Abstract

This study presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of research on hedging strategies in investment, examining trends, collaborations, and emerging themes over time. Using data from key academic databases and VOSviewer for visualization, we identified core research areas, key contributors, and influential institutions. The analysis reveals that traditional themes such as financial markets, commerce, and investment remain central to the literature, while newer areas of focus, including cryptocurrencies, energy markets, and responses to global crises like COVID-19, have gained prominence in recent years. The study also highlights the strong collaborative networks between countries and institutions, with the United States, China, and the United Kingdom emerging as key hubs of research activity. Future research is expected to focus on adapting hedging strategies to new financial risks, including those associated with emerging asset classes like cryptocurrencies, and responding to macroeconomic disruptions. This study contributes to the field by offering insights into its intellectual structure and suggesting directions for further exploration.

Abstract

The performance of Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia is examined in this study in relation to a number of different influences. A quantitative examination of 255 MSMEs from various industries, geographies, and sizes is carried out, with an emphasis on the interplay of infrastructure, financial inclusion, innovation, and government policy. In order to investigate the direct and intermediary links between these important determinants and MSME performance, structural equation modeling was employed in the study. The results revealed a strong positive correlation between the variables, demonstrating the critical role that government policies, infrastructure, financial inclusion, and innovation play in fostering business success. Financial inclusion plays a mediating role, and mediation analysis clarifies the contextual elements influencing the connections that are seen. By providing practical insights for business leaders and policymakers to navigate and enhance the business environment, this research advances our understanding of the intricate dynamics inside Indonesia's MSME sector

Abstract

After providing service for approximately 1 month, researchers discovered the potential for developing human resources and the economic welfare of village communities by developing internet quality from 2G, 3G and 4G to 5G. Therefore, this article aims to analyze The Urgency Of Implementing 5g In Increasing Village Community Resources. The results of this article show 1. The 5G network has advantages compared to the 2G, 3G and 4G networks that have been implemented in these villages, namely: a) Has a data transfer speed of 1 millisecond, b) Can be connected to equipment such as cars, household appliances and telephones, c) Has a more comparable speed. 2. Service members found complaints about slow internet for digital business actors in these villages when conducting initial observations. The servants discuss with village officials about implementing a 5G network and village officials agree if there are investors and funding from the government or other parties. 3. Abstract

Abstract

The problem of household organic waste remains an environmental challenge that requires sustainable solutions. One management innovation is the use of eco-enzymes, a liquid produced by fermenting organic waste that can be used as a fertilizer, cleaner, and disinfectant. This community service activity aims to improve community knowledge and attitudes regarding the use of eco-enzymes as a household waste management effort. The methods used included interactive outreach, eco-enzyme production demonstrations, and the distribution of educational leaflets. The activity was carried out in July 2024 in Jorong Aro Sawah Ujung, Nagari Talang, Gunung Talang District, Solok Regency, with 22 participants. Evaluation was conducted using pre-test and post-test questionnaires. The results of the activity showed an increase in community knowledge from 76.7% before the intervention to 95.8% after the intervention, as well as an increase in positive attitudes from 65% to 75%. This activity successfully equipped the community with basic skills in processing organic waste into useful products while raising awareness of the implementation of the zero-waste concept. Thus, this program has the potential to be replicated as a model for community-based organic waste management.
