Abstract

Masalah ekonomi telah muncul dalam politik internasional sejak Revolusi Industri di Eropa dan Amerika Serikat pada tahun 1880-an. Dalam periode ini masalah menciptakan pola hubungan konflik di antara negara-negara untuk menciptakan kompetisi untuk menaklukkan sumber daya ekonomi yang terletak di dalam atau di luar wilayah mereka. Sayangnya, itu menjadi kurang penting karena hubungan internasional telah didominasi oleh politik kekuasaan dan kepedulian militer sampai perang dunia pecah. Pasca Perang Dunia II dan Perang Dingin, masalah ekonomi menjadi pendekatan sentral dalam politik internasional. Kehancuran pascaperang dan keruntuhan sosialisme-komunisme di Uni Soviet dan Cina mengakibatkan ekonomi dunia dalam hal kapitalisme liberal menjadi pemenangnya. Penguatan atau regionalisme ekonomi dan globalisasi telah menciptakan sejumlah lembaga ekonomi yang mengatur interaksi dan integrasi ekonomi nasional ke dalam regional dan global. Pola hubungan internasional lebih ditentukan oleh masalah ekonomi daripada poltik atau ideologi. Meskipun, masalah ekonomi tidak hanya menjadi perpaduan antara negara-bangsa untuk bekerja sama tetapi juga sumber konflik untuk memperebutkan sumber ekonomi. Selain itu, globalisasi sebagai fondasi tatanan dunia telah menciptakan kesenjangan besar antara negara maju dan negara berkembang dan kurang berkembang, dan menciptakan kemiskinan internasional.

Abstract

Chemistry is part of science which studies the changes that occur in matter and these properties. Where the application of chemistry or science can be found in everyday life. One of them is the manufacture of lava lamps which are used as a method of applying chemistry by studying the reactions that occur. Therefore, in the Real Work Lecture 49 program of Mulawarman University, individual work program activities are carried out, namely making lava lamps by utilizing tools and materials that can be found in everyday life as a simple application of chemistry. Collection of tools and materials to be used, preparing gifts for students as a form of appreciation, preparing materials and adding insight to students which will be displayed in the form of Power Point, carrying out individual work programs in grade 5 of State Elementary School 001 Samboja and delivering materials. The entire series of individual work programs went well and in accordance with the plans and needs of the students at Sekolah SD Negeri 001 Samboja.

Abstract

Tujuan yang diinginkan dari kegiatan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Insentif, Disiplin Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai (BBWS) Pemali Juana Semarang. Penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi seluruh pegawai Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai (BBWS) Pemali Juana Semarang yang berjumlah 118 orang. Dalam penelitian ini sampel diambil dari seluruh populasi sebanyak 118 responden yang dijadikan sampel, dengan tehnik Sensus. Hasil penelitiannya adalah Insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, semakin besar insentif yang diterima maka semakin tinggi kinerja pegawai pada Balai Besar Wilayah (BBWS) Pemali Juana Semarang. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, semakin tinggi disiplin kerja maka semakin tinggi kinerja pegawai pada Balai Besar Wilayah (BBWS) Pemali Juana Semarang. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, semakin baik lingkungan kerja maka semakin baik kinerja pegawai pada Balai Besar Wilayah (BBWS) Pemali Juana Semarang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the legal protection of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) against monopolistic practices at the nation's capital/IKN and find out the role of the government to eradicate the monopolistic practices against Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) at the nation's capital/IKN in the business competition. The conclusion showed 1) the legal protection against UMKM consist of preventive legal protection and repressive legal protection at the nation's capital/IKN. Preventive protection such as prevention, the Big Businessman has forbidden to make agreements and other acts which tend to make damages to other businessman competitor and if the agreement makes unfair business competition for UMKM. However the repressive protection such as giving sanctions like administrative sanction, criminal punishment principal, and another criminal punishment. 2) the role of the government to eradicate the monopoly practice business at the nation's capital/IKN has been regulated in several regulations. This government role such as providing the financial facility, infrastructure, the information facilities services, the partnerships and easy business licensing, providing facilities and incentives, and managing the partnerships and structuring modern market locations.

Abstract

This research is directed to answer two main problems: the form of liability imposed on parking service providers toward consumers, and how the Supreme Court decision reflects (or diverges from) legal justice and proportionality. The study aims to examine the legal liability approach adopted in the Supreme Court Decision Number 2157/K/Pdt/2010 and to formulate an ideal concept of a fair and proportional limitation of liability for parking service operators. In the aforementioned decision, the Supreme Court held the parking operator liable for the loss of a consumer’s vehicle, even though a disclaimer clause had been clearly printed on the parking ticket. This ruling raised controversy, as it seemed to overlook the fact that the operator had fulfilled their duties to a reasonable and professional standard. The substance of parking as an object of regional tax was disregarded in the judicial consideration, which focused solely on consumer protection law. This has led to an interpretation that imposes an almost unlimited liability on the service provider. This study employs doctrinal legal research, supported by conceptual approaches in parking regulation and legal case analysis. The method used is normative legal research (doctrinal) with statutory, conceptual (regarding lease and deposit agreements), and judicial approaches. The findings indicate that parking service providers should not be subjected to absolute liability. Instead, the assessment of liability must take into account the principles of justice, proportionality, and contributory negligence. Hence, there is a need for a clear formulation of liability limitations that not only safeguard consumer rights but also consider the reasonable obligations of business actors, particularly within the context of regional tax regulations related to parking.

Abstract

Abstract: This paper aims to educate the public about the importance of a prenuptial agreement made before a legal marriage exists in forming a harmonious, happy and peaceful household. This study used the community outreach method with question and answer interactions. The results of this community service activity received a response from young people of marriageable age, with indications of many questions about how important this prenuptial agreement is for family harmony.  Keyword: agreement, prenuptial   Abstrak: Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi masyarakat tentang pentingnya perjanjian pranikah dilakukan sebelum adanya pernikahan yang sah dalam membentuk rumah tangga yang harmonis, bahagia dan tentram. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengabdian kemasyarakat dengan sosialisasi kemasyarakat dengan interaksi tanya jawab. Hasil kegiatan abdi masyarakat ini mendapat sambutan dari remaja-remaja usia menikah, dengan indikasi banyak pertanyaan mengenai seberapa penting perjanjian pranikah ini diperlukan untuk keharmonisasian keluarga.
