Abstract

This field research uses the Phenomenology approach in studying the Islamic tradition of the Archipelago as a phenomenon that can be used as a basis for multicultural education. This research uses descriptive qualitative data analysis. There are seven backgrounds that make this research urgent. First, multicultural education needs to be developed in Indonesia as a nation that has a lot of diversity. Second, multicultural education developed at this time does not prioritize multicultural education based on community traditions. Third, the Islamic Archipelago tradition can be the basis of multicultural education in society. Fourth, the Nusantara Islamic Tradition in Temanggung can be used as a basis for multicultural education. Fifth, there is no such research that studies multicultural education based on Nusantara Islamic traditions in Temanggung. Next, there are five discussions which are examined in more depth. The results of this study indicate that there are 25 kinds of Nusantara Islamic traditions in Temanggung and have been studied in depth through research so that they can be used as a basis for multicultural education for people in Temanggung. The twenty five archipelago Islamic traditions include the use of the terms of prayer, tahlilan, wayang syuro month, 10 muharam grebek, interfaith nyadran, coronary corpse, tobacco season tradition, wethonan tradition, sajen tide ceremony, earth ruwat tradition, megekah nasi megono, friday pahingan, titi sedak tradition, ha ha ki ageng putih, halal bi halal interfaith, supernatural "bodo", interfaith tolerance, 7 monthly tradition, moderate yasinan, the term 'send', borehan, aboge beliefs, tradition of kupatan, seven kinds of porridge vegetables, and apeman traditions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini termasuk peneltiian lapangan dengan mengambil MI Darul Huda sebagai sumber datanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data kualitatif deskriptif. Ada lima latar belakang penilitian ini, yaitu, pertama, globalisasi telah mengharuskan peningkatan kualitas mutu Pendidikan di Indonesia. Kedua, keberhasilan dalam persaingan dunia Pendidikan saat ini sangat tergantung pada kualitas mutu Pendidikan yang dimiliki. Ketiga, diperlukannya sebuah metode peningkatan mutu Pendidikan secara terpadu dan berkelanjutan. Keempat, Total Quality Mangement merupakan salah satu metode yang efektif diterapkan dalam dunia Pendidikan. Kelima, MI Darul Huda dapat menjadi contoh penerapan Total Quality Mangement yang baik.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Total Quality Mangement di MI Darul Huda diterapkan pada lima aspek, yaitu Pelayanan Manajemen terhadap Pelanggan Internal, Pelayanan Manajemen terhadap Peserta Didik, Pelayanan Manajemen terhadap Orangtua, Pelayanan Manajemen terhadap Madrasah sebagai Sistem, dan Pelayanan Manajemen terhadap Madrasah Lanjutan.

Abstract

Isu gender menjadi sebuah topik yang akan selalu relevan dikaji, termasuk salah satunya pengkajian pendidikan Islam perspektif gender. Banyaknya Ayat dan Hadist misogenis menjadi alasan kuat isu gender selalu aktual untuk dikaji. Banyaknya Ayat dan Hadist misogenis ini menyebabkan Islam dituduh oleh “musuh Islam” sebagai agama misogenis atau pembenci wanita. Secara konseptual, jelas bahwa Islam tidak memiliki konsep mengenai bias gender, justru Islam menempatkan perempuan dalam kedudukan yang mulai dan terhormat. Tuduhan Islam Misogenis ini bisa dibantah dengan melakukan pengkajian Islam perspektif gender. Pertama, mengkaji historis praktek kesetaraan gender pada masa Rasulullah SAW. Kedua, mengkaji konsep teoritis bias gender menurut tokoh Islam. Ketiga, mengkaji ulang atau reinterpretasi Ayat dan Hadist terkait gender menggunakan perspektif gender. Hasil pengkajian menunjukan bahwa pertama, secara historis praktek kesetaraan gender sudah dilakukan pada masa Rasulullah SAW. Kedua, secara teoritis menurut para tokoh gender muslim, bias gender masih terjadi karena faktor ekternal yang secara umum berupa subyektifitas penafsir atas Ayat dan Hadist terkait gender. Ketiga, reinterpretasi Ayat dan Hadist menggunakan perspektif gender mampu menghasilkan keadilan gender bagi perempuan. Berdasarkan pembahasan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Islam bukanlah agama Misogenis seperti yang dituduhkan dari dulu sampai saat ini

Abstract

Artikel ini merupakan penelitan lapangan yang menggunakan pendekatan Fenomenologi dalam menangkap ekspresi nilai karakter yang dilakukan santri melalui kantin kejujuran. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif. Penelitian ini memiliki latar belakang sebagai berikut; pertama, evaluasi pendidikan karakter yang berlangsung saat ini masih bersifat verbalistis. Kedua, belum adanya model evaluasi pendidikan karakter yang mampu mengarah pada evaluasi hasil belajar afektif. Ketiga, diperlukan pengembangan model evaluasi pendidikan karakter yang mampu mengarah pada ranah afektif. Keempat, Pondok Pesantren Zuhriyah merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang melakukan pemanfaatan kantin kejujuran sebagai model evaluasi pendidikan karakter. Kelima, belum adanya penelitian mengenai model evaluasi pendidikan karakter di Pondok Pesantren Zuhriyah. Selanjutnya ada dua hal yang urgen untuk dikaji, yaitu; pertama, konsep teoritis evaluasi pendidikan karakter di Pondok Pesantren Zuhriyah. Kedua, pemanfaatan kantin kejujuran sebagai model evaluasi pendidikan karakter di Pondok Pesantren Zuhriyah. Konsep teoritis evaluasi pendidikan karakter di Pondok Pesantren Zuhriyah sudah sesuai dengan konsp teoritis mengenai model, pendekatan, dan langkah-langkah evaluasi pendidikan karakter menurut beberapa tokoh pendidikan karakter. Berdasarkan pemanfaatan kantin kejujuran dalam evaluasi pendidikan karakter diketahui bahwa ada selisih pembayaran uang dalam kantin kejujuran sebesar 1,41%. Kemudian berdasarkan analisis kecenderuangan (trend analysis) diketahui bahwa ada kecenderungan penurunan selisih uang pembayaran yang dilakukan oleh santri selama proses evaluasi.

Abstract

This field research uses the phenomenology approach. Islam as a moderate, humanist, and rahmatan lil amin alamin religion must be able to solve the increasing of complexity problems. This complexity can be found in the phenomenon of delaying the time of praying together in farming community of Temanggung which is be great debate in the middle community of Temanggung. The phenomenon of delaying the time of praying together in farming community of Temanggung cannot be solved just using the Fikih approach. Humanization of Fikih is urgent to be done in solving this problem, so Islam can be a solution to the community problems in Temanggung. Based on the Ijma’ Ulama, Fikih require the implementation of Azan and praying together on time, although this opinion still becomes an ikhtilaf. Based on sample of 27 mosques which were the object of this research, there are two models of delaying the time of praying together in farming community of Temanggung, namely; first, the model of delaying the time of praying Dhuhur and Ashar together. Second, the model of delaying the time of praying Ashar together. The reason for the delaying the time of praying together in farming community of Temanggung is related with factor of working. Agricultural working does not allow imam, muazin and majority men to carry out the Syari’at. Furthermore, this causing raises an agreement of delaying the time of praying together in farming community of Temanggung. Fikih humanization is carried out using a socio-economic approach, so Fikih can be accepted by Temanggung's farming community.

Abstract

Kegiatan rutin ziarah makam merupakan salah satu dari beberapa program kegiatan yang dilaksanakan di Pondok pesantren Al Hidayah Kranggan. Kegiatan ini menjadi pembiasaan yang dilakukan oleh santri dan berpengaruh terhadap tingkat spiritualitas santri. Berangkat dari kondisi tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manfaat Ziarah bagi Santri Pondok Pesantren Alhidayah Prapak Kranggan Temanggung serta dampak Ziarah bagi peningkatan kecerdasan Spiritual Santri Pondok Pesantren Alhidayah Prapak Kranggan Temanggung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa dipakai kegiatan ziarah dapat meningkatkan spiritualitas santri dilihat dari tigal aspek nilai-nilai spiritualitas, yaitu spiritual knowing, spiritual feeling dan spiritual doing. Melalui ziarah, santri memperoleh manfaat terhadap peningkatan spiritualitas meliputi santri yang sering berziarah menunjukkan sikap yang lebih mudah diatur dibandingkan dengan mereka yang jarang berziarah, berdampak positif pada kemampuan daya ingat dan hafalan santri, ziarah memberikan efek ketenangan batin yang signifikan. Selain itu, santri yang sering berziarah juga dianggap memiliki kecerdasan yang lebih tinggi. Faktor pendukung dari kegiatan ziarah ini adalah sikap antusias santri, adanya pesan atau nasihat dari para masayikh. Faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ziarah makam adalah berkaitan dengan waktu pelaksanaan.

Abstract

This community service aims to illustrate the implementation of Community Service (PKM) between Mamba'ul 'Ulum Islamic Institute Surakarta and Mojogedang Public High School, Karanganyar Regency. The main focus is on strengthening the Pancasila student profile through religious activities, particularly the celebration of the Prophet Muhammad's birthday, held on Friday, October 6, 2023. The community service method involves the active participation of students in various spiritual, academic, and social activities. The results indicate that the integration of religious values with Pancasila can shape students with balanced and integral characters. This community service provides a positive contribution to the students' development and strengthens the bond between educational institutions and the community.

Abstract

This study discusses the Theory of Multiple Intelligence in the Perspective of Islamic Education and its implementation at Salafiyah Wustho Islamic Centre Bin Baz Yogyakarta. Based on the concept of multiple intelligences developed by Howard Gardner, this research aims to explore the extent to which the theory of multiple intelligences aligns with the perspective of Islamic education. Through a qualitative method involving interviews, observations, and data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model, this study highlights the application of the theory of multiple intelligences in Islamic religious education at the institution. The findings of this research are expected to provide a deeper understanding of how the concept of multiple intelligences can enhance the effectiveness of Islamic religious education and comprehend the cognitive and emotional potentials of each individual in the context of Islamic education.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing number of husbands engaging in polygamy, which leads to problems within their households. Various issues have been identified and explored in this study, including the positive and negative impacts of polygamy on family mental health in Glondong Village, Sawo, Yogyakarta. These impacts include anxiety, anger, high emotions, paranoia, and psychosomatic disorders. Factors contributing to the occurrence of polygamy in families in Glondong Village include infertility, the husband working outside the region, chronic illness of the wife, and a lack of affection from the husband towards the wife. The research problem is focused on understanding the effects of polygamy on family mental health in Glondong Village, as well as the factors leading to polygamy in these families. The objective of the study is to identify the impact of polygamy on family mental health and the factors leading to its occurrence. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method to depict the phenomena, utilizing informants such as the village head, polygamous husbands, their wives, and neighbors. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is conducted using qualitative techniques, including data validation methods such as prolonged engagement, researcher persistence, and triangulation. The study finds that, negative impacts include hostility, lack of marital harmony, anxiety, irritability, high emotions, paranoia, and psychosomatic disorders. Factors contributing to polygamy include the husband's duty away from home, the wife's infertility or inability to bear children, chronic illness of the wife, and the husband's lack of affection towards the wife.
