Abstract

ABSTRAK Kondisi pelabuhan di desa Buton saat ini yang merupakan pelabuhan tradisional yang tidak memadai untuk menampung kapal-kapal yang berkapasitas besar untuk bersandar. Seiring dengan meningkatnya arus penduduk dan kendaraan di Desa Buton, Kabupaten Morowali, Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah, maka dibutuhkan fasilitas pelabuhan yang memadai agar menunjang kemajuan perekonomian di desa Buton. Hasil perencanaan Pelabuhan di desa Buton menunjukkan bahwa dermaga jetty sesuai untuk kapal rencana penumpang maupun barang. Karakteristik kapal rencana pada pelabuhan ini adalah kapal dengan bobot 2000 GT agar terbesar pada daerah lokasi yaitu kapal Madani dengan 1106 GT dengan kapasitas 400 penumpang dan 22 kendaraan dapat berlabuh pada pelabuhan Penyeberangan Buton.Kata kunci: pelabuhan penyeberangan, buton, desain ABSTRACTButon port conditions in the village at this time which is a traditional port may be inadequate to accommodate ships of large capacity for lean. Characteristics ship in the port plans are ships weighing 2000 GT to be the largest in the location area that Madani ships with 1106 GT with a capacity of 400 passengers and 22 vehicles can be docked at the port of Buton Crossing. Abstract

Dendrobium is a genus of orchids whose flowers vary in shape and color, making them much in demand as ornamental plants. In vitro propagation requires the proper composition of culture media to speed up the growth of seedlings, but media composition is still relatively quite pricey for orchid producers. It is necessary to alter popular culture, especially the utilization of abundant natural resources, such as seaweed (Gracilaria sp.). This study aims to determine the effect of adding seaweed extract (Gracilaria sp.) to the culture media on the growth of Dendrobium sp. seedlings. The study was carried out in Central Laboratory INSTIPER Yogyakarta. The study used a factorial experimental method which was arranged in a completely randomized design (CRD). The first factor was the type of seaweed with 2 levels, namely seaweed variant 1 and variant 2. The second factor was the concentration of seaweed extract with 4 levels (0 gram/liter, 0.5 gram/liter, 1 gram/liter, and 1 .5 gram/liter). Parameters observed included plant height, number of leaves, leaf color, number of roots, root length, and fresh weight. The results of the observations were analyzed using DMRT test at the 5% level. The results showed that the addition of 1 and 1.5 grams/liter of seaweed extract could significantly increase the parameters of plant height and the number of leaves of Dendrobium sp.INTISARIDendrobium merupakan salah satu marga anggrek yang bervariasi bentuk dan warna bunganya sehingga banyak diminati sebagai tanaman hias. Perbanyakan anggrek secara in vitro membutuhkan komposisi media kultur yang tepat sehingga mampu mempercepat pertumbuhan bibit, namun komposisi media tersebut masih terhitung mahal bagi produsen anggrek. Modifikasi media kultur perlu dilakukan khususnya yang memanfaatkan bahan alami dengan kemelimpahan tinggi, salah satunya adalah rumput laut (Gracilaria sp.). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan ekstrak rumput laut (Gracilaria sp.) pada media kultur terhadap pertumbuhan bibit anggrek Dendrobium sp. Penelitian dilakukan di Laboratorium Sentral INSTIPER Yogyakarta. Penelitian menggunakan metode percobaan faktorial yang disusun dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Faktor pertama adalah jenis rumput laut dengan 2 aras yaitu rumput laut varian 1 dan rumput laut varian 2. Faktor kedua adalah konsentrasi ekstrak rumput laut dengan 4 aras yaitu 0 gram/liter, 0,5 gram/liter, 1 gram/liter, dan 1,5 gram/liter. Parameter yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, warna daun, jumlah akar, panjang akar, dan berat segar. Hasil pengamatan dianalisis sidik ragam dan uji lanjut DMRT jenjang 5 %. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan ekstrak rumput laut 1 dan 1,5 gram/liter mampu meningkatkan secara signifikan parameter tinggi tanaman dan jumlah daun bibit anggrek Dendrobium sp.

Abstract

One of the essential food crops worldwide is corn, which is also utilized in Indonesia as a feed for animals, a raw material for industry, and a source of basic requirements. This study intends to: (1) know the costs and income; and (2) know the efficiency of farming. In Labuhan Ratu IV Village, Labuhan Ratu District, East Lampung Regency, the study's location was purposefully chosen. Cost and Revenue Analysis, Revenue Cost Ratio was utilized to analyze the study's data. (1) The average cost was 8.093.897,00 IDR, while the average income was 16.896.017,00 IDR, according to the findings. (1) Corn cultivation has been effective or profitable, as indicated by an R/C ratio of 2,09; (2) The average profit obtained is 8.802.119,00 IDR.

Abstract

Rice seed quality assessment is a critical measure in promoting agricultural productivity, as high-quality seeds directly influence crop yield and resilience. One of method for evaluating seed quality is texture analysis, which leverages the Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM) to extract meaningful features from seed images, providing insights into their condition and potential performance. This research aims to determine the optimal performance of GLCM parameters in identifying the texture characteristics of rice seed quality. The experiments were conducted using four angles (0°, 45°, 90°, and 135°) and three-pixel distances (1, 2, and 3), evaluating features such as homogeneity, contrast, dissimilarity, and energy. The results indicate that certain parameter configurations significantly affect the discriminative power of the extracted features, with the Support Vector Machine (SVM) classifier achieving the highest performance at a pixel distance of 1, with an accuracy of 0.73, precision of 0.79, recall of 0.73, and F1-score of 0.72. These findings demonstrate that optimizing GLCM parameter settings directly contributes to improved classification performance, highlighting the method's potential for enhancing rice seed quality assessment.

Abstract

This study analyzes the musical meaning in the lyrics of the song "Limpung van Java" by Migsel Limpung, which highlights the beauty and identity of Limpung City in Batang Regency. The primary goal of this research is to understand the message conveyed through the song's lyrics. Qualitative method with text analysis approach was used to explore the elements and connotations within the lyrics. The findings show that the use of repetition and a structured lyrical format creates a memorable and profound effect for listeners. The lyrics of "Limpung van Java" express pride in the city through phrases like "Kota Emping adalah julukannya" (Emping City is its nickname), which depict Limpung's distinctive products and cultural identity. In addition, the lyrics reflect strong values of brotherhood and community spirit in the city. The influence of the rocksteady genre in the music adds emotional depth and reinforces the message about the city’s beauty and friendliness. This research highlights the importance of understanding lyrical meaning and the impact of musical elements in appreciating the complexity and richness of local cultural expressions.

Abstract

PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi resin. Selama ini perusahaan tersebut telah menerapkan konsep SCM pada semua produk resin untuk mengatur aliran barang mulai dari supplier hingga sampai ke tangan konsumen akhir. Akan tetapi, supply chain perusahaan mengalami permasalahan pada produk resin acryic yang berkaitan dengan meningkatnya jumlah Costumer Complaint pada tahun 2019. Peningkatan jumlah tersebut mungkin diakibatkan oleh beberapa faktor, diantaranya spesifikasi dan jumlah produk yang tidak sesuai sampai keterlambatan pengiriman. Maka dibuatlah penelitian untuk mengukur kinerja perusahaan dengan metode Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR). Dari pengukuran tersebut didapatkan hasil kinerja yang akan mengarahkan perusahaan dan memberikan keuntungan, baik itu untuk perusahaan itu sendiri, supplier maupun konsumen. Dari hasil pengukuran performansi supply chain PT. XYZ maka dapat diketahui bahwa nilai performansi supply chain di PT. XYZ pada bulan April 2018 sampai Maret 2019 dikategorikan baik karena nilai rata-rata performansi yang dihasilkan adalah 80,88 (baik). Dengan nilai performansi terendah pada bulan Maret 2019 yaitu 66,04 dan nilai indikator KPI yang terendah berasal dari dimensi Make yaitu Drumming Production Time dengan skor 49,17.

Abstract

Software has become an essential part of everyday life, both in the workplace and in education. Various applications such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace are widely used to enhance productivity. As public demand for digital solutions continues to rise, software distribution through global platforms such as Amazon has also seen significant growth. However, not all software products are able to achieve high sales figures due to the lack of effective strategies in understanding consumer behavior and market demands. Therefore, accurate sales prediction plays a crucial role in supporting successful software marketing strategies.   This study aims to predict the best-selling software on Amazon by applying two algorithms: Linear Regression and Support Vector Regression (SVR). Before implementing these algorithms, several stages were conducted, including identifying the research object, preprocessing the data—where the original dataset consisting of 2,424 rows was reduced to 1,338 rows—followed by splitting the dataset into 80% training, 10% validation, and 10% testing sets. The final stage involved developing and comparing prediction models using both the Linear Regression and SVR algorithms. The results of this study are expected to contribute to determining the most suitable algorithm for predicting software sales and to serve as a reference for future research in this field
