Abstract

In this research there is a lack of community participation in the KB village program. Family Planning Field Officers (PLKB) as one of the spearheads in the family planning program. The purpose of this research is to see how the role of Family Planning Field Officers (PLKB) as an agent of change in increasing community participation in the KB village program. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research approach with descriptive research. The results of the study show that the role of the Family Planning Field Officer (PLKB) in increasing community participation is by doing various ways such as providing opportunities for the community to negotiate, mediation and deliberation, providing support and encouragement to the community, fostering community awareness, providing information and knowledge to the community, connecting the community, The conclusion of this research is that with the role of Family Planning Field Officers (PLKB), the community said that they were greatly helped and increased their curiosity and sense of participation with the lessons and information from the results of counseling conducted by the Family Planning Field Officers (PLKB). Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the effort of school to cooperate with parents, form of cooperation between school with parents of student barrier in cooperation and effort of school overcome barrier in cooperation. The research method used is descriptive research and quantitative data analysis of data collection using survey research method. The subject matter of this research is the involvement of parents and the school in education. The results revealed not all parents can be automatically involved in school. Therefore, the school should take steps or initiatives to seek cooperation with parents to achieve the goal of child education which are: Climate quality of school cooperation with the community, parent willingness to get involved, Form of cooperation between schools and parents. Cooperation is important in order to continuous process in stimulating the development of children either from school to home or vice versa, it is done school efforts to cooperate with parents, that is creating a comfortable school climate, making initial communication with parents, and providing opportunities for parents to be involved, between parent school, communication, volunteer, parent involvement in child study at home, and collaboration with community group. Obstacles in cooperation between school and parents are differentiated into two factors: internal and external factors. Internal factors include teacher beliefs, teacher's views on parents, and teacher constraints. External factors include parental views, life demands, and parental attitudes. School efforts to overcome barriers in cooperation with parents is to find a variety of communication methods and find the right time for parents to be present in school events

Abstract

Intra-campus student organizations are one way for students to develop their abilities outside the classroom, but sometimes there is a gender imbalance in the implementation of organizational leadership. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze gender issues and leadership of intra-campus student organizations in Tasikmalaya City universities. The research method used is quantitative with survey method. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and observations. The results of this study indicate that 56% of respondents believe that good support and facilities from student organizations can help someone to develop themselves in a better direction and 40% of respondents agree that in determining organizational leaders, it should be seen based on ability not based on gender stereotypes. But aside from this, there are obstacles and challenges that occur for women to become leaders, namely due to internal factors, these factors include women prioritizing feelings, not having the confidence to become a leader, and more burdens and responsibilities compared to men. From the results of the research that has been obtained, researchers can conclude that in reality gender and leadership issues in intra-campus student organizations in Tasikmalaya City are still minimal women who become leaders and still dominate men who become leaders, this is due to the obstacles and challenges that occur to women. But aside from this, the ideology of the respondents has begun to modernize, which means that their perspective has begun to be egalitarian and reject the idea that one must be more dominant

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam berbasis karakter di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Daarut Tauhiid Boarding School Putri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Hasıl penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sekolah ini memiliki visi yang terintegrasi dengan nilai-nilai karakter yang khas kepesantrenan. Kurikulum yang digunakan adalah kurikulum 2013 untuk kelas 8 dan 9, dan kurikulum merdeka untuk kelas 7. Terdapat 5 program pembelajaran sebagai pengembangan mata pelajaran agama dan budi pekerti dengan menggunakan kitab seperti aqidah, fiqh, tarikh, akhlak, dan materi kepesantrenan. Dalam perencanaan pembelajaran, guru membuat administrasi guru (Silabus dan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran) yang terintegrasi dengan nilai-nilai kepesantrenan. Program pembiasaan yang diterapkan di SMP DTBSP meliputi ibadah harian dengan mencatat ibadah harian (mutaba’ah yaumiyyah) dengan didampingi oleh musyrifah. Evaluasi pembelajaran di kelas 8 dan 9 dilakukan dalam penilaian otentik, proyek, ulangan harian, dan Ujian Tengah Semester, dan Ujian Akhir Semester. Penilaian kelas 7 pada kurikulum merdeka mengacu pada modul dan Alur Tujuan Pembelajaran yang terdapat pada buku pedoman guru yang diterbitkan oleh kementerian agama Islam dengan melakukan ujian lisan, praktik dan ujian berbasis proyek.
