Abstract

Isu utama pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah tidak adanya rujukan jelas pembagian hasil antara unit bisnis Ijabqabul.id dengan Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo (UMSIDA). Ijabqabul.id adalah platform jasa keuangan Syariah yang berbasis wakaf produktif. Permasalahan  yang  kemudian  muncul  adalah  bagaimana cara menghitung bagi hasil unit bisnis ijabqabul.id yang nantinya berfungsi sebagai revenue generator bagi UMSIDA. Metode pelaksanaan pembagian hasil menggunakan pendekatan manajemen bisnis sahabat Nabi berdasarkan Al-Quran dan Hadist. Sistem bagi hasil ini menggunakan dua metode yaitu (1) Wakaf dan (2) membagi hasil usaha menjadi 3 yaitu, 1/3 untuk sedekah, 1/3 untuk tambahan modal usaha, 1/3 untuk operasional dan manajemen. Untuk 1/3 yang ketiga dibagi menjadi 2 yaitu operasional dan manajemen. Adapun UMSIDA selaku pemilik usaha akan memperoleh bagian dari manajemen. Sistem bagi hasil seperti ini selain adil, juga berkah sebagaimana dicontohkan oleh Sahabat.

Abstract

The contribution of women entrepreneurship in the economy cannot be underestimated, but the bias in funding approvals is still an issue. In addition, Indonesia, with its majority Muslim population, also faces challenges to make a financial platform that does not conflict with Islamic law. Based on these problems, this paper offers a solution for developing a sharia-based financing model that focuses on women empowerment through crowdfunding.

Abstract

Influencers play an important role in today's digital market because they can directly influence, invite and promote a program. In terms of health priorities, posts on influencer social media accounts must be accurate and provide information about the content presented, because it influences the audience's decision making and actions. This research analyzed data from the social media site TikTok regarding professional influencers in the health industry and conducted an in-depth study of the content engagement formula on each creator's account. The research method used in this research uses descriptive qualitative methods using secondary data. This research uses several influencers, which will then illustrate how to calculate the Return of Investment. The results of this study show that ROI estimates of over 100% confirm that investing in health promotion initiatives with professional health influencers yields significant and substantial returns. ROI in social media marketing, with special emphasis on intangible outcomes such as brand recognition, customer engagement/relationships and eWOM. Practical implications of the findings Health professional influencers on social media TikTok generate different responses from other social media platforms. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat tren komparatif studi behavioral financial di negara-negara Asia Tenggara dan Timur. Selain itu, tujuan lain dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat kesenjangan studi Perilaku Keuangan di negara-negara Asia Tenggara dan Timur. Ada beberapa alasan yang mendasari penelitian ini. Pertama, mempelajari perilaku keuangan di negara-negara Asia mempunyai karakteristik unik dimana perilaku keuangan masyarakat perkotaan dan pedesaan berbeda. Kedua, perilaku keuangan di Asia masih belum sepenuhnya diterapkan oleh masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan analisis bibliometrik. Data akan dikumpulkan melalui database Scopus, yang kemudian diolah dengan software paket R. Pengolahan data menggunakan software paket R selanjutnya akan dianalisis menggunakan analisis bibliometrik.

Abstract

This research was conducted to know and analyze the social business canvas model design framework for the Telaga Telaga Pethcare social enterprise. The social business model canvas framework is used to see and assess how impactful this social enterprise is on the social problems solved by Telaga Telaga Pethcare. This framework is a modification of the business model canvas framework which was previously widely used to design business concepts to be implemented. The social problem that Telaga Telaga Pethcare is trying to overcome and resolve is the problem of rabies which is currently a serious problem in Bali Province. The data collected reports that currently the number of rabies transmission cases in Bali has reached 14,827 cases. The research method used in this research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data were collected using three methods, namely in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and documentation. The selection of informants in this research used a purposive sampling technique. The research results in this study show that rabies cases are a concern for the Bali Provincial Government and the community. Telaga Telaga Pethcare is one of the pet shops in Bali Province where one of the social activities is providing animal care. To make it easier to analyze the social business of Telaga Telaga Pethcare, we use the social business canvas model. Meanwhile, to analyze weaknesses, strengths, opportunities, and challenges using SWOT analysis.
