Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of workload and burnout on employee performance, the effect of workload and burnout on employee motivation and the effect of employee motivation on employee performance in the Nutrition Installation of RSJD Dr. RM. Soedjarwadi, Central Java Province. The method of this research is quantitative descriptive. The number of research respondents was 36, which was determined by the total sampling technique. The results of the study showed that workload had a positive and significant effect on employee motivation (p value 0.000), employee workload had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (p value 0.000), burnout had no effect on employee motivation (p value 0.269), employee burnout had no effect on employee performance (p value 0.284) and employee motivation had no effect on employee performance (p value 0.995). The suggestion of this research is that hospitals should support occupational safety and health, especially nutrition installation officers in informal workplaces through surveys and counseling while working for workers. Abstract

Patient satisfaction in hospital services can also be achieved from the service system provided by the hospital. Hospitals as health service institutions are required to provide fast, quality and affordable services to provide satisfaction for patients. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of waiting time, service quality, officer attitude and information technology on patient satisfaction at Aisyiyah Klaten Hospital. The method of this research is quantitative descriptive. The number of research respondents was 120, which was determined by accidental sampling technique. The results of the study showed that waiting time (p value 0.000), officer attitude (p value 0.008) and information technology (p value 0.015) had a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction in health services at RSU 'Aisyiyah Klaten.The quality of service (p value 0.775) had no effect on patient satisfaction in health services at RSU 'Aisyiyah Klaten. The suggestion of this research is that information technology should be better and easily accessible so that patient satisfaction increases so that the quality of hospital services is even better. Abstract

This research aims to determine and explain the influence of professionalism, organizational culture, internal control, and commitment on employee performance at the Baki Community Health Center, Sukoharjo Regency. The population of this study was all 91 employees of the Baki Community Health Center, Sukoharjo Regency, using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses the Multiple Linear Analysis method. The research results show that professionalism, organizational culture, internal control, and organizational commitment positively and significantly affect performance. The variables Professionalism, Organizational Culture, Internal Control, and Organizational Commitment influence performance by 56.9%, while the remaining 43.1% is explained by other variables not proposed in this research. Suggestions from this research, employees of the Baki Community Health Center, Sukoharjo Regency can increase professionalism, organizational culture, and commitment to the organization with good internal supervision to achieve maximum performance results for the Baki Sukoharjo Community Health Center.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel etos kerja, quality of work life, penghargaan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Brigit Biofarmaka Teknologi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Sensus dengan jumlah sampel 76 responden. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan analisis statistik yaitu uji regresi linear berganda, uji F, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa etos kerja, quality of work life dan budaya organisasi  berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Adapun penghargaan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Brigit Biofarmaka Teknologi

Abstract

Tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji likuiditas, solvabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur subsektor pakan ternak di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif dan data sekunder dengan data panel, populasi 4 perusahaan manufaktur subsektor pakan ternak di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2012-2021 dengan 40 sampel, teknik sampling menggunakan sampling jenuh, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan, pengolahan data menggunakan program Eviews 12. Hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan likuiditas, solvabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Likuiditas dan solvabilitas secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Nilai perusahaan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel likuiditas, solvabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan sebesar 67% dan yang lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya. Implikasi. Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan sehingga bagi perusahaan diharapkan untuk memperhatikan nilai perusahaannya, sedangkan bagi investor diharapkan untuk meninjau nilai perusahaan sebelum memutuskan rencana investasi.

Abstract

This research aims to recognize determine the effectoof commitment, emotionalIintelligence, and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Object of this research was the teacher and staff of Makarima Kartasura Islamic PAUD- SD. Population was drawn from the whole employees of the 55 people. Saturated sampling is the sampling technique used. Questionnaire is the method used to collect data. Multiple regression analysis is the data analysis technique employed. The result showed that partially the commitment|had significant effect on the organizational citizenship behavior of Makarima Kartasura Islamic PAUD- SD, emotional intelligence has a significant effectoon the organizationallcitizenship behavior (OCB) of Makarima Kartasura Islamic PAUD- SD, organizational culture has a significant effect on the organization citizenship behavior (OCB) of Makarima Kartasura Islamic PAUD- SD. The result of the Adjusted R2 has coefficient 36,6 %, indicated that organizational citizenship behavior in the Makarima Kartasura Islamic PAUD- SD is influenced by Commitment, emotional intelligence, andiorganizational culture. Abstract

UMKM are one of the leading economic drivers in economic development in a country. This research was conducted in Desa Trangsan, Gatak, Sukoharjo. This study aimsi to determine the effect lof product differentiation, marketi orientation, a lproduct quality on competitivei advantagej in UMKM Rattan in Desa Trangsan, Gatak, Sukoharjo. This research method uses quatitative methods. The population is UMKM Rattan in Desa Trangsan is 210 and using a sample 58 respondents. Purposivei samplingi is a sampling techniquel withl the criteria ofi a business that 5 years, is actively producing, and its products have participated in the international market. The data analysis used is using multiplei linearl regression, oF-test,pt-test fand the coefficientl of determinationi through SPSSl v20. Thei results lof the analysis of thisl tstudy lindicate that product differentiation, lmarket iorientation, and product quality lhave a significantj and positive effect on competitive advantage with coefficient of l64,1%. Whiles thei remaining. 35,1% is linfluenced lby otherl factor or variablesl not examined ini this lstudy. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand how brand ambassadors, product innovation, and word-of-mouth influence how Scarlett Whitening is used in the Universitas Islam Batik Surakarta community of master's students. The methodology being used is a quantitative methodology. Around 1814 were surveyed, around 182 participated in the sample, and the sampling technique used purposive sampling. Utilized data include preliminary and secondary data obtained by observation, documentation, questionnaires, interviews, and literary studies. Data analysis techniques used in this study include the classic assumptions of normality, multicollinearity, and heteroskedasticity, regression line analysis, simultaneous and parsial analysis, and coefficient determination (R2). The findings of this study indicate that word of mouth advertising, product innovation, and brand ambassadorship have a positive and significant impact on customer perception. Abstract

This study examines the relationship between Leadership Styles, including Transformational and Transactional Leadership, and Sustainability. This study also includes other variables, such as Entrepreneurial Orientation and Innovation Capability. This research uses a quantitative approach and 216 data are gathered. The results of this study stated that both leadership styles significantly and positively impact the other three variables. Though both of them have a significant impact, Transformational Leadership mostly has a higher impact than Transactional Leadership. There are two interesting findings in this study. First, the impact of Entrepreneurial Orientation on Innovation Capability is higher in Transactional than in Transformational Leadership. The second finding is that Innovation Capability negatively impacts Sustainable Performance in Transformational Leadership. The discussion, conclusion, limitations, and suggestions are provided in this journal.
