Abstract

Pendidikan anak usia dini sangat penting bagi kelangsungan bangsa, dan perlu menjadi perhatian serius dari pemerintah. Pendidikan anak usia dini merupakan strategi pembangunan sumber daya manusia harus dipandang sebagai titik sentral mengingat pembentukan karakter bangsa dan kehandalan SDM ditentukan bagaimana penanaman sejak anak usia dini. Pentingnya pendidikan pada masa ini sehingga sering disebut dengan masa usia emas (the golden age). PAUD merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk mengembangkan potensi anak sedini mungkin dalam membangun masa depan bangsa. Peran orang tua terutama ibu dalam mengembangkan potensi anak tersebut sangat besar dan penting. Maka dari itu perlu sekali untuk mengoptimalkan peran ibu dalam mengembangkan potensi anak tersebut, dapat berupa meningkatkan minat dan bakat anak sedini mungkin. Di Indonesia pelaksanaan PAUD masih terkesan ekslusif dan baru menjangkau sebagian kecil masyarakat. Meskipun berbagai program perawatan dan pendidikan bagi anak usia dini usia (0-6 tahun) telah dilaksanakan di Indonesia sejak lama, namun hingga tahun 2000 menunjukkan anak usia 0-6 tahun yang memperoleh layanan perawatan dan pendidikan masih rendah. Data tahun 2001 menunjukkan bahwa dari sekitar 26,2 juta anak usia 0-6 tahun yang telah memperoleh layanan pendidikan dini melalui berbagai program baru sekitar 4,5 juta anak (17%). Kontribusi tertinggi melalui Bina Keluarga Balita (9,5%), Taman Kanak-kanak (6,1%), Raudhatul Atfal (1,5%). Sedangkan melalui penitipan anak dan kelompok bermain kontribusinya masing-masing sangat kecil yaitu sekitar 1% dan 0,24%

Abstract

Indonesia faces a critical challenge to fulfill Indonesia's commitment to the Enhanced Nationally Determined Contribution (ENDC) 2030 and to meet the net zero greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 2060. This requires the electricity sector to adopt low-emission, reliable, and investment-efficient technologies. This study develops three electricity transition scenarios toward net zero emission using the Long-range Energy Alternatives Planning (LEAP) system. Three scenarios are: (1) Current Strategy (CS) with emphasis on coal-based generation with Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS); (2) Renewable Energy-Based Transition (ET) prioritizing solar, wind, hydro, and geothermal; and (3) Enhanced Renewable and New Energy Transition (EBT) combining renewables with nuclear and hydrogen baseload. Model results demonstrate that electricity demand in 2060 is projected at 1,808 TWh with peak load of 245 GW. The required generation capacity reaches 565 GW (CS), 758 GW (EBT), and 1211 GW (EBT). Peak emissions occur in 2031 at 440 MtCO₂ (CS) and 439 MtCO₂ (ET and EBT). By 2060, zero emissions are achieved in the ET and EBT scenarios, while CS still emits 103 MtCO₂. All scenarios meet the ENDC 2030 emission-reduction target. System reliability is highest in EBT and CS, whereas emission reductions are greatest in ET and EBT.

Abstract

Modern psychotherapy, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), has proven effective in clinical practice but remains limited in integrating spiritual dimensions, creating the need for a more holistic approach relevant to Muslim societies. This study aims to conduct a comparative analysis of Abu Zayd al-Balkhi’s cognitive psychotherapy concepts and Aaron Beck’s CBT, and to explore the potential integration of both within modern psychotherapy. The research employs a qualitative comparative literature study, examining Al-Balkhi’s classical works and Beck’s foundational CBT literature. The study finds that both emphasize the role of cognition in shaping emotions and behavior, yet differ in orientation: Beck focuses on clinical effectiveness, while Al-Balkhi highlights the balance of soul and body and closeness to God. These differences open the possibility of integration, resulting in the model of Islamic Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (ICBT) as the key finding of this research—an evidence-based therapy that is also spiritually meaningful. The contribution of this study is twofold: theoretically, it enriches Islamic psychology by integrating it with CBT; and practically, it offers an applicable model for Muslim communities to address the complexities of contemporary mental health.
