Abstract

Increasing competition in various sectors triggered by globalization requiresindustry challenges, methods and business strategies to be able to maintain the existence and sustainability of the business. Behaviorthat providesfreedom that is not part of an employee'sformal work, but contributesto the social and psychological work environment, is called organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). OCB as an individual freedom, which does not directly or explicitly receive appreciation from the imbalance ofthe formal system, and which fully encourages the effectiveness of organizational functions. This study is a literature study that aims to find out OCB and the factors that influence OCB as well as OCB Benefits for organizations. From the literature study on the results of previous empirical research, it is found that OCB findings are very important for improving organizational goals. Job satisfaction factors, organizational commitment, personality, self-efficacy, culture and leadership are very influential factors on OCB. The implementation of OCB is very decisive in organizations through case studies by taking into account the factorsthat influence it in accordancewith organizational goals.

Abstract

Abstract

The economy in Bali relies on tourism sector, but due to the Covid-19 outbreak, regional income in Bali decreased in 2020. The tourism accommodation sector is one sort of business involved in the affected tourism industry. Bali has a large number of hotels, particularly chain hotels such as Aston, Ibis, Harris, Fave, and Horizon Hotels. When compared to local hotels, the hotel chain has the strength of a strong brand because it is more well-known. However, hotel chains in Bali were also affected by the Covid-19 outbreak, as seen by the decreased occupancy rate. As a result, the researcher investigated the role of brand image in mediating the effect of social media marketing on chain hotel booking intentions in Bali. Data was gathered by having 70 domestic tourists fill out google form questionnaire. Purposive sampling was utilized as the sample technique. SMART-PLS 3.0 was used to analyze the data. The findings of this study show that social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on brand image, that social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on booking intention, that social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on booking intention, and that the brand image variable can mediate the influence of social media marketing on booking intention.

Abstract

The LPD (Village Credit Institution) as an institution that runs the financial functions of traditional and Pakraman villages, is required to have a good performance base, so that it can increase the level of trust and satisfaction of the Pakraman village community as the main consumers of the LPD. One of the efforts to improve LPD performance is by improving the skills and capabilities of human resources that are owned in serving their customers in accordance with the concept of Tri Hita Karana. This community service activity is carried out on LPDs under the management of the BKS LPD Ubud targeting the employees and managers of the LPD. Community service aims to provide an understanding of how basic techniques (soft skills) perform excellent service to customers to improve customer satisfaction, and how to deal with customer complaints and make the complaint a tool to improve service. The method of community service activities is by providing practical skills training provided directly to employees and managers of LPDs under the BKS Ubud, which includes delivery/concept presentations, group discussions, role play/games and case studies. This activity was conducted for one day and was attended by 45 employees and managers of LPDs in the BKS LPD Ubud. The benefits obtained from the results of this training activity are increasing motivation, ability and basic skills of employees facing consumers in accordance with SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) of policy makers and LPD managers, especially those who are members of the Ubud BKS in maintaining quality service to LPD consumers.

Abstract

Jatiluwih Village has long been known by tourists, both foreign and domestic as one of the tourist destinations in Tabanan district. The natural scenery in the form of terraced terraces offered to tourists has been recognized worldwide and has become one of UNESCO's protected cultural heritage. To support the economy, Jatiluwih village is also known as a center for rice barn and broiler breeding. The product of purebred chicken eggs produced in Jatiluwih village is one of the largest in the Penebel district. So far, the production of purebred chicken eggs has been used to meet the people's need for eggs and sold to markets. The training and mentoring provided for community service aim to invite people to increase creativity and innovate with chicken egg products produced by making salted eggs. These training and mentoring activities include training on making salted eggs from chicken eggs, demonstrations and practice of making salted eggs, tips on branding the salted eggs produced, and assistance in marketing the products. The benefits that can be obtained from this training and mentoring are the creation of other types of superior products from Jatiluwih village, namely salted eggs from chicken eggs and being able to increase the income of the Jatiluwih village community. The strategic target of this training and mentoring activity is PKK Jatiluwih village women with 20 participants. The expected output is the creation of salted egg products from chicken eggs which will become one of the superior products of Jatiluwih village, Penebel District, Tabanan.

Abstract

Seaweed has long been known as a type of marine plant that has economic value and is widely used in cosmetics, food, industrial, and other industries. Seaweed is mostly processed in dry form after going through the drying process or processed into ready-to-eat foods, such as lunkhead, sweets, and drinks. The number of seaweed cultivation groups in Ped village is 8 (eight) groups with a total of about 120 members. This activity was able to attract attention and interest as well as the participation of at least 29 people from the total number of members of seaweed farmers in Ped Village, Nusa Penida District, Klungkung. This entrepreneurial training for making seaweed lunkhead aims to increase the creativity and entrepreneurial interest of seaweed farmers in diversifying seaweed processed products so that they are able to provide added value and economic value for seaweed processed products, and ultimately increase the income of seaweed farmers in Indonesia. Ped village, Nusa Penida district. The expected outcome of this outreach and entrepreneurship training for making seaweed lunkhead is that seaweed farmers are able to make seaweed lunkhead products as one of the processed products that are ready to be marketed and consumed. The method of implementing this community service activity is the method of providing counseling, in the form of exposing material about the potential and benefits of seaweed, and training on practical skills in making seaweed lunkhead which is given directly to seaweed farmers.

Abstract

Companies with high turnover intention show that there are many problems that have resulted in employees choosing to move to another company. This study aims to determine the effect of career development and job insecurity on turnover intention at PT. BPR Nusamba Mengwi partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted at PT. BPR Nusamba Mengwi. The number of respondents taken was 77 employees with a saturated sampling method. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the analysis, it was found that career development and job insecurity had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention at PT. BPR Nusamba Mengwi partially and simultaneously. Based on the research results, it can be suggested that PT. BPR Nusamba Mengwi evaluates policies related to employees by looking at career development factors, job insecurity, and turnover intention to companies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) on employee productive behavior and company performance at PT. Tomorrow’s Antiques Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative method with a sample of 104 employees. Data was collected by observation, interviews, documentation, literature, and questionnaires. The analysis technique used descriptive analysis, path analysis (analysis path), and sobell test. The results of the total quality management (TQM) research have a positive and significant effect on employee productive behaviour at PT. Tomorrow's Antiques with coefficient of 0.986 and a sig value of 0.00 <0.05; employee productive behavior has a positive and significant effect on company performance at PT. Tomorrow's Antiques with coefficient of 0.606 and a sig value of 0.00 <0.05; total quality management (TQM) has a positive and significant effect on company performance at PT. Tomorrow's Antiques with coefficient of 0.396 and a sig value of 0.00 <0.05, and employee productive behaviour can mediate the effect of total quality management (TQM) on company performance at PT. Tomorrow's Antiques with Z value (17,311) > Z table (1,96).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of customer relationship management on member satisfaction, the effect of member satisfaction on member loyalty, the effect of customer relationship management on member loyalty, and the influence of customer relationship management on loyalty which is influenced by member satisfaction. This research was conducted at Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) throughout Penebel District, Tabanan, Bali with a sample of 100 people who were determined using the Slovin method and the determination of the sample using incidental sampling. Testing instruments and analysis tools include validity test, reliability test, and path analysis accompanied by Sobell test. Based on the results of the path analysis test, it was found that customer relationship management has a positive and significant effect on member satisfaction, member satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on member loyalty, customer relationship management has a positive and significant effect on member loyalty and based on the results of the Sobell test, member satisfaction has been proven. mediating the relationship between the influence of customer relationship management on member loyalty is seen from the value of Z-score (4.84)> Z-table (1.66). Suggestions given in this study are BUMDes in Penebel District are suggested to further improve customer relationship management strategies to increase member satisfaction and loyalty from members.
