Abstract

This literature analysis aims to understand the relevance of social media applications as a marketing strategy for Indonesian tourist destinations in the virtual era. As technology advances, all businesses are involved in technology. One of them is using social media applications as a strategy in marketing tourist destinations in a country. In order to understand how relevant social media applications are to tourism destination marketing, we have collected evidence from previous studies and then analyzed them by involving an in-depth evaluation and interpretation coding system so that we can understand the relevance of the two variables above. Our data search is done electronically on databases of several international publications such as search, Taylor and Francis, Google books, several other publications. Based on the study and discussion results, we understand that social media applications are very relevant in providing information and promoting various tourist destinations in Indonesia, which are well-known tourist destinations. Thus, this finding is hoped to continue obtaining data for academic purposes and other business applications

Abstract

The objectives of this study is to examine role of product quality and store atmosphere on purchase decision of clothing product of Vintage Vibes. This research uses quantitative research. This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality and store atmosphere on purchasing decisions at Vintage Vibes. In this study, there are two kinds of variables, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable. The independent variables in this study are product quality and the atmosphere in the store, while the dependent variable is purchasing decisions. The unit of analysis in this study is "vintage vibes," with the criteria being namely those who have purchased fashion products at Vintage Vibes. The result of this study show that product quality has a positive effect on purchase decisions. Store atmosphere has an influence on purchase decision. Product quality and store atmosphere have a joint effect on purchase decision.

Abstract

Background: Hypertensive disease continues to increase and the cause of the increasing prevalence of hypertension is community behavior.Purpose: To determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes with the incidence of hypertension at a productive age.Method: A cross-sectional research design with the population is people of productive age. The sample in this study was 102 respondents. The random sampling method is simple. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. Data analysis was used in this study using the chi-square test.Results: The prove the relationship of knowledge with the incidence of hypertension (p = 0025), and there is a relationship between attitude with the incidence of hypertension (p = 0.003).Conclusion: Prevention of hypertension can be done by increasing knowledge and changing attitudes in society.Suggestion: Health workers to further improve health education to the public, especially the productive age about hypertension prevention and a healthy lifestyle.Keywords: Hypertension; Knowledge; Attitude.Pendahuluan: Penyakit hipertensi terus mengalami peningkatan dan penyebab meningkatnya prevalensi hipertensi adalah prilaku masyarakat.Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap dengan kejadian hipertensi pada usia produktif.Metode: Penelitian cross sectional dan populasinya yaitu masyarakat usia produktif. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 102 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel acak sederhana. Insrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji chi square.Hasil: Membuktikan adanya hubungan pengetahuan dengan kejadian hipertensi (p=0025), dan ada hubungan sikap dengan kejadian hipertensi (p=0,003).Simpulan: Pencegahan hipertensi dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan melakukan perubahan sikap pada masyarakat.Saran: Tenaga kesehatan untuk lebih meningkatkan pendidikan kesehatan kepada masyarakat khususnya usia produktif tentang pencegahan hipertensi dan pola hidup sehat.

Abstract

The goal of this study was to examine the relationship between brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, and brand loyalty and consumer preference, as well as the relationship between brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, and brand loyalty and purchase intention. Additionally, it examined the relationship between consumer preference and interest in purchasing as an intervention variable. The research was conducted purposefully from November to December 2022. Data sources were obtained through online survey results (primary data) and through literature (secondary data). Sampling using the incidental sampling method based on the Lemes how formula with an unknown population size produces a minimum of 100 samples. Data collection used a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-4. Descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS, which are utilized to analyze the data, are processed using Smart PLS 3.0 software. The findings demonstrated that brand loyalty and brand awareness variables had a direct impact on consumer preferences, however brand association variables and quality judgments did not. While brand awareness, brand associations, and brand loyalty do not directly affect purchase intention, perceived quality characteristics did have an impact on customer buying interest. The intention to purchase does not indirectly depend on perceived quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to compare the brand equity of Canon and Nikon cameras, which includes brand recognition, brand affinity, perceived quality, and brand loyalty. In this study, samples were drawn utilizing a non-probability sampling method and quota sampling strategy. A questionnaire with 27 statement items was utilized to gather data for the study, and 60 respondents were given it. Discriminant analysis has been used as the analytical technique in this work. The study's findings indicate that when the four aspects are taken together, there are variations in the brand equity of Canon and Nikon cameras. While the brand awareness factors for the two items are comparable, brand association variables, perceived quality, and brand loyalty are different.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) potensi pariwisata Indonesia dalam event FIBA World Cup 2023; dan (2) strategi sport tourism sebagai pengembangan pariwisata Indonesia dalam event FIBA World Cup 2023. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) FIBA di Jakarta berhasil menghidupkan industri pariwisata di ibukota Indonesia. Dengan menarik perhatian wisatawan internasional, mempromosikan budaya lokal, dan memberikan dampak jangka panjang pada citra kota, kejuaraan basket ini telah membantu menggairahkan industri pariwisata Indonesia khususnya Jakarta; dan (2) strategi sport tourism dalam event FIBA World Cup 2023 terdiri dari strategi SO melalui perencanaan pemasaran sport tourism sebagai pariwisata Indonesia, strategi WO dengan menyusun konsep sport tourism bagi wisatawan, strategi ST melalui kolaborasi pemerintah dan swasta mendukung sport tourism, dan strategi WT dengan mengedukasi dan mempromosikan program sport tourism.

Abstract

Peneliti meyakini bahwa identitas merek yang baik dapat menghasilkan citra yang baik terhadap produk yang dimiliki, antara lain kesan pertama yang baik, kualitas produk, citra produk, dan lain sebagainya yang dapat menarik perhatian calon konsumen sehingga dapat segera memutuskan melakukan pembelian. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksplanatori yang menggunakan data primer dengan metode pengumpulan kuesioner yang berisi 14 item pertanyaan yang meliputi 6 item pertanyaan mengenai Identitas Merek, 4 item pertanyaan mengenai Keputusan Pembelian, dan 4 item pertanyaan mengenai variabel Harga. Kuesioner berjumlah 14 item berisi 4 kolom pilihan ganda berupa setuju, sangat setuju, normal/sedang, tidak setuju, dan sangat tidak setuju. Kuesioner terlebih dahulu diuji validitasnya, diuji reliabilitasnya, dan apabila memenuhi syarat maka dilakukan uji Koefisien Jalur untuk mengetahui arah hubungan dan ada tidaknya pengaruh variabel Independen dalam hal ini Identitas Merek. variabel tersebut signifikan terhadap variabel Dependen dalam hal ini Keputusan Pembelian. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah smart PLS 4.0. Hasil artikel ini menunjukkan variabel Identitas Merek dapat mempunyai hubungan positif dan pengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian karena nilai P-Values ​​bernilai positif dan berada dibawah tingkat signifikansi 0,05 yaitu 0,027. Selain itu peneliti juga berpendapat bahwa variabel Harga dapat memperkuat pengaruh variabel Identitas Merek terhadap Keputusan Pembelian karena Identitas Merek dapat menarik perhatian konsumen, memberikan kesan pertama yang baik pada konsumen, melambangkan kualitas produk, dan lain sebagainya. Hal tersebut akan mampu memperkuat pengaruhnya terhadap Keputusan Pembelian jika diiringi dengan harga yang terjangkau. Identitas merek yang baik dan harga produk yang terjangkau merupakan kolaborasi sempurna untuk mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian secara signifikan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka peneliti memutuskan untuk menyebarkan kuisioner mengenai hal tersebut yang telah teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya menunjukkan hasil yang positif dan pengaruh yang signifikan pada baris kedua tabel Path Coefisien dengan nilai P-Values ​​sebesar 0,000 L lebih kecil dari tingkat signifikansi 0,05 dan lebih signifikan dibandingkan pengujian langsung. 0,027. Dengan demikian hipotesis pertama dan kedua dalam penelitian ini dapat diterima.

Abstract

Peneliti berpendapat bahwa variabel Ketepatan Waktu Pengiriman yang diberikan oleh karyawan JNE yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan karena kebutuhan karyawan terhadap barang tersebut dapat dengan mudah dimanfaatkan dan digunakan oleh konsumen sesuai dengan keinginannya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengiriman tepat waktu terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Berbeda dengan banyak penelitian sebelumnya, penelitian ini menggunakan variabel Kualitas Pelayanan yang Baik sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksploratif yang mencakup sejumlah penelitian lain khususnya terkait Waktu Pengiriman Akurat, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kepuasan Pelanggan. Peneliti menganalisis data tersebut menggunakan alat analisis smart PLS 4.0. Namun sebelum memasuki tahap ini, data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner terhadap 500 karyawan JNE yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia, 250 karyawan dan sisanya 250 konsumen JNE. Hasil pada artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Ketepatan Waktu mempunyai hubungan positif dan pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan karena hasil P-Values ​​berada di bawah tingkat signifikansi 0,05 yaitu 0,0007. Hal ini dikarenakan jika barang yang dipesan konsumen dapat sampai tepat waktu maka dapat membuat konsumen senang, urusannya lancar, setia, melakukan repeat order, dan tentunya merasakan kepuasan. Selain itu, hasil baris berikutnya pada tabel ketiga menunjukkan hasil yang serupa karena hasil P-Values ​​berada di bawah taraf signifikansi 0,05 yaitu 0,000. Hal ini bisa terjadi karena jika barang sampai tepat waktu disertai dengan kualitas pelayanan yang baik dari JNE, baik dari perilaku kurir, kualitas kemasan, dan lain sebagainya maka akan membuat konsumen merasa lebih puas. Dengan demikian hipotesis pertama dan kedua dalam penelitian ini dapat diterima dan dibuktikan.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to identify HR management techniques for small companies affected by the epidemic, which is still a topic of much discussion in the media. We conducted a series of data studies on various well-known journal publishing data sources, including Google Books, Elsevier, Taylor&Francis, sage pub, Academic research, and other online sources, to ensure smooth identification and reporting in the form of descriptive discussions. Electronic data solutions are the ideal choice in this pandemic disruption when public mobility is not possible. The data review process includes several stages, such as initial reading to understand, coding system, and evaluation of data with high interpretation with a phenomenological approach to quickly draw conclusions that answer research questions with valid and reliable values. The results include that the HR management strategy for increasing productivity in small businesses is that small businesses also need a strategy to increase their human resources. These small businesses also have the vision to achieve profits and help absorb labor and reduce unemployment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide practical and theoretical insights into how small and medium enterprises (SMEs) adjust and further develop entrepreneurial activities, product innovation and SME business performance in the city of Bandung. This study used quantitative methods by using questionnaires for data collection. The number of samples used was 119 respondents using purposive sampling techniques. Partial least Square (PLS) is used for data processing. Based on the results of data analysis, it is implied that entrepreneurial competence has a significant effect on business performance, entrepreneurial competence has a significant effect on product innovation. However, product innovation does not have a significant effect on SME business performance.
