Abstract

Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) peran orang tua dalam mendampingi proses pembelajaran daring pada masa pandemi covid-19 2) faktor- faktor apa saja yang menghambat peran orang tua dalam mendampingi proses pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus dan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan triangulasi, Serta sebagai bahan analisis menggunakan teori kaulitatif deskriftif yang dikemukahkan Arikunto. Subyek penelitian ini adalah orang tua yang tinggal di RT 10 RW 08 memiliki siswa yang berskolah di MTSN 02 Kota Bengkulu yang berjumlah empat keluarga. Analisis data dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap yaitu: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) peran orang tua dalam mendampingi proses pembelajaran daring diantaranya: a). orang tua berusaha memberikan fasilitas pembelajaran daring b). orang tua berusaha mendampingan proses pembelajaran daring c). orang tua memberikan motivasi dan dukungan kepada siswa untuk semangat belajar. 2) faktor yang menjadi penghambat peran orang tua dalam mendampingi proses pembelajran daring adalah faktor kesibukan rumah tangga dan ekonomi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk: 1) bagaimana proses pembelajaran online pada masa pandemi covid-19 pada mata pelajaran IPS siswa SMP di lingkungan RT. 18 RW. 04 Kelurahan Jalan Gedang Kecamatan Gading Cempaka Kota Bengkulu. Dalam upaya pembelajaran berbasis online di masa Pandemi Covid-19 siswa dapat melangsungkan pembelajaran melalui aplikasi zoom yang menggunakan laptop atau telepon seluler, siswa-siswa SMP tidak selalu belajar menggunakan aplikasi zoom karena dalam waktu sehari siswa SMP ada yang mengerjakan tugas yang diberikan oleh guru di sekolah lalu mengirimkan tugas lewat e-mail atau pesan whatshapp. 2) Faktor-faktor penghambat orang tua siswa ini banyak terjadi di RT 18 RW 04 Kelurahan Jalan Gedang Kecamatan Gading Cempaka Kota Bengkulu dan juga banyak di alami orang tua lainnya di daerah-daerah lain apalagi orang tua siswa yang bertempat tinggal di wilayah yang sinyalnya susah untuk di jangkau dan keadaan ekonomi yang kurang mampu. Karena terdapat beberapa hambatan dalam proses pembelajaran seperti: a) Susahnya mengatur waktu mengawasi anak dan melakukan pekerjaan di kantor, b) Banyak kebutuhan yang harus di penuhi seperti laptop, kuota, telepon seluler, c) Keterbatasan orang tua yang menjadi guru dirumah dan d) Anak-anak cenderung malas-malasan belajar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of State Elementary School teachers in Semidang Alas Maras District, Seluma Regency, Bengkulu Province and the factors that influence it. The population and sample in this study were all elementary school teachers in Semidang Alas Maras District, Seluma Regency, Bengkulu Province, totaling 161 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of this study prove that the performance of teachers is in the good category and there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of intellectual, emotional and spiritual intelligence on the performance of the teachers at the Semidang Alas Maras Public Elementary School, Seluma Regency, Bengkulu Province. Abstract

Teacher organizational commitment is a determining factor for achieving quality education. It is believed that teacher personality is one of the main factors which either increase or decrease organizational commitment. This research aims to examine the effects of teacher personality on their organizational commitment. The quantitative approach was employed with the survey method. The samples were selected using the simple random technique by applying the Slovin formula. The participants of this study were 83 civil servant teachers at public senior high schools located in East Jakarta. The data of this study were collected through a survey and then analyzed using Path analysis. The results of the analysis show that tcount is higher than ttable (4.329 2.64). This result means that H0 is rejected while H1 is accepted. The hypothesis testing shows that personality has a positive direct effect on teacher organizational commitment. Furthermore, it is proven that there are three traits influencing teacher personality, namely emotional stability (33.98%), extroversion (33.56%), and openness to experience (32.46%). Meanwhile, the main factors influencing organizational commitment are employee engagement (33.74%), moral responsibility (33.55%), and loyalty (32.71%). Based on the result of this study, it is suggested that school principals take teacher personality into account in order to improve teacher organizational commitment at schools.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the development of democratic values in students through civic education. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that the democratic values of students through civic education are one of them having tolerance, freedom of expression, respect for differences of opinion, upholding and human dignity. The conclusion of this research is that students who understand civic education will be able to practice democratic values in society. Keywords: Citizenship Education, Democratic Values, Students.

Abstract

The author's purpose of conducting this study was to analyze student learning outcomes on daily tests in social studies learning during the pandemic era whether student scores increased or decreased while students were studying using the online method. The method in this study using the observation method. The observation method is collecting data or information that must be carried out by making observations directly to the place to be investigated. The results of the study, based on student learning outcomes from grades 1-10 on daily tests 1 and 2, the value of students increased in social studies subjects for class VII. This is because students are accustomed to the conditions of learning from home so that they have adapted to study and take advantage of all existing facilities to help their learning process. In conclusion, the use of online learning methods is quite effective in supporting the effectiveness of learning, this is evidenced by the learning outcomes in the daily tests of students which have increased on the 1st daily test to the 2nd daily test. The application of the online method can be well received by students, especially at SMP Negeri 4 Bengkulu City in class VII so that students can adapt even though they do not study face-to-face (offline). Abstract

This study aims to examine the concept of educational communication in the Qur'an Lukman letter. This research was designed using a qualitative approach by applying library research methods. The data used in this study are sourced from primary data and secondary data, while the primary data are Al-Qur`an Letters Lukman and supported by the Prophet's traditions that are relevant to the research problem, while secondary data are sourced from books, magazines and written documents. The conclusion of this research reveals that the concept of educational communication in Lukman's Letter is indicated by the dialogical atmosphere between father and son in an effort to achieve life safety in the world and the hereafter. The term dialogic here shows that there is an element of communication between two people, in this case father and son. My father is a communicator or idea initiator in planning the dialogue atmosphere. At the same time it is the party that listens (in dialogue feedback) so that it also becomes the communicant. Abstract

The objective of the study was to find out the strategical management UP/J SMKN 3 Mataram. It was a qualitative study with case study method. The techniques to collect the data were observation, interview, and documentation. The findings were (1) strategical planning, including: (a) compatibility of UP/J program goal with school vision and mission and (b) the arrangement of UP/J program periodically; (2) strategical application, including: (a) cooperation with government institutions and private institutions, (b) marketing of UP/J carried out by school society including school principal, teachers, students, parents and alumni, (c) empowering alumni and students as employees, (d) executing production schedule out of reaching and learning activities, and , (e) transparency in financial management ; and (3) strategical supervising, including: (a) the distribution of customers satisfaction instruments, (b) the supervising in form of the report periodically each semester and each year. In conclusion, the strategical management of UP/J SMKN 3 Mataram includes; planning, excecuting, and supervising. Keywords: Strategical Management, Production Unit, School Service

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how to evaluate the performance of study programs in higher education perspective balance score. The method used in this study is a mix of methods between quantitative and qualitative research methods. Program evaluation and quality assurance have become important elements in the efforts to continuously improve public rehabilitation programs and community-based rehabilitation organizations. higher education, (2) whether there is an increase in higher education performance, the study program is seen from the perspective of the balanced scorecard. This article is an evaluation model of program reviews in higher education services. In addition, the article shows the analysis of other related journals. This continues (1) the results of the higher education performance accreditation assessment process with 4 balanced perspectives that are visible (a) based on the perspective of the financial scorecard in a fairly good position (b) the perspective of the higher education customer is in the good category (c) in the innovation process, can seen as an emerging customer need, a university is a product or service to meet those needs. (d) the existing learning and growth perspective is going quite well. In conclusion, the results of accreditation conducted in general can reflect the feasibility and accountability of agencies in the management of higher education. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the management of learning information systems. The method used is the literature study method, namely by collecting material, data and information from books, journals and articles relating to the issues discussed. The results of the study, with a good SIM, developers with the implementation of computer-based SIM learning activities can be completed quickly and precisely in order to achieve organizational goals. This is due to the fact that computer-based management information systems have advantages in managing information, namely speed, quantity, repetitive, complexity, high accuracy, and other advantages so that it can support the development of an organization, Conclusions, management information systems can support the development of learning.
