Abstract

Pedagang eceran (retail) dapat dijumpai di sisi jalan terutama wilayah Kelurahan Kampung Baru Kecamatan Tanjungpinang Barat. Pedagang eceran (retail) di Kelurahan Kampung Baru Tanjungpinang Barat sebagian besar memang tidak menggunakan fasilitas umum seperti trotoar sebagai tempat berjualan, akan tapi ada beberapa Pedagang eceran (retail) memanfaatkan lahan yang ada (kosong) untuk berjualan. Adapun tujuan penelitian adalah untuk melihat kebutuhan, cara pedagang memenuhi kebutuhan dan motivasi pedagang eceran (retail) disekitar Jalan HM. Sani dan Jalan Dr. Sutomo di wilayah Kelurahan Kampung Baru Kecamatan Tanjungpinang Barat Kota Tanjungpinang. Pengambilan sampel diperolah melalui teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan 5 (lima) indikator disimpulkan bahwa pedagang eceran (retail) yang memanfaatkan lahan kosong disisi jalan trotoar di dominasi oleh kebutuhan fisiologis, kemudian didukung oleh kebutuhan rasa aman, serta kebutuhan kasih sayang, kemudian kebutuhan harga diri dan aktualisasi diri masih dipandang rendah sebagai bentuk motivasi. Dalam penelitian ini diharapkan para pedagang tidak mengambil kesempatan dengan memperluas area berjualan, sehingga dapat mengganggu pejalan kaki dan merusak tatanan kota di wilayah Kelurahan Kampung Baru Kecmatan Tanjungpinang Barat, serta diharapkan keterlibatan Pemerintah Kota Tanjungpinang dan Pemerintah Provinsi Kepri dalam memberikan himbauan persuasif bagi pedang eceran (retail) khususnya yang tidak memiliki izin berjualan dan memberikan solusi bagi pedagang.

Abstract

Community based tourism (CBT) is a concept of tourism management that is closely related to the active participation of communities in tourism development. targets the active roles of communities This form of CBT tourism is organized and owned by communities for the community to help tourists to increase their awareness and learn about local communities and life ordinances.The purpose of this study is basically to know how the management and the role of the village government in CBT management in the village of Telok Sebong Sub-district persecutor Bintan Regency. In this study, the informants consisted of 5 POKDARWIS managers and 2 villager representative. The data analysis technique used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with a sampling technique. The results of the study concluded that the management of community-based tourism or CBT in Pengudang Village, Telok Sebong District, Bintan Regency has not been maximized because there are still many things that need to be improved.The suggestions given so that Community-Based Tourism in Pengudang Village runs well are increasing the function of BUMDes by paying attention to all POKDARWIS, improving facilities, conducting regular tourism management training, the need for intensive promotions and in hearings activities must include discussion of CBT tourism evaluation.

Abstract

Quality of life of the community is an important indicator of well-being. The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between community participation in tourism development and community quality of life in framework of economi cooperation area. Importance of this research is to find out whether the government's efforts to improve the quality of life of the community through tourism have had an impact on the quality of life of the community. This study involved a sample of 354 respondents. The samples were taken from 10 districts within Bintan Regency using multistage random sampling, and data collection was conducted through systematic random sampling methods.After conducting the validity and reliability tests, the results indicated that the research instrument is both valid and reliable. Subsequently, a correlation test was performed using the Pearson Correlation method, which yielded an r-square value of 0.283. The result that show community participation in tourism development has a weak yet positive relationship with the quality of life of the community. The positive relationship indicates that the higher the level of community participation in tourism, the better their quality of life is likely to improve. Based on these results, the conclusion that can be drawn from this study is that the government's efforts to improve the community's economy based on tourism have not been successful even though there is an economic cooperation framework in the Bintan Regency area.

Abstract

Interaksi sosial merupakan hubungan antara satu individu dengan individu lain, interaksi sosial terjadi apabila adanya hubungan timbal balik antara individu satu dengan individu lainnya. Interaksi yang dilakukan pada lansia binaan Dinas Sosial adalah saat para lansia binaan Dinas Sosial melakukan tindakan terhadap sesuatu dan memiliki dasar bagi sesama lansia nya. Adapun metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif karena peneliti ingin lebih bisa menjelaskan dan mengeksplorasi tentang interaksi dari para lansia yang menjadi binaan dinas sosial kota Tanjungpinang. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dalam menentukan informan dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data studi observasi,wawancara dan dokumentasi.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai interaksi Sosial Lansia binaan Dinas Sosial Kota Tanjungpinang yang dilakukan di Rumah Bahagia Embung Fatimah, dapat disimpulkan bahwa interaksi yang terjadi dari para lansia penghuni rumah bahagia tersebut saat mereka melakukan interaksi dengan para lansia lainnya mereka lebih atas dasar kepentingan karena mereka jika tidak digerakkan oleh pihak rumah bahagia maka para lansia binaan tersebut mereka akan lebih bersifat individualis dimana lansia tersebut akan menyibukkan diri dengan aktifitasnya masing-masing.
