Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of HR Management and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in shaping International Human Resource Management (IHRM) competencies, especially in cultural adaptation, cross-cultural communication, and international collaboration. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires distributed to HR professionals in multinational companies. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique, focusing on HR managers and HR professionals working in multinational companies that have implemented OCB programs. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of statistical tests showed that a signifi cant relationship was found between HRM and OCB variables with IHRM competencies. Regression analysis indicated that 13.8% of the variation in IHRM competencies (R Square = 0.138) could be explained by these two independent variables. The regression coeffi cient for HRM was 0.139 with a p value = 0.041, while for OCB it was 0.231 with a p value = 0.004, indicating a positive and signifi cant contribution of both variables to improving IHRM competencies. The normality test shows that the residuals are normally distributed, and the multicollinearity test shows no signifi cant problems, with a Tolerance value of 0.974 and a VIF of 1.027. The conclusion of this study is that strengthening OCB in HR management strategies is very important for building and developing adaptive IHRM competencies, so that multinational companies can increase their competitiveness in the dynamic global market.

Through KKN activities, students are expected to be able to apply the knowledge and skills acquired during lectures to provide solutions to real problems in the community. KKN Group 1 of the Indonesian Hindu University was implemented in Ubung Village, North Denpasar District, from August to September 2025. This program emphasized increasing public awareness of environmental cleanliness, waste management, community empowerment through women's farmer group (KWT) activities, and character education in elementary schools. The main activities carried out included the creation and installation of waste education signs, stop bullying socialization, diligent savings socialization, making retrace bins from recycled waste, making bio pore holes, and providing eco-bags to residents as a medium for managing household waste. Abstract

This study aims to design, implement, and analyze the impact of a correspondence information system on administrative services in Antiga Village, with a focus on enhancing transparency and service efficiency. A web- and mobile-based management information system was developed to support this objective. The study was structured using the SCRUM model. In Sprint 1, initial data collection was conducted through interviews and questionnaires distributed to village residents, with a carefully selected population and sample. Sprint 2 involved secondary data analysis from literature and previous studies, providing insights into best practices for village administrative management. Sprint 3 included system design using user interface mockups and process flow diagrams. Sprint 4 concentrated on system implementation and functional testing to validate its capabilities. The results indicate that this system has improved administrative service performance, with functional testing achieving a success rate of 71.43%. Impact analysis shows a positive correlation between system implementation and service improvement, with a determination coefficient of 10.3%, suggesting that additional factors also contribute to service enhancement. This study’s contribution lies in its dual focus on system implementation and comprehensive impact analysis, making it a model for similar administrative contexts. The integration of Panca Satya values provides a framework that strengthens transparency, commitment, and dedication to village development. Intensive technology training was found necessary to enhance technical literacy among village officials, ensuring optimal system operation and broadening benefits such as reduced service times and increased resident satisfaction. This study offers a model for integrated service improvement and underscores the role of technology-driven transparency in advancing rural administrative management, serving as a valuable reference for similar initiatives.
