Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant influence between the variables of commitment, motivation, workload, and work discipline on employee performance. In addition, it is also to determine whether there is a significant simultaneous influence and which variable is the most dominant in influencing employee performance of the Railroad Maintenance Center employees of the Directorate General of Railways of the Ministry of Transportation. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 81 employees and the entire population was sampled in this study, where the sampling technique used quota sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques: observation, documentation, questionnaire and literature study. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear tests. The results of the study can be concluded that: The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) There is an effect of commitment, motivation, workload, and work discipline that have a simultaneous and significant effect on employee performance of the Railroad Maintenance Center employees., 2) There is an effect of commitment, which has a positive and significant effect on Employee performance at the Railway Maintenance Center employees, 3) There is an influence of motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance on the employees of the Railway Maintenance Center, 4) There is an effect of workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance on the employees of the Railway Maintenance Center, 5) There is an influence of Discipline work has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Railway Maintenance Center employees. Abstract

The research that has been done has the aim of knowing the influence of motivation, discipline, work environment and employee ability on a variable called employee performance in Tulung District, Klaten Regency. This research that has been done uses an approach called quantitative. The population in this study consisted of all employees in Tulung District, Klaten Regency, all of whom were 52 people. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. The technique for data analysis in this research that has used an analysis called multiple linear regression. The results of a study that has been conducted show that motivation, discipline, work environment and employee abilities have a positive and significant impact on the variable called employee performance in Tulung District, Klaten Regency. It is hoped that in the future, Tulung District, Klaten Regency, will continue to maintain and improve the quality of motivation, discipline, work environment and existing employee abilities, so that employee performance will also continue to increase and of course be better than before. Abstract

Penelitianiiniibertujuaniuntuk menganalisisipengaruh kepuasan pelanggan ditinjau dari kenyamanan, keamanan dan ketepatan waktu pada stasiun Purwosari Surakarta. Penelitian ini mempunyaiipopulasi seluruh pelanggan kereta api pada stasiun purwosari Surakarta. Dalam penelitian ini mengambil sampeli100iresponden.iTeknikipengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitianiiniimenggunakanialatianalisisiujiivaliditas,i ujipreliabilitas,;ujipasumsiiklasik,ianalisispdeskriptif, analisispregresiklineariberganda,dan ujilt. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa uji hipotesis dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, hasil kuesioner dapat disimpulkan bahwapvalidpdanpreliabel.kUji asumsi klasik menunjukkanpbahwapdalam model penelitian tersebut tidak terjadi multikolonearitas dan heterokedastisitas. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai t variabel kenyamanan dan ketepatanwaktuiberpengaruhipositifidanisignifikaniterhadapikepuasanipelangganisedangkan variabeliKeamananltidaklberpengaruhlpositifkdanlsignifikanlterhadaplkepuasankpelanggan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini memahami kepuasan pelanggan pada perusahaan jasa pengiriman J&T Express Cabang Surakarta. Jenis  penelitian bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasinya tidak terhingga dan sampel 100 responden. Penelitian ini dengan SPSS 15 dengan analisis data, meliputi uji koefisien determinasi (R2), uji asumsi klasik,uji analisis linear berganda dan,uji hipotesis. Penelitian menunjukan hasil brand trust,brand image,dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan J&T Express Cabang Surakarta cara simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan dan brand trust terhadap kepuasan pelanggan cara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan, brand image terhadap kepuasan.pelanggan cara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan.pelanggan J&T Express Cabang Surakarta cara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan.

Abstract

This article aims to prove the relationship between the principal’s leadership, teacher’s competence, school culture, and teacher’s performance at SMA Batik 2 Surakarta. This research is quantitative or research by using a quantitative approach. The research method is in the form of survey research using quantitative research with a sample size of about 20 teachers. The data collection method used a questionnaire with a saturated sampling technique. The data were collected using an instrument that had been validated and which was reliable. Processing of data using the SPSS program using multiple regression equation analysis tools, F test, t-test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the data analysis showed there is positive and very significant influence of the principal’s leadership, teacher’s competence, and school cultures on the teachers’ performance with the percentage of 77 %, there is positive and very significant influence of the of principal’s leadership on the teacher’s performance, there is positive and very significant influence of teacher’s competence on the teachers’ performance and there is positive and very significant influence of school culture on the teachers’ performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of employees reviewed from leadership style, motivation, job satisfaction, and work environment in the technical implementation unit of the central area flood pump area1 at the Semarang City Public Works Office. The research was conducted using a descriptive quantitative approach. The population in this study is all technical implementers of the flood pump area in the central region 1di Public Works Office of Semarang City. 61. The sample used a census technique of 61 employees because the population is less than 100 people. Methods for data analysis that have been used classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. The study results showed that employee performance is influenced by leadership style, motivation, job satisfaction and work environment. Partially the performance variable significantly affects 5% on leadership style, motivation, job satisfaction and work environment in the technical implementation unit of the central area flood pump area 1 at the Semarang City Public Works Office. Therefore, it is expected that the Semarang Public Works Office can choose the right leadership style and reward employees to increase motivation in achieving work performance and needed improvements to the work environment so that employees feel at home and want to improve the performance of each employee. Abstract

Teachers' performance serves as one of the most pivotal aspects in determining the success of the education and learning process. Work ethos, personality competence, organizational culture, and rewards are among the factors influencing teachers’ performance. The present study aimed to investigate the effect of work ethos, personality competence, organizational culture, and rewards on the teachers’ performance in SMP Batik Surakarta.This research method uses a quantitative descriptive research design with a population of 46 teachers of SMP Batik Surakarta. The sampling technique used was the census technique. The data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, t-test, and F-test.The result indicated that the work ethos, personality competence, organizational culture, and rewards positively and significantly affect teachers’ performance in SMP Batik Surakarta. These four variables were found to contribute 80% to teacher performance. work ethos, personality competence, organizational culture, rewards, teachers’ performance.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect simultaneously or partially the variables of the work environment,principal’s leadership and work motivation with the creativity of teachers at SMA Batik 2 Surakarta. The results of the analysis can be obtained that the variables of the work environment,principal’s leadership and work motivation with the creativity have a simultaneous effect on the teachers SMA Batik 2 Surakarta. the work environment has a significant effect on the creativity of teachers in SMA Batik 2 Surakarta. principal’s leadership ability has a significant effect on the teachers of the creativity SMA Batik 2 Surakarta. Leadership style has a significant effect on the teachers the creativity of SMA Batik 2 Surakarta. Work motivation has a significant effect o the creativity of teachers at SMA Batik 2 Surakarta. The results of the observation show that simultaneously the independent variables which include of the work environment,principal’s leadership and work motivation with the creativity of teachers. Abstract

The purpose of the study was to examine the indirect effect of management service quality on learning achievement through student satisfaction. Management services include lecturer performance, academic services and infrastructure facilities. Testing the direct effect of management services on student achievement and on student satisfaction. Research data were taken from the population of active students of IIM Surakarta. The sample used was 342 students with Purposive sampling technique based on active students with a minimum GPA of 3.5. Data collection using questionnaires with structural equation model (SEM) analysis techniques. The results of the study based on the Direct Effect (path coefficient) table of direct hypothesis influence, show that lecturer performance and infrastructure have a positive and significant effect on student achievement and academic services have no significant effect on student achievement, management services have a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction. The result of the indirect hypothesis influence is that student satisfaction plays a role in mediating the effect of management services on student achievement. Where, H1, H2, H4, H5, H6, H7, H8, H9 and H10 are accepted and H3 is rejected.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and explain the influence of professionalism, organizational culture, internal control, and commitment on employee performance at the Baki Community Health Center, Sukoharjo Regency. The population of this study was all 91 employees of the Baki Community Health Center, Sukoharjo Regency, using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses the Multiple Linear Analysis method. The research results show that professionalism, organizational culture, internal control, and organizational commitment positively and significantly affect performance. The variables Professionalism, Organizational Culture, Internal Control, and Organizational Commitment influence performance by 56.9%, while the remaining 43.1% is explained by other variables not proposed in this research. Suggestions from this research, employees of the Baki Community Health Center, Sukoharjo Regency can increase professionalism, organizational culture, and commitment to the organization with good internal supervision to achieve maximum performance results for the Baki Sukoharjo Community Health Center.
