Abstract

increase while the supply is getting smaller so that it needs a partial substitute alternative to concrete mixtures to overcome the limitations of using natural materials. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence the compressive strength results from the substitution of fine aggregate with sediment from the Bili Bili Dam. The method used in this study is an experimental method that refers to the SNI 7656-2012 testing standard. The variation in the sediment percentage in this study was 0%, 2.5%, 5%, 7.5% and 10% of the weight of the fine aggregate used. The concrete quality planned in this study is 14.53MPa and uses cylindrical samples measuring Ø15cm and 30cm high, as well as cubes with a width of 15cm and a height of 15cm. Based on the results of the study, the compressive strength value for the use of sediment as a substitute for some fine aggregate successively reduced the compressive strength of concrete during the age of 3, 7, 14, 28 days from the planned concrete quality to be reduced by 3.8%, 13.67%, 22.10%, 34.44% and 48.72%, the cause of reduction by the high mud content in the sediment.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan penduduk yang pesat di Kota Makassar mendorong peningkatan aktivitas ekonomi dan pembangunan, sehingga permintaan akan material konstruksi, khususnya beton, semakin tinggi. Melihat potensi bambu yang berlimpah di Indonesia, khususnya di Kota Makassar, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penggunaan bambu sebagai alternatif dalam campuran beton. Bambu memiliki potensi untuk digunakan sebagai bahan tambahan atau pengganti sebagian agregat kasar dalam beton, yang dapat mengurangi penggunaan bahan non-daur ulang dan memberikan manfaat lingkungan. Meskipun penggunaan bambu dapat memberikan keuntungan seperti mengurangi berat jenis beton dan meningkatkan daya tahan terhadap retakan, pengaruhnya terhadap kekuatan tekan beton perlu diteliti lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini akan mengacu pada studi sebelumnya yang menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan bambu sebagai pengganti sebagian agregat kasar pada kadar di atas 10% mengalami penurunan kekuatan tekan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini akan menggunakan persentase kadar bambu sebesar 2%, 4%, 6%, dan 8% untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh bambu pada kekuatan tekan beton.

Abstract

Lakapera is one of the villages in Gu District, Central Buton Regency, Southeast Sulawesi. The people of Lakapera Village, Southeast Sulawesi Province, often use aggregates from the sea and mountains found in the village. This is due to the absence of a river in Lakapera Village which results in the use of sea sand aggregate and crafted stone of mountain stones as building materials. The purpose of this research is to provide information about the condition of aggregate characteristics from Lakapera Village that can be used as a mixture material in making concrete and to obtain how strong it is produced. The test piece process was made by replacing part of the local aggregate using sea sand and crushed stone from Mount Lakapera Village with a mixture percentage of 5%, 15%, and 30% on the 7, 14, 21, and 28 days of concrete age. Based on the result, the material characteristics of all aggregates are safe to use as concrete materials. The results showed that the compressive strength obtained decreased by a percentage of 2,20% of the test specimen (70:30%), from the initial compressive strength of 18,7MPa, in the 28 day concrete age test. The compressive strength of concrete using mixed materials 0%, 5%, 15%, and 30% at the 28-day age concrete was 19,50MPa with a percentage of 104,28% (Test specimen 100:0%), 18,75MPa or 100,29% (Test specimen 95:5%), 18,47MPa or 98,79% (Test specimen 85:15%), and compressive strength of 18,28MPa or 97,80% (Test specimen 70:30%) of the planned compressive strength.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara dengan jumlah perokok tertinggi di ASEAN sehingga menghasilkan limbah rokok yang cukup banyak terutama filter puntung rokok. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pemanfaatan filter puntung rokok sebagai bahan dalam pembuatan atap bitumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui karakteristik dari atap bitumen dengan campuran filter puntung rokok. Terdapat beberapa tes yang telah dilaksanakan meliputi penyerapan air, rembesan, penyerapan panas, titik nyala dan titik bakar. Sampel uji dibagi dalam lima variasi penggunaan filter puntung rokok yaitu 50gr, 55gr, 60gr, 65gr dan 70gr. Hasil pengujian penyerapan air memenuhi syarat yang mengacu pada SNI 0096:2007 dengan maksimal 10% penyerapan. Hasil pengujian penyerapan panas untuk sampel I sampai sampel V adalah masing-masing 26,83%, 25,10%, 27,70%, 22,07% dan sampel V = 28,13%. Hal ini menunjukkan penyerapan panas atap bitumen filter puntung rokok rendah atau dengan kata lain memiliki daya reflektivitas sedangkan untuk hasil titik nyala sampel I sampai sampel V adalah 95℃, 134℃, 139℃, 80℃, 110℃. Untuk hasil pengujian titik bakar yang diperoleh untuk sampel I sampai sampel V adalah masing-masing 101℃, 136℃, 140℃, 85℃, 148℃. Berdasarkan hasil yang didapatkan, filter puntung rokok dapat dijadikan sebagai atap bitumen alternatif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki tingkatan kinerja pada struktur beton bertulang dari proyek Tower A Gedung Ciputra School of Business Makassar . Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan analisis pushover, metode spektrum kapasitas menurut ATC-40 dan metode koefisien perpindahan menurut FEMA 440. Analisis pushover dilakukan dengan bantuan program ETABS v18.1.1. Nilai perpindahan pada titik kinerja struktur berdasarkan metode spektrum kapasitas adalah sebesar 0,2022m untuk arah x dan 0,1965m untuk arah y. Nilai perpindahan pada titik kinerja struktur berdasarkan metode koefisien perpindahan sebesar 0,3317m untuk arah x dan 0,3297m untuk arah y. Tingkat kinerja struktur didasarkan pada nilai perpindahan pada saat struktur mencapai titik kinerja atau performance point. Hasil perhitungan tingkat kinerja struktur menurut ATC-40, struktur termasuk pada tingkat damage control sedangkan menurut FEMA 440, struktur termasuk pada tingkat life safety. Berdasarkan tingkat kinerja tersebut, pada saat gempa, terjadi kerusakan yang signifikan pada komponen-komponen struktur utama akan tetapi belum mengalami keruntuhan namun diperlukan sedikit perbaikan.

Abstract

Perhitungan dinding turap secara manual membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama, sehingga dengan perkembangan teknologi menyebabkan perhitungan manual mulai kurang digunakan dan digantikan dengan penggunaan perangkat lunak (software) karena lebih menghemat waktu dan tenaga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan suatu program berbasis antarmuka pengguna grafis (graphical user interface) dengan tujuan untuk mempermudah perhitungan dinding turap dengan menghemat waktu dalam proses perhitungannya. Perancangan aplikasi dimulai dengan membuat tampilan program aplikasinya, membuat listing program, dan selanjutnya melakukan validasi dengan membandingkan hasil perhitungan menggunakan program aplikasi yang dibuat dengan perhitungan manual. Program ini memuat analisis terkait 2 (dua) tipe dinding turap dengan berbagai kondisi tanah. Tipe dinding turap yang digunakan adalah turap kantilever dan turap berangker. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa program yang dibuat dapat berfungsi dengan baik. Pengecekan program tersebut dilakukan dengan cara trial and error terhadap semua kemungkinan sehingga dipastikan tidak terdapat kesalahan ketika program tersebut dijalankan. Hasil analisis pada program juga menunjukkan hasil yang sama dengan perhitungan manual.

Abstract

Global market competition requires companies to continue to innovate in an effort to improve their services. The reality on the ground shows that companies that are advanced and able to survive in intense competition are companies that have been able to produce products with certain standards which of course can be produced if the company has employees who are reliable in their fields. The application of ISO 9001:2015 in construction companies can be carried out by referring to the clauses in ISO 9001:2015. The goal is to improve employee performance in order to produce products with guaranteed quality, so as to increase the company's credibility.This study aims to determine the degree of conformity of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System implementation and the effect of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system implementation on employees. The analytical method used to analyze the results of distributing the questionnaires is simple regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that the level of implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system by PT. Nindya Karya in the Pamukkulu Dam Development Project Package 2 of 90.026% is included in the very good category (81% -100%) and the application of the ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system has a positive and significant effect of 61.3% on employee performance.

Abstract

Public transportation that is orderly, economical, smooth, safe and comfortable is the choice made in developing an urban public transportation system. Buy the service is a service purchasing system by the government for public transport operators, TEMAN Bus (Transportation, Economical, Easy, Reliable and Comfortable) is the implementation of a service purchasing program or better known as buy the service (BTS) by the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia. This research aims to determine passenger perceptions of TEMAN Trans Mamminasata Bus service and travel times. This type of research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach. To determine passenger perceptions using a scoring system developed from the Likert scale in data processing which is expressed in 6 variables for service level, namely safety, security, equality, affordability, comfort, regularity. Meanwhile, to determine travel time, use the direct measurement method by measuring the time from the point of departure to the point of destination. Based on the results of the research carried out, it was obtained that passenger perceptions of the TEMAN Bus Trans Mamminasata service received a score of 4.630 with a percentage of 92.601% (very good). The travel time for Panakkukang Mall-Sultan Hasanuddin Airport is 1 hour 15 minutes 32 seconds, Sultan Hasanuddin Airport-Panakkukang Mall is 1 hour 2 minutes 2 seconds and Panakkukang Mall- Sultan Hasanuddin Airport-Panakkukang Mall is 2 hours 17 minutes 34 seconds.

Abstract

Discontinuous column is a column that doesn’t transfer the load directly to the foundation. The use of non-continuous columns includes irregular buildings because the location of the columns is not continuous so that the capacity of the columns is not vertically adjacent, and the result is that the load is quite large on the beams under the column. To carry the non-continuous column load, the beam is designed as a transfer beam, where the beam must be able to withstand the load above it, namely in the form of the beam's weight, gravity loads, earthquake loads, and also the column loads above it, then the loads that are carried will be transferred evenly to the two columns that carry the transfer beam. This study aims to determine the effect of non-continuous columns on the building structure and to determine the difference in concrete volume and reinforcement area that occurs. This research used 2 building models. The results showed that there was an increase in the volume of concrete in the non-continuous column by 13.088% for the column structure, 56.399% for the beam structure. For beam reinforcement area with dimensions of 25cm x 45cm, there was an increase of 59.029% for support reinforcement and 27.007% for field reinforcement. The 20cm x 30cm beam has an increase of 33.6% in support reinforcement and 46.2% in field reinforcement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the type of road surface damage that occurs on the Mustafa Daeng Bunga Road section using the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) method where this method has a road damage assessment index starting from 0 for failed pavement conditions and 100 for very good pavement conditions so that the review is carried out every 50 meters per segment with a total of 46 segments reviewed with a total road length of 2300 meters. Based on the results of this study, there were only 11 segments of road surface damage from a total of 46 segments, for the final calculation of PCI obtained in each segment of the road damage area in the (STA 1 + 450) perfect road category, (STA 1 + 500) failed road category, (STA 1 + 900 bad road category, (STA 1 + 950) good road category, (STA 2 + 00) sufficient category (STA 2 + 50) good category, in this segment it becomes a priority segment to be repaired immediately (STA 2 + 100) obtained values ranging from 0, 2, 15 and 25 with the category of failed roads, (STA 2 + 150) very good road category, (STA 2 + 200) good road category, (STA 2 + 250) good road category, (STA 2 + 300) very good road condition category, for total damage assessment for 11 segments, this area is included in the poor road category with a PCI value of 37.
