Abstract

It has come out clearly that classroom management is a critical component in determining the academic performance of students in classroom, however, the effectiveness of the aspects of management, namely, planning, organizing, directing and controlling depends on an ability to balance the same. In this research, the writer aims to discover how those functions enhance the students’ performance in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Private As’adiyah No. 2, an Indonesian religious school with both secular and religious components. This study employed a qualitative descriptive design to elicit data that explored the effects of classroom management on academics: Observations, interviews and document reviews were used. The identified strategies show that adaptive planning, systematic classroom arrangement, appropriate proportions of teacher intervention, and proper but variable monitorage promote both academic and personal development. Besides, the study informs contextual factors such as parental support, resources, and teacher stressful conditions that may impact successful management of the classroom. As such this study builds on the current knowledge in the classroom management literature by applying the strategies in the context of a madrasah that is a religious and diverse learning institution. Projected onto educators and policymakers the implications delineate the centrality of a contingency approach to class organization that is neither rigid nor lax but orders the environment in a way that complements the learning-teaching process and the students’ psychosocial character.

Abstract

The value of a company becomes the primary measure of performance to understand how a company is valued and appreciated in a business environment. However, rapid economic growth has led to increased environmental problems. The solution to this is to invest in environmental rehabilitation programmes to gain legitimacy in the public eye and the availability of information that can be a signal about the company's strategy especially in terms of environmental and social aspects. The study aims to analyze the impact of green accounting, carbon emission disclosure, and profitability on the value of companies in the mining sector listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2021-2023. Sampling techniques are purposive sampling with samples of 32 companies. Quantitative approaches of causal associative types, data analysis involves descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, and double linear regression. The results show that green accounting and carbon emission disclosure have no significant impact on the value of a company, while profitability has a significant impact. Although green accounting and carbon emission disclosure are expected to enhance the corporate image through environmental responsibility, these findings suggest that markets and investors have not fully appreciated this information in their assessment. Profitability, as an indicator of financial performance, has proven to be a major factor that increases the value of a company.

Abstract

Aluminum is the most commonly used metal. Aluminum is present on the bipolar plate which is a key part in PEMFC (Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell). In the air, aluminum is easily oxidized, forming a thin layer (Al2O3). Therefore it's necessary to do an experiment to find out the extent of corrosion on aluminum. In this experiment, corrosion rate analysis on aluminum is arrived at by using hydrochloric acid (HCl) using weight loss and electrochemical methods. And corrosion rate results of aluminum metal with a concentration of 0.1M ; 0.2M; 0.3M; 0.4M and 0.5M with a concentration of 0.5M with a value 0.04250 grams and the smallest corrosion rate of 0.00030 gram with concentration of 0,1M. The largest value of corrosion rate at 0.58610 (mpy) and 0.91589 Ampere using electrochemical method. Morphology on aluminum is seen using SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope is pitting corrosion).

Abstract

Bagi manusia, ikan merupakan salah satu sumber gizi yang sangat penting. Ikan telah dikonsumsi oleh manusia selama berabad-abad. Salah satu komoditas terpenting di Indonesia yang berpotensi untuk dikembangkan adalah ikan nila (Oreochromis niloticus). Karena nilai gizi dan nilai ekonomisnya yang tinggi, ikan nila semakin digemari dan seiring dengan meningkatnya usaha budidaya, kebutuhan akan benih dan ikan untuk konsumsi manusia pun meningkat. Salah satu bioteknologi akuakultur yang telah banyak dikembangkan dan digunakan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas akuakultur, khususnya ikan, adalah pembalikan jenis kelamin. Ikan betina dapat berdiferensiasi menjadi ikan jantan melalui pembalikan jenis kelamin melalui maskulinisasi; ikan nila jantan sering kali tumbuh lebih cepat daripada ikan betina. Salah satu zat pengganti yang kini dianggap ampuh untuk perawatan maksimalisasi ikan adalah air kelapa. Air kelapa mengandung 312 mg/100g mineral penting, termasuk kalium. Karena udara kelapa mengandung banyak kalium, kolesterol dalam jaringan tubuh larva akan berubah menjadi pregnenolon, yang digunakan kelenjar adrenal untuk membuat hormon steroid. Steroid membantu produksi hormon androgen, khususnya testosteron, yang mendorong proses maskulinisasi atau pertumbuhan alat kelamin jantan. Agar air kelapa berfungsi sebaik mungkin selama proses maskulinisasi, metode perendaman juga memungkinkannya berdifusi ke dalam tubuh ikan.
