Abstract

E-wallet is an electronic payment service that is widely used by Indonesian people. Currently, there are many e-wallets on the market, making people confused about choosing an e-wallet that suits their needs. This research implements this system in a simulation environment to test and validate the effectiveness of the approach in selecting the best E-Wallet. Experimental results show that the proposed approach can provide more accurate and relevant recommendations for users in choosing an E-Wallet that suits their preferences. This research aims to build a decision support system for selecting the best e-wallet using the Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis method (MOORA) and ROC weighting. MOORA is a multi-objective system that optimizes two or more conflicting properties simultaneously. This method is used to perform complex mathematical calculations. Decision support systems can help in the above problems. The aim of this research is to apply the MOORA algorithm to help users choose the best e-wallet that suits their needs. For the process of inputting alternative criteria weight values, the results of the system and manual process are the same, according to the results of the validity of the MOORA calculation. Where the application of the MOORA method is carried out by calculating alternative values from the algorithm and weighting, then calculations are carried out to determine the best option. The four e-wallets that are alternatives in this research are GoPay, OVO, ShopeePay, and DANA. Where the application of the Moora method is carried out by calculating alternative values from the algorithm and weighting then, calculations are carried out to determine the best option. The final results of this research showed that Alternative 1 (DANA) was chosen as the best alternative in the Best E-Wallet Selection with a preference value of 0.507.

Abstract

Advances in information technology have made a significant contribution to improve the efficiency of educational systems, including in academic administrative processes such as short-semester registration. At the Physical Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Dehasen Bengkulu, the short-semester registration process is still conducted manually, which often leads to challenges such as slow processing, high error rates, and difficulties in data management. To overcome these problems, a web-based short semester registration information system was developed using PHP programming language and MySQL database. This system allows students to register online and provides multi-level login features for administrators and students, course quota monitoring, and automatic data storage. The research method used was descriptive with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and literature study. The result of this research is web application called Sisfo-SP.site, which provides a practical and efficient solution for the short semester registration process in campus

Abstract

New student registration is a crucial process in the world of education, especially in Vocational High Schools (SMK). At SMK Negeri 5 Bengkulu Utara, this process is still done manually, causing various obstacles such as delays, inefficiencies, and the risk of data input errors. To overcome these problems, a web-based new student registration information system using PHP and MySQL was developed. This research uses a descriptive method with data collection stages through interviews, and software development through structured analysis and design. The result of this research is a PPDB (New Student Admission) website that is responsive, easy to use, and equipped with features such as online registration form, document upload, admin login, applicant dashboard, announcement of selection results, and print proof of registration. This system is proven to be able to increase efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in the registration process, and make it easier for schools to manage prospective student data.

Abstract

The current development of technology provides great opportunities in the field of education, one of which is through educational game media. This research aims to design and develop an Android-based educational game that can be used as an interactive learning medium for early childhood, specifically for students of Pajar Harapan Kindergarten in South Bengkulu Regency. This game features a picture guessing concept with three main themes: names of animals, names of fruits, and Indonesian national heroes, where players must arrange letters or answer multiple-choice questions based on the images displayed. The development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Testing results indicate that this game can enhance children's interest in learning by presenting material in a fun and interactive manner. Feedback from teachers and students regarding this application is also positive, indicating that the game is effective as an alternative learning medium. It is hoped that this application can continue to be developed and used more widely in early childhood education environments

Abstract

Animal, Fish, and Plant Quarantine Center of Bengkulu plays an important role in maintaining the safety and health of animals, fish, and plants entering or leaving Indonesia. One of the main activities in supporting this task is laboratory testing. However, the process of managing laboratory data, which is still done manually, often causes various problems, such as delays in recording, data duplication, and difficulties in searching and reporting data. To overcome this, a computerized Animal Quarantine Laboratory Information System was developed. This system was developed using PHP programming language and MySQL database, and was designed to manage test sample data, test results, laboratory reports, and other digital archives in an efficient and structured manner. The system development method used was waterfall, starting from needs analysis to system implementation. The results of this system development show that the laboratory data management process has become faster, more accurate, and more accessible to relevant parties. Thus, this information system is expected to improve service quality and operational efficiency at the Bengkulu Animal, Fish, and Plant Quarantine Center laboratory.
