Abstract

This research aims to increase the importance of activities in religion. Hope that this research can make up an active role in realizing national development, to increase the awareness and morality regarding the importance of religious life in creating a balance between moral values ​​towards God and love towards others. To answer this question, qualitative research was carried out using a literature approach which aims to determine the role of religion and justice in social society. The relationship between the role of religion and government must be focused on the interests of society based on current and future needs. Social justice is expected to emerge from within society in order to create a civil society that maintains the stability of the country's economic, social and cultural values.Religion supports government programs that is used to achieve overall social justice.

Abstract

A sermon serves as the platform through which a preacher conveys divine messages to the congregation. Thorough preparation and effective delivery constitute essential components of a sermon. The use of illustrations, testimonials, and the selection of Bible passages play a pivotal role in crafting a sermon. A preacher should strive to communicate a message that aligns with the will of God, rather than catering to the desires of the congregation or personal preferences. This research aims to explore the concept of the Bible from a theological homiletical perspective. The Bible is regarded as a divine revelation in which God manifests Himself. The Bible serves as the core source in sermon development. Unfortunately, not all preachers base their sermons on the Bible; at times, they rely more on personal thoughts or subjective experiences. This poses potential risks for the congregation since their faith should not be founded on the preacher's personal experiences. It is crucial for a preacher to comprehend the fundamental role of the Bible as a theological foundation in crafting sermons. The research methodology employed in this study is qualitative, with a focus on relevant literature and resources. The research findings affirm that sermons with theological depth should be anchored in the Bible. Such an approach is known as expository preaching. It can be concluded that as a preacher, the primary duty is to communicate God's message, not personal opinions. This is intended to build the congregation on the foundation of biblical truth and encourage transformation towards Christ.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji partisipasi wanita dalam ibadah wanita pada tradisi Gereja Pentakosta Karismatik di Indonesia berdasarkan perspektif teologis Galatia 3:28. Ibadah wanita merupakan ruang penting bagi wanita untuk terlibat dalam pelayanan rohani yang lebih personal dan kontekstual. Namun, pemahaman teologis tentang partisipasi wanita dalam ibadah ini masih beragam, khususnya dalam tradisi Pentakosta Karismatik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan, melalui analisis teks Alkitab dan literatur teologi yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Galatia 3:28 memberikan dasar teologis yang kuat untuk mendukung kesetaraan wanita dalam pelayanan, termasuk dalam ibadah wanita. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa ibadah wanita di tradisi Pentakosta Karismatik merupakan implementasi nyata dari panggilan kesetaraan dan inklusivitas di dalam Kristus.

Abstract

This research analyzes the challenges of biblical preaching in the context of religious pluralism. The problem discussed is how to address pluralistic understanding that relativizes religious truth and equates all paths to salvation. The research aims to identify winning biblical preaching strategies without compromising the uniqueness of Christianity. The research method uses a qualitative approach with literature study from various relevant sources. The results show that victorious biblical preaching requires proper exegesis, a Christocentric approach, wise contextualization, and dependence on the Holy Spirit. Preachers need to maintain theological integrity while remaining relevant in a pluralistic society.

Abstract

Relevansi fenomena childfree dan perintah beranakcucu menurut Kejadian 1:28 menjadi fokus utama penelitian ini. Dimana penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk menggali lebih dalam dari Firman Tuhan di Kejadian 1:28, khususnya mengenai perintah "beranakcucu" serta memahami alasan dibalik fenomena childfree. Pada masa sekarang, pilihan untuk hidup childfree sering dipertanyakan karena dianggap bertentangan dengan perintah Tuhan untuk memiliki keturunan. Fenomena ini menjadi semakin relevan seiring dengan perubahan sosial dan budaya yang mempengaruhi pandangan individu terhadap pernikahan dan keluarga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian kualitatif kepustakaan, dengan meninjau berbagai sumber seperti buku dan artikel yang membahas fenomena ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tren childfree semakin meningkat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, dimana banyak individu dan pasangan memilih untuk tidak memiliki anak dengan berbagai alasan. Kesimpulannya mereka yang memilih gaya hidup childfree tidak menjalankan perintah Allah sebagaimana yang tertulis dalam Kejadian 1:28. Sebagai umat percaya, manusia dipanggil untuk melakukan kehendah Tuhan, termasuk berkontribusi dalam "menciptakan" generasi baru sesuai dengan gambarNya dan memenuhi bumi sebagaimana rencanaNya. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi umat beriman untuk memahami perintah Tuhan secara lebih mendalam dan menerapkannya dalam kehidupan nyata.
