Abstract

Community based tourism (CBT) is a concept of tourism management that is closely related to the active participation of communities in tourism development. targets the active roles of communities This form of CBT tourism is organized and owned by communities for the community to help tourists to increase their awareness and learn about local communities and life ordinances.The purpose of this study is basically to know how the management and the role of the village government in CBT management in the village of Telok Sebong Sub-district persecutor Bintan Regency. In this study, the informants consisted of 5 POKDARWIS managers and 2 villager representative. The data analysis technique used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with a sampling technique. The results of the study concluded that the management of community-based tourism or CBT in Pengudang Village, Telok Sebong District, Bintan Regency has not been maximized because there are still many things that need to be improved.The suggestions given so that Community-Based Tourism in Pengudang Village runs well are increasing the function of BUMDes by paying attention to all POKDARWIS, improving facilities, conducting regular tourism management training, the need for intensive promotions and in hearings activities must include discussion of CBT tourism evaluation.

Abstract

Professionalism is an attitude and behavior that must be possessed as an educator. Teachers are the most decisive driving force in the education system as a whole, and as an  implementation of the recognition In accordance with the requirements that must be met, it is stated in Law No. 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers. Teachers and Lecturers are required to have academic qualifications, educator certificates, physically and mentally healthy, and have the ability to make it happen. This research was conducted to find out the extent to which the professionalism of the SMP Negeri 13 Bintan teachers towards the students at the State Junior High School 13 Bintan. Based on the concept of Ace Suryadi (Trisoni 2011). By looking at the four characteristics of professional teachers namely, Professional Capacity, Professional Effort, Time Devotion, Professional rent, while the population and sample are 8 people consisting of teachers certified and uncertified at the State Junior High School 13 Bintan as key informants. The method in this research is using descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. His tools are interview guides and checklists.The results of this study indicate that the professionalism of the teachers of the 13  Bintan State Junior High Schools has been going well, the skills and attitudes of the teachers required have met the standards. While the suggestions in this study are expected that teachers can improve teacher professionalism by continuing tomake improvements and attend trainings that can add insight and professional Knowledge.

Abstract

The BLT policy launched by the government has drawn a lot of protests from the public, students and community leaders both nationally and regionally. The purpose of this study is to find out the Community's Perception of Providing Direct Cash Assistance (BLT-DANA DESA) during the Covid-19 pandemic in the people of Air Asuk Village, Kec. Central Siantan Kab. Anambas Islands. The research uses qualitative methods with community informants as beneficiaries of grants, and also people who do not receive grants. The research location is in the village of Air Asuk, Anambas Islands Regency. The results of the research are that people who tend to have negative perceptions are people who do not get help, that perception is based on internal and external perception factors, both what is felt, what is experienced while experiencing difficulties in the midst of an epidemic/pandemic, some are based on external factors, namely in the form of a stimulus when they know that the community is capable of getting help, and those who are affected have a negative perception because they have been influenced by other people around them who think that this is not right on target. Furthermore, there are also quite a lot of people who have a positive perception of the distribution of Covid-19 BLT-DD assistance, most of them have a positive perception, namely from the people who receive assistance, while the basis for their evaluation is that the distribution of aid funds is very useful and has been right on target, which tends to be based on internal factors. , as well as feelings of pleasure and help, and based on what is experienced.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of social rehabilitation programs on behavioral changes among inmates at the Class IIA Tanjungpinang Narcotics Penitentiary. Utilizing a quantitative associative approach, 140 inmates participating in the program were selected as samples through a simple random sampling method. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 21. The findings reveal that the social rehabilitation program significantly impacts behavioral changes in inmates, evidenced by an r-count value of 0.563. Furthermore, the R-square value of 0.563 indicates that the program accounts for 56.3% of the observed behavioral changes, while the remaining 43.7% is attributed to other unexamined variables. Statistical testing using ANOVA yielded an F-value of 131.254, which is greater than the F-table value of 3.09, with a significance level of 0.000 (< 0.05), confirming a positive and significant relationship between the program and behavioral changes. The study concludes that the social rehabilitation program implemented at the Class IIA Tanjungpinang Narcotics Penitentiary effectively improves inmates' behavior. This highlights the program's potential as a strategic intervention in fostering positive behavioral transformations among inmates, contributing to their reintegration into society.

Abstract

The Writing Essay Workshop About Project Implementation of Strengthening Profil Pelajar Pancasila became a positive activity in supporting the Merdeka curriculum policy, emphasizing the urgency of education character and 21st-century skills. This workshop realized the government assistance for the literacy community provided by The Agency for Language Development and Cultivation, Kemendikbudristek RI. PUSPA Kota Tanjungpinang was one of the beneficiaries among 340 literacy communities in Indonesia. The participants were 25 children aged 15-18 years old from several high schools in Tanjungpinang. Through this workshop, the participants were guided to build a brainstorming as a first step to writing an essay. The theme of the essay was the implementation and the overview of empirical practice about P5 in their school. It would be a constructive suggestion about project-based learning. The output of this workshop was a dummy book containing all of the participant’s essays.

Abstract

Dalam perkembangan pola pikir anak keluarga merupakan tempat dan sekaligus lingkungan yang pertama bagi anak. Sehingga orang tua harus benar-benar bisa menjadi orang tua yang bisa menjalankan perannya masing-masing yaitu ayah dan ibu yang bisa memberikan pola asuh yang baik dan tepat untuk anaknya. Metode yang digunakan peneliti di dalam penelitian ini dengan cara metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Peneliti melakukan penelitian di lokasi Perumahan Citra Pelita 5 Kelurahan Batu IX Kecamatan Tanjungpinang Timur. Berdasarkan hasil keterangan yang di dapati oleh peneliti setelah melakukan peneltian kepada informan yaitu orang tua yang terdiri dari ayah dan ibu bekerja yang memiliki anak yang masih berusia Prasekolah di Perumahan Citra Pelita 5 Kelurahan Batu IX Kecamatan Tanjungpinang Timur. Seperti yang dilakukan oleh 2 pasang orang tua yang terdiri dari ayah dan ibu bekerja di Perumahan Citra Pelita 5 Kelurahan Batu IX Kecamatan Tanjungpinang Timur. Bahwa meskipun mereka bekerja dan anaknya di titipkan kepada pengasuhnya orang tua ayah dan ibu ini tetap berprinsip memberikan pola asuh secara otoriter dengan alasan agar anak mereka menjadi lebih mandiri, tanggung jawab, disiplin, anak menjadi patuh dan takut untuk melakukan hal atau tindakan yang tidak diinginkan tuanya yang bersifat tidak baik untuk anaknya menurut kedua orang tuanya.

Abstract

Skills are among the most important competencies that students must acquire to face the challenges of the twenty-first century. Applied literacy is a strategic approach to developing students' creativity, collaboration, motor, and cognitive skills. Forum PUSPA Hamidah of Tanjungpinang, a community dedicated to women's empowerment and child protection, has launched a Shibori Batik training program at Muhammadiyah School in Tanjungpinang. This initiative is a form of collaboration between the community and the school to support implementing literacy programs in educational settings. Seventy-one students actively participated in the training, which was intended to be enjoyable and meaningful, through lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on practice. Community facilitators and school teachers guided participants as they folded, tied, and dyed fabric to create unique Shibori Batik patterns. The results showed increased enthusiasm, improved teamwork, and the students' successful production of Shibori Batik fabric as a creative output. This activity improved cultural arts learning by demonstrating how community involvement can broaden learning opportunities in contextual, participatory, and relevant ways. This initiative is expected to be a best-practice model for developing applied literacy through long-term cross-sector partnerships between communities and schools. This culturally-based applied literacy innovation type is widely replicable at the primary and secondary levels.
