Abstract

Sampai saat ini Ketahanan Pangan Nasional Indonesia masih berada pada kondisi yang belum stabil. Kondisi ini memberikan gambaran nyata bahwa ada permasalahan yang dialami bangsa Indonesia di bidang ketahanan pangan. Karena pada posisi keberadaan wilayah Indonesia yang sangat strategis maka semestinya Indonesia menjadi bangsa dan negara yang makmur dan mandiri dalam hal sumber pangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangan strategi kebijakan pengembangan komoditas pangan menuju ketahanan pangan nasional. Dalam mendukung penelitian ini digunakan metode SWOT, Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM), dan Balanced Score Card (BSC). Metode SWOT digunakan untuk merumuskan strategi berdasarkan identifikasi faktor internal dan faktor eksternal yang berpengaruh signifikan berbasis model Mckinsey 7S dan PEST. Selanjutnya metode ISM digunakan untuk menentukan prioritas strategi. Metode BSC digunakan untuk menentukan rencana implementasi dan pemetaan dari strategi-strategi yang dirumuskan. Pengembangan strategi kebijakan pengembangan komoditas pangan menuju ketahanan pangan nasional berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdiri dari 10 (sepuluh) strategi utama yang terdiri dari Strategi SO-1,2,3, Strategi WO-1,2,3, Strategi ST-1,2,3 dan Strategi WT-1. Diharapkan kesepuluh strategi hasil penelitian ini dapat meningkatkan pengembangan komoditas pangan Indonesia menuju Ketahanan Pangan Nasional yang stabil dan sustainable.

Abstract

The research was carried out with the aim of knowing how influential the implementation of training from the application of the State Property Accounting Management Information System (SIMAK BMN) administration system and the motivation and competence of Disbekal personnel to the improvement of the quality of Disbekal personnel's performance. The data collection technique was by distributing questionnaires, where the research population was personnel in the accounting department of BMN at the Disbekal Head Office and DKI Jakarta Regional Office, the entire population of 320 Disbekal personnel in this study was used as a sample. Data analysis using statistical methods with independent variables are competence, motivation, and SIMAK-BMN training, while the dependent variable is the quality of personnel performance. It was found that SIMAK-BMN training had a significant effect on the quality of the performance of the Disbekal personnel, motivation and competence affected the performance of the Disbekal personnel.

Abstract

The delays and constraints that distribution centers have in supplying logistics that are often faced are related to transportation and transportation facilities that are not optimal, as well as the location of distribution centers to the remote Koarmada I area. In this study, an analysis of the effectiveness of the implementation of logistics distribution by a logistics distribution agency was carried out and the influence of the implementation of logistics distribution on supply performance to support the Koarmada I Marine Combat Operations. From the measurement model obtained using SEM-AMOS software on the three variables of Location, Transportation and Inventory that builds Logistic Distribution, Location variable has a high value of 0.566. This means that the effectiveness of the implementation of logistics distribution in distributing logistics supplies from the distribution center to Koarmada I is not effective. So that in order to answer the existing problems, the Indonesian Navy needs to plan the formation of a logistics supply distribution organization through organizational validation, building reserve locations that are in strategic positions, building infrastructure and managing logistics supplies in a comprehensive and integrated manner.

Abstract

This research is aimed at determining the impact of the application of reasonable applications and human resources competencies on the quality of presentation of financial data in LAKIP Year 2023 at RSPAL Dr. Ramelan Surabaya. This research uses quantitative methods on populations that include administrative, financial, program, and budget staff, the drafting team, and users of financial reports for LAKIB Year 2023. Simple random sampling technique or stratification of samplings of 39 people. Data collection technique using a Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using decryptive statistics and inferential statistics with the help of SPSS software version 27. The results of this study found that the implementation of accurate applications has a positive and significant impact on the quality of presentation of financial data in LAKIP year 2023 of 79.2%. Human resources competence has a positive and significant impact on the quality of presentation of financial data in LAKIP year 2023 by 77.1%. Applying of Sakti application and human resources competence combined have a positive impact and significant influence on the presentation quality of financial information LAKIB year 20–23 by 80.5%. Furthermore, the remaining 19.5% is another variable contribution that the researchers have not observed thoroughly in this research.
