Abstract

Tulisan ini merupakan kajian literasi melalui motode deskriptif berkenaan dengan pandangan Yasser Auda tentang penerapan hukum Islam dan tujuan dari penerapan hukum tersebut, di mana penerapan suatu hukum pasti memiliki tujuan. Menurut Jasser Auda syariat pada dasarnya berpijak pada hikmah dan kemaslahatan umat manusia. Jasser Auda menjabarkan pengertian syariah Islam melalui spektrum perbedaan antara konsep syariah, fiqh dan fatwa. Pendekatan berbasis maqashid mampu memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan ushul fiqh, karena teori maqashid cocok dengan kriteria metodologi dasar yang bersifat rasional, sehingga tujuan akhir penerapan syari’at yaiyu terciptanya kemaslahatan, hilangnya kemufsadatan dapat tercapai, dan pada akhirnya dapat memberikan manfaatnya bagi semua manusia sesuai visi Islam rahmatan li al-„alamin.

Abstract

Kajian tentang Agama Islam tentang paradigma pemahaman tentang “agama”, dari yang dahulu terbatas pada “idealitas” ke arah historitas, dari yang hanya berkisar pada “doktrin” ke arah entitas “sosiologis”, dari diskursus “esensi” ke arah “eksistensi”menarik bagi para peneliti Barat, salah satunya adalah Charles J. Adam. Charles J. Adams menggunakan dua disiplin ilmu, yaitu sejarah agama dan studi Islam sebagai kerangka teoritis guna menganalisis lebih tajam tradisi Islam yang selanjutnya ia merekomendasikan dua pendekatan yaitu pendekatan normatif dan deskriptif, pendekatan normatif dapat dikelompokkan pada tiga hal, yaitu pendekatan misionaris tradisional, pendekatan apologis, dan pendekatan simpatik (ironik). Sedangkan  pendekatan deskriptif dibagi menjadi tiga macam yaitu pendekatan deskriptif filologis – historis, pendekatan ilmu sosial, dan pendekatan fenomenologi (phenomenological Approach).

Abstract

Artikel ini adalah hasil kajian pustaka melalui metode diskriftif kualitatif yang mengkaji tentang gambaran umum prestasi belajar siswa dari berbagai aspek dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi sehingga dihasilkan sebuah kesimpulan bahwa terdapat tiga aspek prestasi dalam belajar siswa yaitu aspek kognitif dan aspek afektif serta aspek psikomotorik dengan dua faktor yang mempengaruhi sebuah hasil dari prestasi tersebut diantaranya adalah faktor internal seperti pertama faktor fisiologi kedua faktor psikologi ketiga faktor kematangan fisik maupun psikis sedangkan faktor eksternal diantaranya adalah pertama faktor sosial kedua faktor budaya dan ketiga faktor lingkungan.Kata Kunci: prestasi belajar siswa, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi

Abstract

This study explores the role of exemplary Islamic religious education teachers and morals in shaping students’ social behavior at SMA Negeri 1 Waru. Using a qualitative field approach with descriptive-qualitative-phenomenological methods, the findings highlight that teachers significantly influence students' attitudes and behavior by serving as role models. Teachers are not only educators of religious material but also exemplify integrity, noble morals, and responsibility, inspiring students to develop character traits such as integrity, responsibility, and social care. This is evident in vertical interactions with God, such as congregational prayers and dhikr, which enhance students’ spiritual awareness, and in social interactions, characterized by politeness, collaboration, and mutual support, creating a positive learning environment. Supporting factors include teacher integrity, parental involvement, peer influence, and school facilities and regulations that strengthen social behavior development. However, challenges arise from students’ diverse backgrounds and external global influences, requiring concerted efforts to promote exemplification among stakeholders. Ultimately, the role of teachers as role models not only shapes individual student behavior but also fosters a positive school environment and strengthens the school community at SMA Negeri 1 Waru.

Abstract

Implementation of Wordwall Media in increasing students' interest in learning at Jati Agung High School, Wage, Taman, Sidoarjo. This research aims to explore the role of wordwall learning media in increasing students' interest in learning at the high school level. This research uses a qualitative approach with narrative descriptive as the main method. The data collected in this research went through various stages such as classroom observations, in-depth interviews with teachers and several students, as well as analysis of related documents needed in the research. The research results show that the implementation of various and varied Wordwall learning media can help students' learning process and is significant in increasing students' interest in learning. Students show a positive response to the use of technology in this media in the teaching and learning process which can provide a better understanding of concepts and increase student involvement to become more active in the learning process. The implementation of wordwall media in increasing students' interest in learning is in accordance with the theory of planned behavior which believes in the existence of factors that can support behavior and awareness of the strength of these factors such as learning objectives, student characteristics, learning materials, facilities and learning media. From several factors, the author took one of them, namely wordwall learning media. The theory of planned behavior states that a person is said to have learned if there is a change in behavior in delivering material that has been given by the teacher and students provide stimulus in the form of a response. With the presence of wordwall media, students show changes in behavior in the form of enthusiasm for learning. These findings show the importance of appropriate learning media in education to stimulate students' interest in learning effectively. This research suggests the need for improvement in the development of learning media that is interesting and meaningful for teachers and students.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of the principal's leadership and work environment in improving the performance of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers at Parlaungan Waru Sidoarjo Islamic High School. Effective leadership and a conducive work environment are considered two key factors that can influence teacher performance, which in turn will impact the quality of education provided to students. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to all PAI teachers at Parlaungan Waru Islamic High School, Sidoarjo. The research results show that the principal's inspirational and participatory leadership and a supportive work environment have a significant positive correlation with increasing teacher performance. The conclusions of this research emphasize the importance of the leadership role of school principals who are able to motivate and direct and the need to create a comfortable and professional work environment to support the optimal performance of teachers. Recommendations are given to the school to continue to improve the quality of leadership and work environment in order to achieve better educational outcomes.

Abstract

Learning word square in Islamic Cultural History at MTs Negeri Bangkalan is one of the learning innovations at the school. Through a qualitative approach, the implementation of the word square learning model in Islamic Cultural History at MTsN Bangkalan was able to increase student interest in learning. Students are easier to understand, explore and develop knowledge of Islamic Cultural History lessons. Through word square learning, the teacher also provides religious spirit values ​​and shows how to learn history in a fun way.

Abstract

The low level of student discipline manifested in behaviors such as tardiness, disorderliness, and lack of academic responsibility remains a challenge in many schools, including SMA Islam Parlaungan Waru Sidoarjo. This study aims to examine the implementation of the logical consequences approach as an educational strategy for instilling discipline and building character. A qualitative case study method was employed, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that logical consequences were applied through reflective activities such as self-evaluation writing, recitation of Qur’anic verses, and discussions on accountability for one’s actions. This approach does not focus on punishment, but rather on cultivating an understanding of values and the impact of one’s behavior. As a result, students began to demonstrate increased awareness and positive behavioral change. The success of this strategy was supported by active teacher involvement, principal support, and parent collaboration. However, challenges persist, including uneven teacher comprehension of the logical consequences concept and the lengthy process required for value internalization. In conclusion, logical consequences offer an effective alternative disciplinary strategy by emphasizing a participatory approach and character formation. The findings imply the importance of developing a value- and logic-based disciplinary system to foster a positive and transformative learning environment.

Abstract

Perayaan Isra Mikraj merupakan tradisi keagamaan yang memiliki nilai-nilai pendidikan dan kebersamaan bagi umat Islam. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menggali dan memperkuat nilai-nilai tersebut melalui rangkaian acara, seperti pengajian, sholawatan, khataman Al-Qur’an, dan pembacaan doa. Dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Krian, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, kegiatan ini melibatkan ratusan masyarakat dari berbagai kalangan. Pengajian dan tausiyah menekankan pentingnya keimanan, ketaatan, dan tanggung jawab, dengan merujuk pada perjalanan spiritual Nabi Muhammad SAW. Kegiatan sholawatan dan khataman Al-Qur’an memperkuat kebersamaan, sementara pembacaan doa menjadi refleksi spiritual untuk memperdalam hubungan dengan Allah SWT. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap nilai-nilai pendidikan dalam Isra Mikraj, terutama pentingnya shalat sebagai pondasi akhlak mulia. Partisipasi aktif masyarakat, termasuk generasi muda, berhasil mempererat hubungan sosial dan spiritual. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya menjaga tradisi keagamaan tetapi juga memotivasi masyarakat untuk terus mengembangkan kualitas keimanan dan kebersamaan. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi inspirasi untuk pelaksanaan perayaan keagamaan yang lebih bermakna dan berkelanjutan.
