This type of research is quantitative. The population of this study was 100 students of the Accounting Study Program. The research sample used a random sampling method, and part of the population selected was 33 people. Multiple linear regression is a data analysis technique used in this study, using partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing and using the coefficient of determination. The prerequisite analysis test was the normality test which was carried out using the Kolmogorov Smirnov test, then the multicollinearity test, then the heteroscedasticity test and then the linearity test before carrying out the test analysis. The results obtained from this study indicate that discipline and motivation have an effect on the Student Achievement Index.

The character of responsibility is an essential behavior for someone, including elementary school students, so they have this excellent character at school and outside school. This study aims to understand the influence of the two stay two stray learning models on the responsible character of fourth-grade elementary school students in science learning. This literature study was developed through various sources such as books, journals, and other literature related to the characters and learning models studied. In the two-stay-two-stray learning model, students must be responsible and active in every learning activity. This learning method can increase student communication in socializing and make the class atmosphere more lively. Apart from Increasing students' responsibility in carrying out their assignments so that their responsible character is also embedded in their daily lives, students can practice making assignment reports. In carrying out this model, the tributes different tasks to each group, where students must carry out the tasks well and correctly according to the teacher's order.

Informasi yang berkaitan dengan fotografi sangat dibutuhkan oleh fotografer untuk membuat foto yang dihasilkan memiliki nilai keindahan ketika dipublikasikan. Oleh karena itu seorang fotografer tentu saja melakukan pencarian informasi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan informasinya tentang fotografi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perilaku pencarian informasi fotografer pada Komunitas Fotografer Semarang dalam upaya memenuhi kebutuhan informasi. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pemilihan informan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara terstruktur dengan jumlah informan 10 orang, yang merupakan anggota aktif Komunitas Fotografer Semarang. Hasil analisis penelitian ini menunjukkan pencarian informasi yang dilakukan oleh Komunitas Fotografer Semarang didasari oleh berbagai kepentingan seperti menambah pengetahuan, mengembangkan hobi, maupun sebagai bekal dalam dunia kerja. Sumber informasi yang digunakan oleh informan untuk memperoleh informasi yaitu dengan menggunakan platform search engine yang ada di Google, atau melakukan pencarian informasi melalui media sosial seperti, instagram facebook youtube dan melalui teman. Para informan lebih menyukai pencarian informasi melalui media sosial. Hal yang mendasari pencarian informasi melalui media sosial adalah karena informasi yang diperoleh lebih up to date.

Penjualan merupakan salah satu hal yang penting dalam kegiatan operasional suatu usaha. Perkembangan usaha dapat dilihat dari hasil penjualan yang dilakukan, oleh karenanya penjualan menjadi hal yang dibutuhkan dalam keberlanjutan usaha terutama pada usaha mikro. Agar dapat meningkatkan penjualan, tentunya suatu usaha perlu melakukan perencanaan bisnis. Perencanaan bisnis meliputi perencanaan keuangan, sumber daya manusia, serta pemasaran. Dalam peningkatan penjualan dibutuhkan perencanaan dengan mengetahui perkiraan penjualan di masa depan. Penyusunan forecast penjualan pada mitra diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mitra dalam berfikir logis dan analitis untuk dapat mempertahankan usahanya. Tujuannya agar forecast penjualan yang dibuat dapat membantu mitra dalam mengelola persediaan serta dapat menentukan pemasok dan pembiayaan, yang pada akhirnya mitra dapat mengambil keputusan strategis. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pada pemahaman mitra atas perhitungan peramalan penjualan, dibuktikan dengan hasil peramalan penjualan yang disusun oleh mitra secara mandiri. Kegiatan pendampingan diharapkan dapat dilanjutkan pada materi lainnya yang mendorong peningkatan kompetensi mitra.

The purpose of this study is to examine how financial technology and lifestyle affect the financial behavior Generation Z group in Bandung Regency. This research applies a quantitative approach by utilizing two data sources, namely primary data and secondary data. Primary data collection was carried out through a questionnaire instrument distributed to research respondents through Google Forms to Generation Z in Bandung Regency. The sampling method was carried out through accidental sampling techniques, while the determination of the sample size was based on the calculation of the Slovin formula which resulted in 100 representative respondents. This study found that financial technology has a positive influence with a validated significance level on the financial behavior of Generation Z in Bandung Regency, lifestyle has a positive influence with a validated significance level on the financial behavior of Generation Z in Bandung Regency, and simultaneous testing confirmed that financial technology and lifestyle contribute positively with a validated significance level in shaping the financial behavior of Generation Z in Bandung Regency.

Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT), as a sharia microfinance institution, plays an important role in enhancing the financial independence of Micro and small enterprises (MSEs). Common problems faced by these business actors include limited access to capital, minimal business assistance, and low understanding of financial management and marketing strategies. This study aims to explore how BMT Dana Mentari Muhammadiyah Purwokerto Karangwangkal strives to increase the financial independence of its members from the MSE sector. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach (field research) with data collection techniques through interviews, direct observation, and documentation involving BMT administrators and members. The results of the study show that BMT's efforts to increase financial independence are carried out through three main programs: providing sharia-based financing, routine visits (silaturahmi) for business assistance and monitoring, and the "Fostering the Main Family" program which focuses on financial literacy training, digital marketing, and increasing sales. The strategies implemented include providing savings books for financial management, outreach financial services, personal assistance to improve skills, and education on independent financial decision-making. This study concludes that the combination of programs and strategies is effective in supporting members' financial independence. The implications of this study confirm that a sharia-based approach and family strengthening are relevant and sustainable empowerment models for micro-enterprises. From a managerial perspective, BMTs are advised to expand the scope of training and strengthen periodic evaluation of program impact.

Students’ creativity is the ability to generate original and meaningful works of art. This study aims to know the role of fine arts learning in developing the creativity of 4th grade students at SDN 1 Langkapsari, and to know the diffulties and solutions to the role of fine arts learning in developing students’ creativity at SDN 1 Langkapsari. This study employs a qualitative method under a phenomenological approach. The findings showed that visual art learning using a practice-based approach and freedom of expression is effective to foster students’ enthusiasm, imagination, and confidence in creating artwork. Although there were some difficulties such as lack of experience, limited imagination, and low of self-confidence, those difficulties were successfully overcome through a free thematic strategy based on students’ personal experiences. In addition, the teacher’s role as a facilitator was the key to develop students’ creativity and courage.

This study aims to develop and test the feasibility and effectiveness of interactive media based on Smart Apps Creator to improve student learning outcomes in the subject of Integrated Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) on energy transformation material. The study involves research and development (R&D) using the ADDIE model. Expert validation for the content and media was 92.8 and 93%, which falls into the very feasible/valid category. The average improvement in student learning outcomes before and after using the Smart Apps Creator-based learning media, measured using the N-gain test, was 0.667, which falls into the moderate category. Teacher and student responses were 100 and 96.4%, respectively, falling into the very practical category. Therefore, the Smart Apps Creator-based learning media is feasible, effective, and practical for teaching to improve student learning outcomes in the subject of IPAS on energy transformation material.
