Abstract

Seiring perkembangan zaman yang semakin berkembang dalam pelayanan di rumah sakit, faktor antrian, waktu tunggu, serta komunikasi berimbas terhadap pelayanan pasien dalam kemudahan mendapatkan informasi. Desain Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dan purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan sejumlah 150 sampel. Hipotesis menyatakan bahwa “Jaminan (X4) dan empati (X5) sama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien RSUD Waras Wiris Kabupaten Boyolali” terbukti kebenarannya. Sejalan dengan penelitian Gultom (2022) bahwa terdapat hubungan antara Empati.  dengan Kepuasan Rawat Jalan di RS Bhayangkara Tk III Tebing Tinggi sebesar 0,036, nilai OR = 8,24 yang berarti peluang kepuasan pasien dengan memberikan pelayanan berempati yang baik dibandingkan dengan pelayanan yang buruk secara fisik/bukti nyata sebesar 8,24 kali. Kesimpulan yang didapat yaitu Jaminan (X4) dan Empati (X5) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan pasien.Saran Bagi Instansi demi memberikan pelayanan maupun kepuasan pada pasien baiknya memperhatikan faktoryang mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien, kemudian bagi peneliti selanjutnya semoga dapat menjadi referensi penelitian terkait variabel lain yang lebih beragam.Kata kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Pasien, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasaan Pasien

Abstract

This study addresses the challenges faced by Human Resources (HR) in micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in adapting to digital advancements, particularly in leveraging social media for marketing. The research focuses on Mom Fithri Brass & Copper Craft and Fried Shallot business located in Cepogo, Boyolali, where HR capabilities in digital marketing remain limited despite its vast potential. This study aims to analyze the role of Human Resource Management (HRM) in enhancing the development of creative economy products in the digital era. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, using observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection methods. The population consisted of 30 employees and one business owner, with the sample being the business owner. Findings reveal that HRM plays a pivotal role in improving the digital competencies of human resources, which in turn fosters innovation and enhances product development. The training implemented significantly improved digital marketing knowledge and skills, enabling the MSMEs to become more competitive in the global marketplace. Moreover, HR demonstrated increased creativity in utilizing social media to expand market reach and visibility of their products.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi risiko kebangkrutan PT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk (PT SIDO) selama periode 2018 hingga 2023 dengan menggunakan metode Altman Z-Score. Periode penelitian meliputi masa sebelum, selama, dan setelah pandemi COVID-19, yang memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap perekonomian global, termasuk sektor farmasi dan jamu di Indonesia. PT SIDO sebagai salah satu pemain utama di industri farmasi tradisional menghadapi tantangan dan peluang baru selama pandemi, seiring meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap kesehatan dan penggunaan produk herbal. Dengan menganalisis data keuangan tahunan perusahaan, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PT SIDO secara konsisten berada dalam kategori aman menurut skor Altman Z, bahkan mengalami peningkatan kinerja finansial selama masa pandemi. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan memiliki ketahanan keuangan yang baik dalam menghadapi tekanan ekonomi eksternal, serta berhasil memanfaatkan momentum pandemi untuk memperkuat posisi di sektor farmasi nasional. Temuan ini memberikan pentingnya bagi investor dan pengambil kebijakan dalam menilai kesehatan keuangan perusahaan farmasi di tengah kondisi krisis

Abstract

Among the many Samsung enthusiasts, one of them is Generation Z who was born in 1995-2010, now it is one of the generations that are constantly required to keep abreast of endless technological developments. Laweyan District as one of the areas in Surakarta City has many educational institutions and business units with a large number of generation Z, both natives and immigrants from outside the city of Laweyan District with different consumptive behavior in choosing smartphone. This study aimed to ascertain the impact of lifestyle, brand image, and brand awareness on purchase decision. This research is quantitative descriptive with 100 respondents taken using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques include the classic assumption test, f test, multiple linear regression, t test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this research indicate that lifestyle, brand image and brand awareness have a positive and significant effect on Samsung purchase decisions by Generation Z in Laweyan District. Abstract

Produk pangan dan olahan pangan unit usaha UMKM dalam era sekarang memerlukan Strategi Pemasaran yang harus sesuai dengan perkembangan pasar di jaman digital. Produk dan layanan yang dihasilkan juga harus lebih berkualitas dengan harga lebih kompetitif. Berdasarkan kondisi yang dihadapi mitra UMKM Olahan Bawang Merah Goreng ini adalah perluasan pemasaran yang terkendala belum optimalnya penggunaan marketplace dan belum memiliki SPP-PIRT. Sebagai salah satu wujud Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, Tim pengabdian Fakultas Universitas Islam Batik Surakarta membantu mengimplementasikan optimalisasi penggunaan marketplace dan pengurusan SPP-PIRT UMKM Olahan Bawang Merah Goreng untuk meningkatkan promosi dan penjualan produk dengan menggunakan media sosial dan jejaring sosial sehingga dapat meningkatkan penjualan olahan bawang merah goreng dan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Bentuk kegiatan pengabdian diikuti 30 pelaku UMKM olahan bawang merah goreng di Desa Cepogo Boyolali. Pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut dilakukan secara hybrid, online dengan menggunakan aplikasi Zoom dan Media Chat Whatsapp Group dan secara langsung (offline). Pelaksanaan pada hari Kamis, 13 Juli 2023 pukul 09.00 WIB bertempat di Balai Desa Cepogo, Boyolali. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan nilai tambah produk hortikultura berisi materi pelatihan SPP-IRT. Sosialisasi tentang langkah-langkah dalam pembuatan akun di Marketplace: Tokopedia, Facebook, Bukalapak, Shopee dan Instagram (IG). Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan sesuai prosedur kerja yang telah ditetapkan. Respon dari peserta dan masyarakat antusiasme cukup tinggi. Sehingga kegiatan ini perlu dilakukan secara berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan penjualan produk olahan bawang merah goreng, sehingga dapat membantu masyarakat dalam menambah pendapatan keluarga. Kata kunci : pemasaran digital, bawang merah goreng Abstract Food products and food processing from UMKM business units in the current era require a marketing strategy that must be in accordance with market developments in the digital era. The products and services produced must also be of higher quality with more competitive prices. Based on the conditions faced by the UMKM partners of Processed Fried Shallots, marketing expansion is hampered by not yet optimal use of the marketplace and not having SPP-PIRT. As a manifestation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, the Faculty of Batik Surakarta Islamic University service team helps implement optimization of the use of the marketplace and management of SPP-PIRT for UMKM Processed Fried Shallots to increase product promotion and sales by using social media and social networks so as to increase sales of processed onions fried red and increase people's income. This form of service activity was attended by 30 MSME actors who processed fried shallots in Cepogo Village, Boyolali.This activity was carried out in a hybrid manner, online using the Zoom application and Whatsapp Group Chat Media and directly (offline). Implementation on Thursday, July 13 2023 at 09.00 WIB at the Cepogo Village Hall, Boyolali. The results of service activities to increase the competitiveness and added value of horticultural products contain SPP-IRT training material. Socialization about the steps in creating an account on Marketplace: Tokopedia, Facebook, Bukalapak, Shopee and Instagram (IG). This community service activity is carried out in accordance with established work procedures. The enthusiastic response from participants and the public was quite high. So this activity needs to be carried out on an ongoing basis to improve the quality and sales of processed fried shallot products, so that it can help the community increase family income. Abstract

This research aimed to evaluate how factors like as brand image, lifestyle, and product diversity influence consumers’ decision to purchase Hanasui cosmetic in Sukoharjo. A quantitative strategy has been used in its research. The population used 636 customers of one of the agents in Sukoharjo, and the sampel size is set at 100 customers thanks to a non-probability, purposive sampling technique. In Sukoharjo, the variables of brand image, lifestyle, and product diversity all had a positive influence in purchase decision of Hanasui brand cosmetic items, and this influence is statistically significant as well. The modified R-Square value showed that 70,4%, which suggest that factors such as brand image, lifestyle, and product diversity play a role in the decision of whether or not to purchase Hanasui product in Sukoharjo. Another factors that are not include in this study was influenced 29,6%. Keywords : Brand Image, Lifestyle, Product Diversity, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Social media was originally created for friendships only. However, as time goes by, many people don't want to waste the opportunity to sell. Moreover, all sales activities on social media are almost free. Even if there are additional costs, only for the production of goods. That's why Facebook launched Facebook Marketplace. The purpose of this research is (1) to find out what variables influence a person's level of success in carrying out digital marketing using Facebook, 2) knowing the most dominant and weakest variables that influence a person's level of success in doing digital marketing using Facebook, and (3) knowing the correlation between factors that can influence a person's level of success in doing digital marketing using Facebook. This research empirically analyzes the factors that influence people to do digital marketing using Facebook. The research location was carried out in Cepogo Boyolali. The results of this research conclude that sellers always look at shares and likes, because these are important variables to see buyers' interest. Sellers are also obliged to do this because it indicates that the seller is someone who is always active towards buyers. Sellers must always share experiences using the advertised products. In communication, frequent use of online chat facilities (P10) is the lowest factor; and 2 factors were formed that were able to explain the factors a person does marketing via Facebook. .Factor 1 consists of P1, p2, p3, p4, p5, p7, p10 and p13. Abstract

The domestic textile market and exports abroad have been eroded by manufacturers from other countries in recent years. The threat of a decline in the industry due to the trade war that occurred and also the industry was under heavy pressure due to the impact of the corona pandemic. This study aims to examine the Incentive, Promotion Jabatan, And Work Discipline on the performance of employees of CV.Bintang Mitra Mulya Surakarta The date used in this journal are observation, interviews, distribution of questionnaires and documentation to employees of CV. Bintang Mitra Mulya The research sample was purposive sampling as many as 75 employee with multiple linear regression method. The data analysis techniques in this study included several compilation data, validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, Goodness Of Fit Model multiple linear regression, f test, t test and determination test. The results showed that Incentive, Promotion Jabatan, And Work Discipline had a significant effect on the performance of CV. Bintang Mitra Mulya Surakarta. employee performance of CV.Bintang Mitra Mulya Surakarta can be explained by the variables of incentive, promotin jabatan, and work dicipline by 40.4% and others are influenced by other variables. Abstract

Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, lingkungan kerja, kompetensi dan disiplin kerja baik secara parsial maupun secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Multiyasa Abadi Sentosa Sukoharjo. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel karyawan dari PT. Multiyasa Abadi Sentosa, sejumlah 50 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Analisis data dengan menggunakan SPSS 26. 0 for Windows. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda yang berfungsi untuk membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial maupun secara simlutan variabel motivasi, lingkungan kerja, kompetensi dan disiplin kerja memberikan pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan, sehingga seluruh hipotesis yang dinyatakan dalam penelitian terbukti.Kata kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kompetensi, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemampuan, motivasi, dan dukungan organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Sukoharjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi sekaligus sampel penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai BPS Sukoharjo yang berjumlah 42 orang dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner tertutup berskala Likert, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS, yang dilengkapi uji asumsi klasik, uji F, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan dan dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan motivasi tidak signifikan. Secara simultan, kemampuan, motivasi, dan dukungan organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan kontribusi sebesar 32,9%. Keterbatasan penelitian ini terletak pada jumlah variabel dan objek penelitian yang terbatas pada satu instansi. Penelitian ini memberikan nilai tambah berupa bukti empiris mengenai pentingnya peningkatan kemampuan pegawai dan penguatan dukungan organisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja pada instansi pemerintah.
