Abstract

This study aims to compare the selection of private homeschool teachers using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Weight Product (WP) algorithms, the criteria that have been taken by the author to calculate their weight in selecting private teachers who excel and provide convenience with an assessment based on criteria. In this effort, the authors can build a private teacher selection system with the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) algorithm to find the total weights of the teacher performance rating for each alternative on all attributes and compare it to the Weight Product (WP) algorithm using the multiplication technique to link the attribute rating. where the attribute type rating must be ranked first with the associated weight attribute. From the results of this study, the authors have described how the design and application of SAW and WP in making a Decision Support System in selecting private homeschooling teachers.

Abstract

Inventory activities become an important thing for business progress, along with the times, inventory activities become easier due to the large number of facilities and infrastructure to support activities, including the Ap Jaya Store which also competes in the modern era, but currently, inventory activities in stores Ap Jaya still uses the manual method, namely by recording inventory activities using a book then recapitulating one by one so that it takes a lot of time, along with these problems an inventory application is needed that can be used to support these activities, this inventory application is made using the a priori algorithm method as data mining and using the programming language PHP and MySQL as a database besides that the a priori algorithm can also be used for item recommendation systems, on testing with 20 transaction data with a minimum support value = 20% and a minimum confidence = 70% also from the results of the transaction. Tests carried out using the apriori algorithm and using applications that are made get the same results according to the requirements for support and confidence values.

Abstract

The covid-19 virus became a pandemic in 2020. The spread of covid cases has hit the whole world, reaching 63 million cases in 190 countries as of November 2020. Information regarding the spread of covid is necessary for the general public. This research will produce a system that can provide information on the geographic distribution of covid cases. The data on the distribution of covid cases in this study were also used to analyze the classification using the Naive Bayes Classifier method. The Naive Bayes Classifier method works by using probability calculations so that this research can be used to classify the covid status in an area. The results of this study have succeeded in providing information on the status of the covid pandemic based on data on covid cases that have occurred around the world. Covid case data becomes training data for the analysis of the Naive Bayes classifier method so that it can determine the status of the Covid pandemic based on test data provided by system users. This research has succeeded in helping users to know the status of the Covid pandemic in an area well because it has reliable training data.

Abstract

English is a language that is widely used in various countries in the world. This makes english an international language and also must be studied in schools or even universities. In english, the verb used will be different at different times, places, and also events or it can be called a change in the verb (tense). So, learning and mastering tenses in english is the basis for learning or mastering english. This study aims to design and build an Android-based learning media for english tenses. The design applies a form of english tense quiz using the Fisher-Yates algorithm, which is a randomization algorithm that can randomize the order of the quiz questions so that the order of the quiz questions is not always the same and there are no repeated quizzes. The expected results will later become a learning medium for people who want to learn or master english and can understand the tenses in english.

Abstract

The emergence of a habit in Indonesia and even the world, namely the use of used clothes (thrifting) became the idea for this research. This new habit is known to be able to reduce the production of textile waste in the world. The purpose of this study was to obtain analysis results that affect the use of new clothes (fast fashion) on the use of used clothes (thrifting). Using the K-means Clustering method and using several parameters, including age, quality, price, and sustainability or awareness. The method of collecting data is through a questionnaire and the research material is the buyers found in the online store Instagram (thriftboys.id). From the results of the clustering process that researchers have done using the K-means algorithm with manual calculations and rapidminer applications, the conclusions consist of; 1) In clusters 1 and 2 the age factor shifting from fast fashion to thhirft is 23 years, while in cluster 3 it is 25 years, 2) In the three clusters the average income that shifts from fast fashion to thhirf is group 3 or the range of 200000 -500000, 3) In the third cluster, people switch from fast fashion to thrift because of the good quality of goods, and 4) In clusters 2 and 3 more people are aware of textile waste for the world. Meanwhile, cluster 1 has the same number of conscious and unconscious waste.

Abstract

The existing mail management or archiving process still uses conventional or manual management with a search process that uses a long time, so researchers create a correspondence archive application that is considered necessary and help the Administration, using FCFS method and program code logic test using white Box Testing. The purpose of making this archival application is to help administrative officers to conduct digital management of mail archives. Black box test results show every design and control function in the application according / valid and white box test results show the calculation of logic flow that produces cyclomatic value, node, predicate node and existing path value produce the same value for page login value Cyclomatic Complexity, Predicate Node (P), and Path-path = 2, while for testing white box in the mail transaction section produces the same value that is for the value of Cyclomatic Complexity, Predicate Node (P), and Path-path = 3, so it can be concluded that the logic flow used is appropriate and can be implemented in The Administration.

Abstract

The development of science and technology for electronic media that is used by everyone using a smartphone, for this smartphone device, early childhood only recognizes the existence of games on this device. There are many methods used in distance learning using smartphone devices. The purpose of this study is to design a learning application for children aged 7-12 years to recognize city icons in Indonesia by using the drag and drop method with the placement of controls on random questions. this game also applies the Shuffle Random algorithm and the Linear Congruent Method (LCM) algorithm for randomizing practice questions. The results of the study using LCM can generate random number values of 7,4,1,8,5,2,9,6,3,0,7 indicating the process of randomizing the questions on the city icon is appropriate and does not experience repetition, with the Shuffle Random method. randomization of questions on the city icon resulted in 3,7,5,8,1,6,4,2,10,9 were appropriate and did not experience repetition. The recommended algorithm in this study according to the characteristics of randomization of questions is LCM because the process is simpler, easier to understand and the time used is shorter and more efficient.

Abstract

Along with the current development of digitalization technology, almost all aspects have adapted to these changes, including the Indonesian people, who are mostly traders, also take part in this development. The website is one of the digitalization models that is often used in promoting products, both goods and Services, in this case the author takes one example, namely the sale of a flower shop "Bunds Flowers" where in this case the flowers that are sold are not like flowers in general, but there are flowers in the type of paper, plastic, to imported and local flowers, making this flower shop very worthy of having more promotional value, both in terms of conventional (face-to-face) and modern (online/digitalized) sales. This study uses two methods where the waterfall method is applied to the system development process and the PIECES method to analyze the user's response to the system that has been built. In this journal the author aims to build a system where sales and ornamental plant enthusiasts still use traditional media, with the websites help consumers find what they need in an easy way by opening a website. In the analysis process, the respondents have produced several assessments related to the flower shop application, including 1) performance, respondents rated 3.73 (Satisfied) 2) Information, respondents rated 4.33 (Satisfied), 3) Economic, respondents rated 4.33 (Satisfied) , 4) Control and Security, respondents rated 4.10 (Satisfied) and 5 Efficiency, respondents rated 3.73 (Satisfied) and Service, respondents rated 3.73 (satisfied).

Abstract

Food is a basic component to create quality human resources as well as the main pillars of national development that plays a role in maintaining the stability of the economic, social, and national food security. National food security starts from compliance with food in the smallest area as a base of agricultural activities. Base area development has the objective to achieve food security in a region that has the integration of infrastructure ranging from the aspect of availability to the consumption of food to meet and achieve food security of households. Regional food security system needs updating software technology as a form of comprehensive evaluation in order to optimize the regional food security system by connecting the data supporting food security in a region information using expert system, in this case using the tools Expert System Builder Interface Unit with Visual Basic programming. The result is a public information about food security, especially in the city of Depok in an effort to evaluate and monitor the various indicators of food security, in order to prepare food security policies required by the policy makers.

Abstract

Saat ini, bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan dengan membuat portal untuk mengarsipkan semua kegiatan yang sudah dilakukan sebelumnya. Target  dalam kegiatan pengabdian adalah anak-anak yang kurang lancar membaca baik itu yang masih bersekolah maupun yang sudah tidak bersekolah lagi. Setiap pelaksanaan kegiatan, Ruang Publik Terpadu Ramah Anak (RPTRA) dan perwakilan dari orang tua selalu ikut serta dalam penyediaan tempat untuk pelasanaan kegiatan. Dokumentasi pada awalnya disimpan secara manual dalam sebuah folder di komputer, akibatnya muncul beberapa masalah seperti diserang virus, human error, ataupun ada bagian sistem yang rusak sehingga beberapa dokumentasi hilang begitu saja. Berdasarkan pengalaman tersebut, maka dibuatlah portal yang berfungsi sebagai alternatif cloud data dan juga monitoring segala aktifitas yang sudah dilakukan. Portal ini dapat dilihat melalui website www.himjar.himtiunas.or.id. Hasil portal saat ini berupa dokumentasi foto kegiatan yang sudah dilaksanakan sebelumnya. Untuk proses monitoring akan dilakukan dengan menu filter, dimana setiap kegiatan yang belum dan sudah terlaksana akan tercatat pada portal ini.
