Abstract

Pisang Kepok Tanjung adalah salah satu kultivar pisang yang bisa digunakan untuk mengendalikan penyakit darah yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Ralstonia solanacearum, karena kultivar ini tidak berjantung (bunga jantan) sehingga mengurangi peluang serangga vektor penyakit darah hinggap dan menyebarkan penyakit. Namun demikian ketersediaan benih Kepok Tanjung masih belum banyak, oleh karena perlu dicari teknik perbanyakan yang tepat, salah satunya adalah secara kultur jaringan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh benih pisang Kepok Tanjung melalui kultur jaringan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus 2015 sampai sekarang. Media kultur jaringan yang dipakai adalah media dasar MS. Sumber eksplan pisang Kepok Tanjung didapat dari Balai Penelitian Buah Tropika (Balitbu Tropika). Pada tahap multiplikasi, dari 1 (satu) propagul yang dihasilkan akan dapat mencapai kisaran 4.096 plantlet selama waktu 5 (lima) bulan dengan periode 5 – 10 kali subkultur. Perbanyakan pisang ini akan dilaksanakan hingga 16 kali subkultur. Sampel hasil aklimatisasi (plantlet) dari subkultur bulan ke 4, 6, 8 dan 10 akan dikirim ke Balitbu untuk pengujian keragaman somaklonal baik secara morfologi maupun molekuler

Abstract

This research aims to find out about archives management in realizing administrative governance at CV Agro Tri Santosa, obstacles in archives management to realize administrative governance, and archives management efforts in realizing administrative governance at CV Agro Tri Santosa. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach method. The data taken in the research is primary data obtained through direct interviews from managers and secretaries from CV Agro Tri Santosa, while secondary data can be obtained through interviews and documentation with employees. The subjects of this research are 3 employees who manage archives and the object of this research is archive management in realizing administrative governance.The technique for selecting subjects for this research is by using a purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique in this research is by interviews and documentation. The research results show that archives management in administrative management has been carried out well, but there are still obstacles in realizing administrative governance. This obstacle is the handling of archives which is not in accordance with the handling of archives management. There are efforts in archival management, namely by handling, maintaining, storing, processing and recording properly so that they suit the needs of CV Agro Tri Santosa.

Abstract

This study explores the role of inspirational leadership, often identified with transformational leadership, in enhancing academic achievement within vocational high schools. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach with PRISMA methodology, the research synthesizes findings from 40 articles published between 2018 and 2024. The PRISMA approach is utilized for analysis. Data in systematic reviews that aim to screen, evaluate, and transparently report literature. The steps of data analysis with PRISMA involve a process of identification, screening, eligibility assessment, and inclusion of relevant literature. The analysis highlights the capacity of transformational leadership to foster collaboration, innovation, and motivation among school stakeholders. It underscores the influence of leadership in integrating entrepreneurial values, developing innovative teaching methods, and creating an inclusive school culture. The study also identifies a significant research gap in understanding the direct application of transformational leadership in vocational contexts. Recommendations are made for school leaders to implement transformational leadership practices aligned with contemporary educational challenges, focusing on equipping students with both academic and practical skills for the workforce.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of the Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI) as a strategy for continuous quality improvement at Tambakboyo Vocational High School. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with key stakeholders, participatory observation, and document analysis. Interviews involved school principals, teachers, administrative staff, students, and industry partners to gain insights into SPMI implementation. Observations were conducted through direct engagement in school activities, quality assurance meetings, and industry collaboration programs, while document analysis reviewed policies, reports, curriculum guidelines, and employment data. Data were analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach through data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing, with triangulation ensuring validity. The findings highlight how stakeholders collaborate to align educational quality policies with industry demands through the PPEPP model (Penetapan, Pelaksanaan, Evaluasi, Pengendalian, Peningkatan Standard). Implementing SPMI positively impacts academic and non-academic quality, enhances graduate employability, and strengthens school-industry partnerships. A well-structured organization and consistent quality policies facilitate optimal outcomes, with industry collaboration ensuring curriculum relevance and skill alignment with labor market needs. This strategy enhances graduate competitiveness and serves as a model for addressing global educational and workforce challenges

Abstract

This study aims to examine effective Islamic education methods in improving students' spiritual intelligence. Spiritual intelligence is seen as an important dimension in the formation of a complete Islamic character and personality. This study uses a qualitative approach with a library research method, where data is obtained through a review of various literature sources in the form of books, national and international journals that are relevant to the research topic. Data analysis techniques are carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that effective Islamic education methods in improving spiritual intelligence include the exemplary method (uswah hasanah), habituation of worship, internalization of Qur'anic and hadith values, and reflective dialogue that builds students' spiritual awareness. The application of these methods in an integrated manner in the learning process is able to foster spiritual intelligence that is reflected in religious attitudes, self-awareness, social empathy, and good self-control. The conclusion of this study is that the success of developing spiritual intelligence is greatly influenced by the synergy between teacher exemplary behavior, a conducive educational environment, and a curriculum that integrates cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects in a balanced manner.
