Abstract

Internal control is impotant to know what is going well or not, to determine the organization carried out approriately. Similiarly, with regard to the activities, especially  the disbursement of scholarship in DPPKAD Kebumen required the existence of an internal control. This study aims to determine the relationship between the internal control with the disbursement of scholarship in DPPKAD Kebumen . This research method using descriptive quantitative method. Data rigourus primary data  obtained through a questionaire to employees DPPKAD Kebumen relating to the disbursement of scholarships. The result showed that the the relationship between the disburement of scholarship have a very  strong relationship r=0,860 positive and significant at the 5% level. The coefificent of determination of r=0,765 showed that the disbursement of the scholarship is explained by the internal control amount to 76,5%, the remaining 23,5% is explained by other factors beyond the research

Abstract

Fluktuatifnya jumlah nasabah pada PT. BPR Araya Arta pada tahun 2018-2022 menjadi hal yang perlu diperhatikan pengelola pada bidang perbankan. Strategi pemasaran bank memiliki hubungan dengan kepuasaan nasabah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui marketing mix apa sajakah memiliki pengaruh terhadap nasabahnya, sehingga nanti dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan pada nasabahnya. Metode deskriptif kuatitatif digunakan pada riset ini, dengan sampel 100 respoden dari nasabah yang di analisa dengan SEM-PLS dengan Smartpls. Hasil pada penelitian ini adalah Produk dan Harga tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada kepuasaan nasabah, sedang Tempat dan Promosi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada Kepuasaan Nasabah PT. BPR Araya Arta. Kebijakan implementasi pada strategi marketing mix baik pada produk , harga, tempat, promosi dan proses pelayanan harus menjadi perhatian untuk yang selalu diperhatikan pada lembaga perbankan.

Abstract

This research explores the role of women in economic decision making in Bukur Village, East Java, with a focus on their dual responsibilities as caregivers and managers of family finances. This research aims to analyze how demographic factors, such as age and education, influence women's roles in financial management and economic decisions, while considering the impact of patriarchal culture on their participation. This research utilizes quantitative data by using quantitative descriptive research by means of a survey, distributing questionnaires to respondents to measure variables in research on a population or sample. This research relies on primary data collected directly from participants involved in the research. The answer instrument items use a Likert Scale, then tabulated and then processed using SPSS. The partial research results show that the variables of the role of women and financial management have an influence on decision making and simultaneously/together have a significant influence on the decision making variables. Productive age (25-50 years) and education are determining factors in economic decision making. Keywords: The Role of Women, Financial Management, Decision Making, Productive Age, Patriarchal Culture
