based on literature study, the author uses a collection of literature and relevant sources of information as research sources. In analyzing the data, the author uses the stages proposed by Miles & Huberman, namely data identification, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. From two questions; how is the contextualization of sports hadith in realizing physical and mental health, and how is the application of hadith about sports in the development of sports education programs, the results show that the concept of sports in the prophet's traditions is not seen from the form of sports alone, such as swimming, archery and horse riding, but rather on the aspect of its purpose and usefulness. Philosophically, the purpose and benefits of sports education in children through the context of archery and horse riding during the Prophet's time are more directed at the form of children's education so that they become individuals who understand the goals and objectives of life, calmness, concentration, and strategies in achieving these goals, including mastery of modern technological means that support the ease of physical activity in facilitating towards every goal of life.

Abstract

Extracurricular activities are activities carried out by students outside of school hours, either after school or at certain times, depending on school policy. The main purpose of this activity is to deepen students’ interests in academic and non-academic fields. This study aims to determine the implementation and implementation of Rohis (Islamic Spirituality) extracurricular activities and their influence on the development of social skills of students at SMKN 3 Kota Bengkulu. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a significant influence between Rohis extracurricular activities and the development of students’ social skills. The data collection method used was a questionnaire to obtain data on Rohis extracurricular activities and social skills. Data analysis was carried out using the Pearson Product Moment formula for instrument reliability and Cronbach’s Alpha for instrument validity. In addition, normality and linearity tests were also used before conducting correlation analysis. The results of the study showed that there was a positive relationship between Rohis extracurricular activities and the development of students’ social skills, with a moderate level of relationship (0.578). Based on the performance of the determination coefficient, Rohis extracurricular activities have a contribution of 33% in influencing the development of students’ social skills, while the other 67% is influenced by other factors such as family, school, and community.

Abstract

Suami yang merantau di desa Lubuk Resam bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga, Berdasarkan hukumnya merantau boleh (Mubah) akan tetapi pada observasi peneliti menemukan praktek yang belum sesuai dengan hukum islam, salah satunya suami yang merantau lebih dari enam bulan sedangkan dalam tinjauan hukum Islam hanya dibatasi selama enam bulan atau empat bulan. pemenuhan hak dan kewajiban selama suami pergi merantau. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaiamana pemenuhan hak dan kewajiban suami istri dalam pasangan keluarga perantau, serta bagaimana tinjauan hukum Islam terhadap pemenuhan hak dan kewajiban tersebut. Kemudian penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian studi lapangan (Field Research) Jenis Penelitian lapangan ini merupakan sebuah penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa tulisan atau yang dihasilkan langsung dari lapangan atau lokasi penelitian.Hasil penelitian menu pemenuhan hak dan kewajiban bagi suami yang merantau di desa Lubuk Resam belum sepenuhnya terlaksana oleh suami yang merantau, Seperti pemberian nafkah berupa uang yang tersendat dan menyesuaikan dengan keadaan suami saat merantau, sedangkan nafkah berupa kebutuhan biologis sebagian besar terpenuhi disaat sang suami pulang, Kebutuhan biologis yang tidak terpenuhi dapat mengakibatkan ketidakharmonisan dalam rumah tangga yang dapat mengakibatkan perselingkuhan hingga membuat salah satu informan berpoligami atau beristri dua, selain itu ketidakharmonisan dalam rumah tangga dapat juga menyebakan perceraian. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ialah penulis menyimpulkan bahwa pemenuhan hak dan kewajiban bagi suami yang merantau belum sesuai dengan hukum Islam.
