Abstract

At present around the world, including Indonesia experiencing electrical energy crisis, so that therotating power blackouts. The role of the generator becomes a solution as a backup of energysources. Generators using gasoline and gas as a source of energy. The gas can be LPG (LiquiefiedNatural Gas), Natural Gas, or CNG (Compressed Natural Gas). The method used is usingexperimental methods and theoretically mathematical calculations. In practice, three experimentalspecimens were performed using premium gasoline-fuel converter kits, then with the use of LPGgas fuel converter kits and with the use of premium gasoline fuel carburetors. From these threeexperiments, there are variations of engine rotation, ie normal speed, medium speed, and highspeed speed. From the test results, with the normal speed of engine efficiency generated by theexperiment using a gasoline kit converter produce 34.86% with 3187 rpm engine speed, with LPGgas fuel kit converter produce 46.18% with 3103 rpm engine speed, and by using standard fuelcarburetor gasoline generate 32.02% debgan engine speed 3326 rpm.

Abstract

The establishment of BUMDes at the village government level is a strategic management of the central government to improve the village economy which is expected to have an impact on national economic growth. In practice, the existence of BUMDES currently faces the stagnant condition. Entrepreneurship has become a very important world phenomenon since couple of decades which considered as a solution to socio economic development. This paper is intended to analyze how sustainable entrepreneurship can be applied to Village-Owned Enterprises in Indonesia, and is expected to be a starting point and solution for developing sustainable BUMDes operations in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of implementing customer-oriented operational management on improving consumer experience through service efficiency. With a focus on operational efficiency in service, this research will evaluate how operational management strategies that focus on customer needs and expectations can improve service quality and increase consumer satisfaction. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research results show that the implementation of Customer Oriented Operational Management (MOP) by focusing on in-depth understanding of customer needs, responsiveness to customer feedback, and the application of technology to improve operational efficiency has had a positive impact. By engaging employees in a culture of innovation and implementing solutions that are responsive to changing customer needs, organizations can create better consumer experiences. The use of technology, such as inventory management systems and customer data analysis, helps in speeding up response to customers and increasing operational efficiency. Overall, this approach brings significant benefits in increasing customer satisfaction, optimizing operational processes, and positioning the organization to remain competitive in a dynamic marketplace.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Perang Dunia I dan II terhadap pembentukan hukum humaniter modern serta menilai relevansi dan efektivitas hukum tersebut dalam konteks konflik bersenjata kontemporer. Metode yang digunakan meliputi kajian literatur komprehensif terhadap dokumen sejarah, instrumen hukum internasional, serta teori-teori hukum humaniter dan hubungan internasional. Selain itu, analisis kebijakan dilakukan untuk memahami dinamika perubahan paradigma hukum humaniter pasca perang dunia. Pendekatan teoretis yang digunakan mengacu pada teori legalisme moral, konstruktivisme normatif, dan sistem hukum internasional untuk membingkai pembahasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelanggaran hukum humaniter selama Perang Dunia I dan II menjadi pemicu utama reformasi hukum internasional yang menekankan perlindungan korban perang dan pembatasan metode berperang. Hukum humaniter modern yang terbentuk berdasarkan prinsip keadilan moral dan norma kolektif internasional tetap relevan dalam mengatur konflik kontemporer meskipun menghadapi berbagai tantangan baru, termasuk konflik asimetris dan teknologi perang mutakhir. Penegakan hukum dan penguatan mekanisme akuntabilitas menjadi kunci efektivitas hukum humaniter saat ini. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pengalaman sejarah kedua perang dunia merupakan landasan penting dalam pengembangan hukum humaniter yang harus terus diperbarui dan diadaptasi agar mampu menjaga nilai-nilai kemanusiaan di tengah kompleksitas konflik modern.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect effects of Transformational Leadership on Employee Engagement, with Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction as mediating variables. Conducted within a military organizational context—specifically at Denma Mabes AD—the research involved 75 respondents. A quantitative approach using path analysis was employed. The findings reveal that Transformational Leadership has a significant direct influence on Employee Engagement, Organizational Culture, and Job Satisfaction. Furthermore, both Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction have significant direct effects on Employee Engagement. Importantly, both mediating variables were found to significantly mediate the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Employee Engagement. These results underscore the strategic role of leadership that is inspirational, empowering, and individually considerate in shaping a supportive and satisfying work environment, which in turn enhances employees' emotional and professional engagement. The practical implication of this study highlights the need to strengthen leadership capacity and foster a positive work culture to boost personnel engagement and, ultimately, improve organizational performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediating variable at PT IndoPersonnel. The research is based on the issue of employee performance not consistently meeting company targets in recent years, which is suspected to be caused by both internal and external factors such as an uneven compensation system and suboptimal working conditions. The focus is to examine how compensation and the work environment influence job satisfaction, and how job satisfaction, in turn, improves employee performance. This study employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory type and causal design. The population consists of operational employees of PT IndoPersonnel, with a sample of 54 respondents including checkers, operators, and laborers. Data were collected through questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using path analysis to determine both direct and indirect relationships among the variables. Instrument tests were conducted to assess the validity and reliability of the data, and classical assumption tests were applied to ensure the robustness of the model.The results indicate that compensation and the work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Furthermore, compensation and the work environment indirectly affect performance through job satisfaction. These findings suggest that improving compensation and working conditions will enhance job satisfaction, which ultimately contributes to improved employee performance.

Abstract

The capacity to design a Business Plan is crucial for entrepreneurs to initiate and advance their enterprises. Business Plans are often considered as sophisticated due to restricted access and insufficient knowledge for interpretation and implementation. The Board of Cooperative and MSME North Sumatra Province, that involved fellow of Krisnadwipayana University, is conducting Boot Camp activities that include a series of capacity-building programs for young entrepreneurs, commencing with Business Plan training as the initial phase of the program. This initiative seeks to improve the capacity of young entrepreneurs in North Sumatra to develop efficient and pragmatic Business Plans. This activity fosters active learning, facilitates constructive discussions, and allows each participant to model the development of a Business Plan. Twenty-five chosen young entrepreneurs from North Sumatra Province participated in the event that occurred over four whole days. The structured Business Plan preparation curriculum equips participants with fundamental and technical abilities, encompassing market analysis, financial forecasting, marketing tactics, and operational planning. The workshop results indicate that participants significantly enhanced their comprehension of their business, established collaborative networks, and identified future possibilities and challenges for their enterprises. The outcome of this exercise highlights the significance of ongoing practical knowledge training to empower young entrepreneurs, thereby augmenting their future capabilities. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan strategi pemasaran, kualitas pelayanan, tenaga pemasaran dan kinerja pemasaran serta menganalisis pengaruh strategi pemasaran terhadap kinerja pemasaran melalui tenaga pemasaran dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kinerja pemasaran melalui tenaga pemasaran PT Zurich Topas Life Jakarta Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis regresi atau analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan menggunakan Smart PLS Versi 4.0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis terdapat hubungan yang signifikan secara statistik antara Strategi Pemasaran (X1) terhadap Tenaga Pemasaran (Z) serta Kualitas Pelayanan (X2) terhadap Tenaga Pemasaran (Z), Koefisien original sample yang diperoleh sebesar 0,299, yang menunjukkan bahwa setiap kenaikan satu satuan pada Strategi Pemasaran memberikan kontribusi sebesar 29,9% terhadap variabilitas Tenaga Pemasaran, sedangkan 69,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diujikan dalam penelitian ini. Koefisien sebesar 0,639 menyatakan bahwa setiap peningkatan satu satuan pada Kualitas Layanan akan meningkatkan efektivitas dan kinerja Tenaga Penjualan sebesar 63,9%. Namun, H3 dan H6 Pengaruh Strategi Pemasaran terhadap Kinerja Pemasaran, termasuk yang dimediasi oleh Tenaga Penjualan, tidak berpengaruh signifikan karena nilai p-value > 0,05. Sedangkan dalam analisisnya digunakan Metode Analisis Data dengan Structural Equation Model (SEM) Penelitian ini menerapkan metode analisis data dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan Uji SmartPLS 4.0.

Abstract

Within a dynamic and intricate corporate environment, the strategic significance of tax management is progressively crucial in guaranteeing operational continuity and fostering company growth. This study aims to examine the influence of tax management on the operational efficiency of companies. This study employs a qualitative methodology utilizing descriptive techniques. The research findings indicate that implementing a proficient Tax Management plan has a beneficial influence on the operational efficiency of manufacturing enterprises. Companies that effectively utilize tax deductions and incentives, strategically plan their financial structures, and implement a comprehensive tax management system are more likely to achieve greater operational cost efficiency. Engaging in partnerships with external tax specialists has been demonstrated to offer valuable perspectives and professional guidance. Additionally, regularly monitoring alterations in tax legislation enables organizations to foresee their consequences and adapt tax plans in advance. Hence, the research findings validate that implementing intelligent Tax Management can serve as a crucial determinant in enhancing manufacturing organizations' operational and financial efficacy.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Career Development and Compensation on Auditor Performance through Organizational Culture as An Intervening Variable. This study was conducted at the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency. The sample size in this study is equal to the total population, which consists of 101 (one hundred and one) auditors. The data analysis method used in this study is Partial Least Square Modeling (PLS). The results of the study indicate that (1) career development has a positive and significant influence on auditor performance, (2) compensation has a positive and significant influence on auditor performance, (3) career development has a positive and significant influence on organizational culture, (4) compensation has a positive and significant influence on organizational culture, (5) organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on auditor performance, (6) career development has a positive and significant influence on auditor performance through organizational culture, and (7) compensation has a positive and significant influence on auditor performance through organizational culture.
