Abstract

Penggunaan media dalam proses pembelajaran dapat membangkitkan keinginan dan minat baru,menciptakan motivasi dan rangsangan, melaksanakan kegiatan belajar, serta memberikan dampak psikologis pada siswa. Penggunaan media pembelajaran secara signifikan meningkatkan efektivitas proses pembelajaran dan penyampaian pesan serta isi pelajaran sesuai kebutuhan kurikulum. Penggunaan alat bantu/tool berbasis multimedia untuk pembelajaran jarak jauh secara daring sangat diperlukan manakala terjadi kondisi yang mengharuskan dilakukan pertemuan secara daring/online. oleh karena itu diperlukan pelatihan penggunaan tool multimedia untuk perkuliahan secara daring agar proses belajar mengajar tetap dapat dilakukan.

Abstract

Pengajaran di sekolah dasar memerlukan pendekatan yang memperhatikan karakteristik siswa, termasuk tingkat perkembangan kognitif dan minat belajar mereka. Materi ajar yang menarik dan bersifat visual dapat meningkatkan motivasi siswa serta memperkuat pemahaman. Namun, tidak semua guru memiliki kemampuan untuk membuat bahan ajar yang kreatif dan interaktif. Beberapa kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar meliputi keterbatasan kreativitas, kurangnya keterampilan teknologi, serta kecenderungan mengandalkan sumber daya yang sudah ada. Abstract

In speech recognition, segmentation involves partitioning a continuous audio signal containing speech into smaller units or segments, such as words, phonemes, or syllables. This process is paramount in speech recognition systems, as it delineates the boundaries between distinct speech elements, facilitating subsequent analysis and processing. Segmentation accuracy significantly impacts speech recognition systems' overall precision and performance, enabling more precise identification and processing of individual speech units. Moreover, proper segmentation empowers the automatic speech recognition (ASR) system to distinguish between different syllables or words effectively, leading to more efficient speech recognition outcomes.  This research paper investigates the importance of vowel detection for syllable segmentation in speech recognition, particularly in Arabic speech, such as the Quran, where changes in each syllable can alter the meaning. While existing techniques only consider pronunciation by different readers, this study employs onset detection to account for the presence of Arabic vowels. Specifically, the study focuses on detecting the onset of the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah's fourth verse using 50 data sets in the syllable detection testing process. The results indicate that syllable detection performs excellently on syllables with /a/ and /i/ vowels. However, syllables with /u/ vowels produce results below 70%. The study suggests that the onset-based method is ideal for syllables with the presence of /a/and /i/ vowels, demonstrating the importance of considering Arabic vowel letters in speech recognition.

Abstract

The numerous facets of education have been significantly transformed by artificial intelligence (AI) technology. It is currently in widespread use to improve the efficiency of learning, provide personalized learning experiences, and assist instructors in managing administrative responsibilities. In addition to its advantages, the integration of AI into education also poses obstacles, including ethical concerns, excessive dependence on technology, and doubts about the validity of learning outcomes. The objective of this community service activity is to investigate the potential benefits and drawbacks of AI applications in education, as well as to offer suggestions for their effective implementation. Educators can employ AI more responsibly and effectively by comprehending both the advantages and obstacles. The training is administered online to ensure that a diverse audience, including high school and vocational school teachers in Jakarta, has access to the material. It commences with a pre-test to assess the initial comprehension of AI tools among participants. A post-test is administered at the conclusion of the session to assess the extent to which the knowledge has been enhanced as a result of the training

Abstract

Dalam dunia usaha, kegiatan yang bersifat penting dan fundamental adalah melakukan pencatatan proses transaksi serta perencanaan terhadap rencana penjualan dan kondisi persediaan atau stok barang pada bagian gudang. Selama ini sering terjadi kesalahan dan kendala disebabkan oleh proses pencatatan dilakukan secara manual tidak terintegrasi dari bagian hulu ke hilir atau persediaan stok barang hingga pihak penjualan, kendala lain system manual yang berjalan tidak dapat memberikan gambaran prediksi yang akurat. Pada penelitian ini akan dirancang suatu system informasi berbasis web yang dapat mengelola data secara terintegrasi dari persedian hingga penjualan menggunakan metode moving average dan fuzzy sugeno, sehingga dapat dilakukan pengolahan data hingga perencanaan dalam hal penjualan secara akurat dan riel time. Sehingga dengan dilakukannya perencanaan, peramalan serta rencana pengaturan persediaan secara akurat diharapkan dapat memberikan keuntungan atau profit usaha yang maksimal

Abstract

PENGEMBANGAN TEKNOLOGI INTERNET OF THINGS PENDETEKSI KEBAKARAN UNTUK RUANG SERVER DILENGKAPI PEMANTAUAN REAL-TIME MELALUI CLOSED CIRCUIT TELEVISION (CCTV) DAN NOTIFIKASI WHATSAPP SERTA MONITORING MENGGUNAKAN GRAFANA. Kebakaran merupakan ancaman serius yang dapat menyebabkan kerugian fisik, ekonomi, dan kehilangan nyawa. Seringkali dipicu oleh faktor manusia, alam, atau peralatan seperti kelistrikan dan Gas LPG, kebakaran membutuhkan deteksi dan respons yang cepat. Teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) menyediakan solusi dengan sensor pintar yang memantau lingkungan secara real-time untuk mendeteksi suhu, asap, atau gas berbahaya. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem deteksi kebakaran berbasis IoT untuk ruang server yang mengintegrasikan sensor api, sensor asap MQ-2, sensor suhu DHT-11, CCTV untuk pemantauan visual, dan notifikasi melalui WhatsApp. Platform monitoring Grafana digunakan untuk visualisasi data sensor. Studi kasus dilakukan di PT Askara Internal, dengan tujuan meningkatkan keamanan ruang server dan mengurangi risiko kebakaran, serta meningkatkan ketahanan operasional melalui teknologi inovatif dan efektif. Fires are a serious threat that can cause physical, economic, and life losses. Often triggered by human factors, nature, or equipment such as electrical and LPG gas, fires require rapid detection and response. Internet of Things (IoT) technology provides solutions with smart sensors that monitor the environment in real-time to detect temperature, smoke, or hazardous gases. This research develops an IoT-based fire detection system for server rooms that integrates fire sensors, MQ-2 smoke sensors, DHT-11 temperature sensors, CCTV for visual monitoring, and notifications via WhatsApp. The Grafana monitoring platform is used for sensor data visualization. A case study was conducted at PT Askara Internal, aiming to enhance server room security and reduce fire risk, as well as improve operational resilience through innovative and effective technology.

Abstract

Monitoring hand muscle movements in stroke patients is a crucial aspect of the rehabilitation process to track therapy progress. However, manual monitoring by medical personnel requires significant time and effort. To address this issue, this study aims to design and develop a hand muscle movement monitoring system based on the Internet of Things (IoT). The system is designed to monitor finger movements using flex sensors attached to a glove, with data transmitted wirelessly to a web-based monitoring platform. The methodology used in this research involves the development of both hardware and software to record and transmit finger movement data in real-time. The system is also equipped with notifications via buzzers and LEDs to assist patients in adhering to therapy schedules set by medical professionals. Testing was conducted on stroke patients and healthy individuals to measure the system's effectiveness. The results indicate that this system can accurately and consistently monitor hand muscle movements in stroke patients. Trials conducted over five consecutive days on stroke patients showed that the average finger measurements ranged from 9.11 to 9.97, with significant differences in finger strength compared to healthy individuals. These findings suggest that this monitoring system is effective in supporting the rehabilitation process of stroke patients, enabling medical personnel to monitor and evaluate patient progress more accurately.

Abstract

Medical Check-Up (MCU) merupakan komponen penting dalam menjaga kesehatan individu, terutama dalam konteks keselamatan kerja. Namun, pelaksanaan MCU sering kali terkendala oleh masalah pengaturan jadwal dan absensi yang tidak teratur. Beberapa pegawai mengalami kesulitan menyesuaikan jadwal MCU dengan jadwal pekerjaan mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis website yang mengatasi permasalahan pengaturan jadwal dan absensi MCU. Fokus penelitian meliputi perancangan sistem informasi dan implementasi fungsi utama seperti pengelolaan jadwal serta absensi berbasis QR code. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini berhasil meningkatkan kesesuaian jadwal MCU dengan ketersediaan waktu pegawai serta memfasilitasi pencatatan absensi yang akurat dan efisien. Dengan demikian, implementasi sistem ini terbukti dapat meningkatkan efektivitas program kesehatan di tempat kerja.

Abstract

The development of technology in the field of facial recognition provides a great opportunity to improve efficiency and security in various aspects, one of which is the attendance and room surveillance system. This study aims to design an attendance and room surveillance application based on facial recognition using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method in a private company engaged in the property sector. This application is designed to simplify the employee attendance process and improve room surveillance by automatically recognizing employee faces, thereby reducing the risk of attendance fraud and ensuring more accurate attendance. The CNN method was chosen because of its ability to process images and recognize facial patterns with high accuracy. This system consists of several main features, namely employee face registration, automatic face-based attendance, and monitoring employee presence in the office space. The test results show that this application is able to identify faces with a good level of accuracy, as well as provide convenience and comfort for users.

Abstract

The purpose of this session is to expose participants with technical and vocational educational backgrounds to LabVIEW graphics programming software. In technical and industrial domains like biotechnology, aircraft, and telecommunications, LabVIEW is a commonly used system development tool. Hands-on practice and a demonstrative approach are used in the in-person instruction. LabVIEW's foundations, industrial applications, and hardware and software integration are all covered in the curriculum. The training results show that participants have a better understanding of visual programming and its possible uses in the business. This program is a component of a larger strategy to promote Industry 4.0-aligned technological literacy.
