Abstract

Dunia manufaktur dan industri jasa memiliki permasalahan dibidang penjadwalan. Penjadwalan adalah proses pengambilan keputusan yang berkaitan tentang pengalokasian sejumlah resource dan tugas dalam waktu tertentu. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan suatu teknik untuk mendapatkan penjadwalan yang efektif dan efisien. Flow shop merupakan salah satu permasalahan penjadwalan yang dikategorikan dalam permasalahan NP-hard. Permutation akan menjadi kendala dalam lingkungan flow shop dimana mesin-mesin diatur secara seri dengan menyusun antrian job mengikuti aturan FIFO. Harmony search algorithm salah satu teknik metaheuristik yang terinspirasi dari permainan musik. Algoritma tersebut dapat digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan permutation flow shop untuk minimize makespan. Teknik penyelesaian dengan menggunakan algoritma tersebut menerapkan inisialisasi dengan variabel diskrit. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan, harmony search algorithm efektif menghasilkan makespan yang lebih baik dari makespan yang terdapat pada benchmark data.

Abstract

The result of the blood chemistry tests is usually presented in the form of a table written in abbreviations, numbers, and units. Unfortunately, the young doctors often require the time and experience for interpreting the blood chemistry tests into a textual representation, which is easy to read and understand. Therefore, this research aimed at developing a system (BTISys) that can generate the textual representation in the Indonesian language automatically based on the blood chemistry test. BTISys generates the representation using Natural Language Generation (NLG) approach based on the r-template method. The reliability of BTISys is measured by considering the naturalness of generated textual representation. The naturalness can be observed by three criteria, such as readability, clarity, and general appropriateness. The reliability of BTISys is quite good to generate the textual representation automatically. It can be seen from the readability, clarity, and general appropriateness, which reach 73 %, 70 %, and 60 % respectively, that implies the naturalness of generated textual representation.

Abstract

One of the areas that can be a reference for the success and progress of a nation is the field of education. In the world of education, the examination has become one of the ways to measure learning achievement levels of students in the school. The examination that usually uses at school such as daily/weekly/monthly test, Midterm (UTS) and the Semester final exam (UAS). By using examination both students and teachers can evaluate each other about their teaching and learning activities. The examination model which used during this time is conventional methods model by using paper-based test. Traditional methods still have many shortcomings so that it takes another method for creating an efficient, effective, safe, accurate and fast test system. Another model which was already applied in the activities of the school students test is a method of Computer-Based Test (CBT Method). This way is proven to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the test. Unfortunately, this new approach is only applied to the activities of the national exam and have not been evenly distributed throughout the school. To use it in all the examination process such as daily/weekly/monthly test, Midterm (UTS) and the Semester final exam (UAS), the writer selected two school partners to implement CBT Exam in high school/Equal. Both schools are SMK Negeri 2 Binjai and MA "Mawaridussalam Deli Serdang. The target to be achieved is the creation of an alternative test method which can be used by the partner school that is more efficient, more effective, safer, more accurate and faster than old exam methods. The outcome which is to be accomplished is the creation of a system of computer-based test methods as an alternative method in the test of daily/weekly/monthly, UTS, and UAS on school partners by using PHP and My SQL.

Abstract

Laboratory tests of blood and urine chemistry are important in determining a patient's health status. The results of these tests are usually presented in the form of a table that lists medical abbreviations alongside corresponding values. Medical professionals can easily interpret the results by determining whether the values are within the normal range or indicate an abnormality. However, junior doctors may still require reference tables to compare each component's value obtained from the laboratory test with the normal range. Therefore, this study proposes a Natural Language Generation (NLG) approach using the Roulette Wheel and Bigram algorithms to assist junior doctors in efficiently and effectively interpreting blood and urine chemistry test results. This system will convert the numerical data into Indonesian text, which will become the narrative interpretation in the laboratory report. Evaluation by junior doctors and medical professionals showed a naturalness level of interpretation of blood and urine chemistry test results ranging from 86% to 96%

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini mengembangkan sistem informasi desa berbasis web untuk mendukung transformasi digital di Desa Cikasungka. Menggunakan pendekatan Design Thinking dalam perancangan partisipatif dan metode Scrum dalam implementasi iteratif, sistem ini menghadirkan fitur utama: otomasi pengajuan surat, dashboard kependudukan terintegrasi, dan portal informasi publik. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi signifikan: waktu layanan administrasi berkurang dari 5.2 hari menjadi 1.5 hari (penurunan 71.2%), kesalahan data menurun 40.9%, dan frekuensi kunjungan kantor desa berkurang 66.7%. Pengujian dengan 100 pengguna mengungkapkan 93% menyelesaikan pengajuan surat dalam <15 menit dan 78% pengguna lansia beroperasi secara mandiri tanpa bantuan. Pelatihan intensif bagi 15 perangkat desa menggunakan modul bilingual (Indonesia-Sunda) menjamin keberlanjutan sistem. Inisiatif ini mendukung pencapaian SDGs Tujuan 9 (Inovasi Infrastruktur) dan Tujuan 16 (Tata Kelola Inklusif) melalui peningkatan transparansi layanan publik.

Abstract

The digital transformation in vocational education demands institutions to optimize the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS) as effective platforms for hybrid learning. Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia Curug has adopted LMS, yet its usage remains limited to administrative functions and lacks deeper pedagogical integration. This community service initiative aimed to enhance the digital competencies of teaching staff through intensive LMS training based on the Direct Instruction with Guided Practice method. The program's partner consisted of lecturers from PPI Curug. The training was conducted in stages, including material delivery via Telkom University's e-learning platform, interactive offline workshops, guided hands-on sessions, evaluation through pre- and post-tests, and final feedback. Results showed an average score increase of 7.47 points, with 93.3% of participants achieving post-test scores within the 91–100 range. This effort aligns with Indonesia’s Asta Cita vision, particularly Asta Cita 4, in strengthening human resources, science, and technology towards realizing Indonesia Emas 2045. It also supports the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) point 4 on Quality Education through the digitalization of learning processes. Consequently, this activity reflects the strong commitment of Telkom University’s academic community in upholding the values of HEI (Harmony, Excellence, Integrity), which derive from the AKHLAK BUMN core values, serving as the foundation of institutional culture and service. Through structured collaboration, this program contributes to building an innovative and sustainable digital education ecosystem.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital sivitas akademika Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia Curug (PPIC) melalui penyelenggaraan workshop edukatif bertema keamanan siber, khususnya pada isu serangan phishing dan teknik mitigasinya. Pendekatan pembelajaran yang digunakan mengacu pada prinsip andragogi Malcolm Knowles, dengan mengedepankan relevansi materi, partisipasi aktif peserta, serta orientasi pembelajaran pada pemecahan masalah nyata. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 75 peserta yang terdiri dari tenaga pengajar, pegawai, dan taruna, dengan metode evaluasi menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert dan pemetaan ke dalam enam prinsip andragogi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan skor tinggi pada dimensi readiness to learn, orientation to learning, dan self-concept, yang mencerminkan kesiapan dan komitmen peserta dalam menerapkan hasil pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini juga relevan secara strategis, mendukung prioritas nasional dalam Program Asta Cita, sejalan dengan visi Telkom University dan peta jalan Center of Excellence Artificial Intelligence for Learning and Optimization (CoE AILO), serta berkontribusi pada pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan andragogi efektif untuk kegiatan literasi digital di lingkungan pendidikan vokasi dan dapat direplikasi untuk penguatan ketahanan digital kelembagaan.
