Abstract

Abstract: This research is made to determine (1) the influence between organizational culture to decision making head of state primary school, (2) the influence self concept to decision making head of state primary school, and (3) the influence organizational culture to self concept head of state primary school. The research methodology that has been used was survey with path analysis technique in testing hypothesis. In this study, 54 head of state primary school have been used as a sample by using simple random sampling techniques(simple random sampling). This research conducted in Jagakarsa, South-Jakarta area. Based on the description of hypothesis test, the researches findings can be outlined as followed: (1) there is a positive influence between organizational culture to decision making head of state primary school, (2) there is a positive influence self concept to decision making head of state primary school, and (3) there is a positive influence organizational culture to self concept head of state primary school. The implication of this study is attempt of improving the decision making head of state primary school that can be done through improveorganizational culture and self concept.Keywords: decision making, self concept, organizational culture.

Abstract

The training on making 3D learning media for geometry spatial material aims to improve teachers' skills in developing and using interactive learning media that can visualize mathematical concepts more clearly and attractively. The target of this training is 10 mathematics teachers at the Nurul Aini Foundation. The time of this research is October 21, 2024. The stages in this activity are, analysis of partner problems, preparation, implementation and evaluation. At the implementation stage, teachers are given the opportunity to design 3D objects on spatial geometry materials. At the evaluation stage, participants are given a posttest to see the extent of the participants' abilities after the training and to see how the participants assess the training activities. The results of this activity show that participants gain new skills to create 3D media that can be used in mathematics learning to improve student understanding and participants give a positive response to this training activity.

Abstract

Stunting, or impaired growth and development in children, has become a global issue, including in Indonesia. This is concerning because children are the foundation of the future generation, and poor child development can negatively affect the nation's future. In Aceh, the prevalence of stunting remains high compared to other provinces, affecting both urban and rural areas. In the village (Gampong) of Lae Motong, for example, 12 out of 135 children under five years old (approximately 9%) are stunted. This study aims to explore the reasons behind the high rate of stunting in Gampong Lae Motong and to examine the role of the local government in addressing this issue. The researcher used a qualitative descriptive method by collecting data through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The findings reveal several causes of stunting in the village, including: a) lack of nutritious food intake, b) infectious diseases, c) parenting patterns, d) poor sanitation and limited access to clean water, e) economic challenges, and f) low educational levels. The role of the village government has so far been limited to providing supplementary food and offering community education, which the researcher considers insufficient. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the government and relevant stakeholders work together to improve the community’s economy, raise awareness about child nutrition, and develop health-related infrastructure, particularly access to clean water.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) di SMP Dwiguna bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan guru dan siswa melalui penerapan metode pembelajaran inovatif. Dalam program ini, kami melaksanakan pelatihan bagi guru dan workshop interaktif untuk siswa, yang dirancang untuk mengintegrasikan teknik pembelajaran aktif dalam proses belajar mengajar. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan: kepercayaan diri guru dalam menggunakan metode baru meningkat dari 66% menjadi 88%, sementara keterlibatan siswa dalam kelas melonjak dari 65% menjadi 95%. Selain itu, nilai rata-rata akademik siswa mengalami peningkatan dari 72 menjadi 88, dengan 75% siswa mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). Umpan balik positif dari guru dan siswa menegaskan bahwa pembelajaran yang interaktif dan kolaboratif tidak hanya membuat proses belajar lebih menyenangkan, tetapi juga lebih efektif. Program ini tidak hanya memberikan dampak positif bagi SMP Dwiguna, tetapi juga menawarkan model yang dapat diadopsi oleh sekolah lain untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Dengan demikian, PKM ini menegaskan pentingnya inovasi dalam pendidikan sebagai kunci untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih menarik dan produktif

Abstract

Critical thinking skills mathematical critical thinking skills are essential to face the challenges of the 21st century. These skills in schools is still not optimal because it is not supported by valid and reliable instruments. Instruments that are valid and reliable. This study aims to measure mathematical critical thinking skills through the Generalized Partial Credit Model (GPCM) approach, to increase the accuracy of the assessment. The test instrument used is an indicator-based description test FRISCO (Focus, Reason, Inference, Situation, Clarity, and Overview). The quantitative research method with an experimental design was applied to seventh grade students in four public junior high schools, North Bahar District, Muaro Jambi. North Bahar, Muaro Jambi. Data analysis using GPCM with software PARSCALE 4.1 SOFTWARE. The p value of the fit test of 0.335 (> 0.05) indicates that the question fit the GPCM model. Student ability estimates ranged from -2.23 to 2.35, with the majority in the low ability category. Item parameters showed discrimination values of 0.855-1.534 and difficulty levels of -0.123 to 0.238, indicating good quality and balanced questions. Test information function showed that the instrument effectively measured students' abilities at various levels. These results prove that GPCM is appropriate for developing a valid, valid, and balanced mathematical critical thinking assessment instrument valid, accurate, and informative.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has had a significant impact on the world of education, particularly in how teachers structure, implement, and assess the learning process. This condition requires teachers to have digital literacy skills that not only focus on technical skills, but also include critical thinking, ethical awareness, and creativity in information management. This article aims to analyze the role of educational management in improving teachers' digital literacy through a literature study with a qualitative descriptive approach. The analysis was conducted using content analysis of various relevant academic sources for the period 2021–2025. The results of the study indicate that educational management plays a strategic role in three main dimensions: (1) the formulation of adaptive digital policies and curricula, (2) the provision and optimal utilization of technological infrastructure, and (3) the implementation of teacher training and professional development. These three aspects complement each other and emphasize that improving digital literacy is not only the responsibility of individual teachers, but also the result of a synergy of policies, support facilities, and structured managerial programs. Of this research lies in the integration of the three dimensions of educational management into a holistic conceptual framework, which has not been widely explored in studies of teacher digital literacy.

Abstract

Abstrak Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital para guru melalui pelatihan pembuatan kuis interaktif. Literasi digital menjadi salah satu kompetensi esensial bagi pendidik di era pembelajaran abad ke-21, khususnya dalam mendukung penerapan teknologi dalam proses belajar mengajar. Meski demikian, masih banyak guru yang menghadapi kendala dalam memanfaatkan berbagai platform digital untuk mengembangkan media evaluasi pembelajaran.Pelatihan ini diselenggarakan dalam bentuk pelatihan yang melibatkan guru dari berbagai jenjang pendidikan di bawah naungan Yayasan Nurul Aini. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui beberapa tahapan, meliputi persiapan, penyampaian materi teori, praktik langsung pembuatan kuis menggunakan aplikasi Quizizz, hingga pendampingan dalam penerapan hasil pelatihan ke kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan, diperoleh bahwa terdapat peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam mengoperasikan aplikasi berbasis digital, merancang kuis interaktif, serta mengintegrasikannya sebagai bagian dari proses evaluasi pembelajaran. Secara keseluruhan, pelatihan ini tidak hanya memperkuat kompetensi literasi digital guru, tetapi juga mendorong terciptanya suasana belajar yang lebih partisipatif, menyenangkan, dan relevan dengan kebutuhan peserta didik di era digital.

Abstract

Pada dasarnya pengendalian persediaan bahan baku merupakan hal yang wajib ada dalam tiap perusahaan. Tanpa adanya pengendalian persediaan bahan baku yang optimal dalam proses produksi, jika membeli terlalu sedikit dapat menyebabkan kerugian karena tidak dapat memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen dan berpengaruh terhadap keuntungan yang diperoleh. Sedangkan, jika membeli terlalu banyak maka akan membuat perusahaan rugi dan juga berpengaruh kepada keuntungan yang diperoleh. UMKM Bakso XYZ merupakan sebuah warung makan yang sudah bergerak dari tahun 2018. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui metode yang digunakan dan jumlah persediaan bahan baku daging sapi yang optimal di UMKM Bakso XYZ. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa UMKM Bakso XYZ masih menggunakan metode konvensional atau manual dalam mengatur pengendalian persediaan bahan baku. Sehingga, manajemen pengendalian tersebut masih belum optimal dan memiliki total biaya persediaan yang tinggi. Warung Bakso XYZ mengatur persediaan bahan baku dengan menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dan Re Order Point (ROP). Jumlah kuantitas pemesanan bahan baku daging sapi yang optimal adalah sebesar 4 kg, dengan frekuensi pemesanan sebanyak 22 kali dalam 6 bulan.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dari waktu ke waktu semakin pesat. Hal tersebut juga diiringi dengan perkembangan internet. Salah satu hal yang berkaitan dengan internet adalah media sosial. Media sosial merupakan salah satu media online yang digunakan oleh manusia untuk berbagai keperluan terkait dengan lingkungan sosial. Pengguna media sosial didominasi oleh generasi muda. Berbagai hal yang berkaitan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari dapat diketahui melalui media sosial, termasuk tentang kebangsaan. Wawasan kebangsaan merupakan hal penting yang harus diperhatikan oleh generasi muda. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media sosial terhadap wawasan kebangsaan generasi muda. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif kualitatif, dengan menggunakan data primer hasil kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi. Serta, data sekunder berupa sumber pustaka. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap siswa siswi SMAN XYZ Bekasi. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa media sosial terbukti berpengaruh terhadap wawasan kebangsaan generasi muda. Hal-hal yang yang tersebar pada sosial media dapat mengubah pola pikir dan cara pandang generasi muda terhadap bangsa. Tentunya, berpengaruh juga terhadap etika generasi muda dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara.
