Abstract

The objectives of this research are to investigate: (1) the difference of effect between the Flip Book-assisted Quantum Teaching model and the Expository learning model on the learning result in the subject matter of Introduction to Economics and Business; (2) the difference of effect among the visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning styles on the learning result in the subject matter of Introduction to Economics and Business; and (3) the interaction of effect of the learning models and the learning styles to the learning result in the subject matter of Introduction to Economics and Business.            This research used the experimental research method with the factorial design of 2x3. The samples of research were taken by using the simple random sampling technique. The data of research were gathered through test of learning result on the subject matter of Introduction to Economics and Business and questionnaire of learning styles. The proposed hypotheses of research were analyzed by using the two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) continued with multiple-comparison test.            The results of research are as follows: (1) there is a difference of effect between the Flip Book-assisted Quantum Teaching learning model and the Expository learning model on the learning result in the subject matter of Introduction to Economics and Business; (2) there is a difference of effect among the visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning styles on the learning result in the subject matter of Introduction to Economics and Business; and (3) there is an interaction of effect of the learning models and the learning styles to the learning result in the subject matter of Introduction to Economics and Business.Keyword:Quantum teaching,  flip book, learning styles, expository, and learning result

Abstract

Abstrak: Dukungan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kepegawaian terhadap Pengambilan Keputusan di BKPP Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) Mengetahui implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kepegawaian di BKPP Kabupaten Sukoharjo, (2) Mengetahui dukungan informasi yang dihasilkan oleh Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kepegawaian dalam pengambilan keputusan bidang kepegawaian di BKPP Kabupaten Sukoharjo, (3) Mengetahui kendala dalam implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kepegawaian di BKPP Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Dalam proses penerapan SIMPEG di BKPP Kabupaten Sukoharjo terdapat sub sistem pengumpulan data, sub sistem input data, sub sistem pengolahan data dan sub sistem output informasi, serta didukung oleh komponen-komponen pendukung yang terdiri dari hardware (perangkat keras), software (perangkat lunak), database, sumber daya jaringan dan brainware (SDM). (2) Informasi yang dihasilkan oleh SIMPEG di BKPP saat ini sudah mampu mendukung dalam pengambilan keputusan penempatan, mutasi dan pensiun pegawai, (3) Kendala yang dihadapi dalam penerapan SIMPEG di BKPP Kabupaten Sukoharjo yaitu: keterbatasan anggaran dan keterlambatan dalam input data. Abstract: Human Resources Management Information System Support for Decision Making in BKPP Sukoharjo Regency. The purposes of this study were (1) to know the Implementation Human Resources Management Information Systems in BKPP  of Sukoharjo Regency, (2) know the support information generated by Implementation Human Resources Management Information Systems in BKPP of Sukoharjo Regency in the field of staffing decisions. (3) know the obstacles in the Implementation Human Resources Management Information Systems in BKPP of Sukoharjo Regency. This study used qualitative research methods. The results showed that (1) In the Implementation Human Resources Management Information Systems in BKPP of Sukoharjo Regency there are sub data collection systems, sub system of data input, data processing sub-systems and sub systems output information, and supported by supporting parts consisting of hardware, software, databases, netware and brainware (2) The information generated by Human Resources Management Information Systems at BKPP of Sukoharjo Regency are now able to support decision making in placement, transfer and retirement of employees, but not fully support in the implementation of management staffing in the BKPP of Sukoharjo Regency. Abstract

Kegiatan PPM telah dilaksanakan dan dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut. 1) Pelaksanaan dilakukan menggunakan platform zoom meeting selama 3 hari dengan lancar serta telah memberikan pengetahuan dan peningkatan kemampuan peserta dalam menulis proposal PTK bagi Guru MGMP OTKP. 2) Materi yang disampaikan yakni: a) pentingnya PTK bagi guru, menentukan dan merumuskan permasalahan dalam PTK, dan metode penelitian; b) sistematika proposal PTK, kajian teori, dan penulisan referensi. 3) Jumlah peserta melampauai target yang ditetapkan dari 30 orang menjadi 42 orang dan diikuti tidak hanya oleh guru MGMP OTKP DIY namun juga dari wilayah Jawa Tengah dan Jawa Barat. 4) Hasil evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa: a) secara umum tingkat pemahaman terhadap materi 1 sebesar 34,8% sedangkan materi 2 sebesar 35,1% dalam kategori cukup. b) Kualitas penyampaian materi 1 sebesar 80,9% dalam kategori baik, dan materi 2 sebesar 59,5% dalam kategori baik. c) Kemampuan peserta sebelum dan sesudah mendapatkan materi 1 secara umum mengalami peningkatan. Kategori kemampuan paling rendah/sangat tidak mampu yang semula 10% menjadi 2,2% dan kategori tidak mampu yang semula 23,9% menjadi 4,3%. d) Kemampuan peserta sebelum dan sesudah mendapatkan materi 2 mengalami peningkatkan. Indikasi peningkatan terlihat dari persentase dalam kategori tidak paham yang semula sebesar 18,9% menjadi 0% dan persentase kategori paham meingkat dari sebelum mendapat pelatihan.

Abstract

The problem behind this research is that there are practical lectures in tertiary institutions which cannot be carried out in person due to the Covid-19 pandemic. As a result, practical learning is carried out online. This study aims to analyze student perceptions of practical learning media carried out online during the Covid-19 pandemic and the obstacles faced by students in participating in online practical learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Research data was collected using a survey via an online questionnaire using the Google form. The research respondents consisted of 314 students. Research data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. The research findings show that students have a good perception of the use of practical learning media conducted online during the Covid-19 pandemic. The media most often used and liked by students is Zoom. The main obstacle felt by students during online learning is an unstable internet network, so students cannot take part in practical learning to the fullest. The novelty in this study is to find out students' perceptions of using online practicum media that have not been carried out by previous researchers. The implication of this research is that online learning media can be used as an alternative to practicum learning media during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengelolaan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Di Era 4.0 Melalui Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Yang Efektif. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah akan berdampak kepada kinerja guru serta dalam menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif. Oleh sebab itu, kepemimpinan yang digunakan haruslah tepat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam pengelolaan SMK. Melalui penelitian ini diharapkan dapat diketahui bagaimana kepemimpinan yang tepat dalam pengelolaan SMK di era revolusi industri 4.0 sehingga dapat meningkatkan daya saing lulusan SMK. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dikemas dalam format google form. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa praktik kepemimpinan kepala sekolah SMK di DIY pada era revolusi industri 4.0 secara keseluruhan tergolong efektif. Pola kepemimpinan yang diterapkan, yang mencakup aspek-aspek: cara pengambilan keputusan, keterlibatan bawahan dalam pengambilan keputusan, implementasi dan tindak lanjut pengambilan keputusan, proses komunikasi, penguasaan teknologi, dan dukungan sarana prasarana, semuanya tergolong efektif. Kata kunci: Kepala Sekolah; Kepemimpinan; Revolusi Industri; SMK; Abstract: Management of Vocational High Schools in the Era 4.0 Through Effective Principal Leadership. The principal's leadership will have an impact on teacher performance and in creating a conducive school environment. Therefore, the leadership used must be appropriate. The purpose of this study was to determine the principal's leadership in the management of vocational high school. Through this research, it is hoped that it will be known how the right leadership in the management of vocational high school in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 can improve the competitiveness of VHS graduates. The method used in this research is a survey with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used a questionnaire packaged in a google form format. The conclusion of this study shows that the leadership practices of vocational school principals in DIY in the industrial revolution 4.0 era were overall quite effective. The leadership pattern applied, which includes the following aspects: decision-making methods, involvement of subordinates in decision-making, implementation and follow-up of decision-making, communication processes, mastery of technology, and infrastructure support are all considered effective. Keyword: Headmaster; Industrial Revolution; Leadership; Vocational High School;

Abstract

Abstrak: Persepsi Guru Terhadap Pembelajaran Daring di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Penelitian sebelumnya mengungkapkan bahwa persepsi guru terhadap pembelajaran daring ada yang bersifat positif dan negative. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui persepsi guru terhadap pembelajaran daring di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Intrumen penelitian ini berupa angket yang disebarkan melalui google form. Sampel dari penelitian ini yaitu 40 orang guru SMK di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi guru terhadap pembelajaran daring di SMK berada pada kategori baik. Penggunaan platform dalam pembelajaran daring berada dalam kategori baik dengan persentase 64%. Indikator pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring berada pada kategori baik dengan persentase 71%. Umpan balik dan evaluasi tugas siswa berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan persentase 50%. Selama pembelajaran daring guru kurang dalam menyediakan materi pembelajaran yang menarik dan mudah diakses bagi para siswa. Evaluasi pembelajaran daring ada pada kategori baik dengan persentase 33%. Pelaksanaan supervisi dalam pembelajaran daring berada dalam kriteria baik Kata kunci: persepsi, daring, pembelajaran, SMK Abstract: Teachers' Perceptions of Online Learning in Vocational High Schools. Previous research revealed that teachers' perceptions of online learning were positive and negative. The purpose of this study is to determine the teacher's perception of online learning in Vocational High Schools. This study uses quantitative research methods with survey methods. The instrument of this research is in the form of a questionnaire distributed via google form. The sample of this research is 40 SMK teachers in the Province of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The results of this study indicate that the teacher's perception of online learning in VHS is in the good category. The use of platforms in online learning is in the good category with a percentage of 64%. The indicators for the implementation of online learning are in the good category with a percentage of 71%. Feedback and evaluation of student assignments are in the very good category with a percentage of 50%. During online learning, teachers are lacking in providing interesting and accessible learning materials for students. Evaluation of online learning is in the good category with a percentage of 33%. Abstract

Abstrak: Persepsi Siswa Terhadap Pembelajaran Online di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Pembelajaran online menjadi tantangan SMK karena pendidikan kejuruan lebih berfokus pada keterampilan dalam bidang studi tertentu dan menyeimbangkannya dengan pengetahuan umum, dan sikap. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui persepsi siswa terhadap pembelajaran online. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, yaitu jenis penelitian yang menghasilkan temuan berdasarkan hasil analisis terhadap  data berupa angka yang diperoleh dari lapangan tanpa melakukan treatment (manipulasi) terhadap variabel yang diteliti. Instrumen penelitian ini berupa angket yang disebar melalui google form. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Persepsi siswa terhadap pembelajaran online di SMK berada pada kategori baik. Kendala yang dihadapi siswa dalam pembelajaran online masih cukup tinggi yaitu 51%, kendala tersebut bersumber dari terbatasnya kuota, jaringan internet tidak stabil serta sulitnya memahami penjelasan guru. Kata kunci: pembelajaran; kejuruan; online; SMK; pendidikan  Abstract: Student Perceptions of Online Learning in Vocational High Schools. Online learning is a challenge for vocational schools because vocational  education focuses more on skills in a particular field of study and balances them with general knowledge, and attitudes.  The purpose of this study is to determine students' perceptions of online learning.  This research uses a survey design with a quantitative approach, which is a type of research that produces findings based on the results of analysis of data in the form of numbers obtained from the field without treating (manipulating) the variables studied.  This research instrument is in the form of a questionnaire that is distributed through a google form.  The results showed that students' perceptions of online learning at VHS were in the good category.  The obstacles faced by students in online  learning are still quite high, namely 51%, these obstacles stem from limited quotas, unstable internet networks and difficulty understanding the teacher's explanation. Keywords: learning; vocational; online; vocational; VHS; education
