Abstract

Abstract: The operation of railway station facilities prioritizes comfort, security and safety. In addition, the station also has high commercial value with commercial facilities. The role of users in commercial facilities as visitors to commercial facilities is very important. This relates to the level of comfort and satisfaction felt by visitors. This research will discuss about the performance of commercial facilities in order to get a railway station commercial facility arrangement that can adjust the level of comfort and user satisfaction. The level of comfort is indicated by the value of the visitor's perception, while the level of satisfaction is indicated by the value of visitor expectations of the railway station commercial facilities. Quantitative analysis was performed using the quadrant analysis method. The selected case studies are Bandung Station and Kiaracondong Station. The results of the analysis show that there are two important elements in the arrangement of commercial facilities for the railway station, namely disability facilities and family facilities. The results of this analysis are expected to be the basis for the planning of the railway station commercial facilities.Abstrak: Penyelenggaraan sarana transportasi kereta api sangat memprioritaskan kenyamanan, keamanan dan keselamatan operasional. Selain dari sisi pelayanan transportasi, stasiun juga memiliki nilai komersial yang tinggi dengan adanya fasilitas komersial. Peran pengguna fasilitas komersial yaitu pengunjung fasilitas komersial sangatlah penting. Hal ini berkaitan dengan tingkat kenyamanan dan kepuasan yang dirasakan oleh pengguna fasilitas komersial. Pada penelitian ini akan membahas mengenai tingkat kinerja fasilitas komersial stasiun kereta api guna mendapatkan penataan fasilitas komersial stasiun kereta api yang dapat memenuhi tingkat kenyamanan dan kepuasan pengguna. Tingkat kenyamanan ditunjukkan dengan nilai persepsi pengunjung, sedangkan tingkat kepentingan ditunjukkan mencari nilai harapan pengunjung terhadap fasilitas komersial stasiun kereta api. Analisis dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan metode analisis kuadran important performance analysis. Studi kasus yang dipilih adalah Stasiun Bandung dan Stasiun Kiaracondong. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dua elemen penting dalam penataan ini, yaitu fasilitas disabilitas dan fasilitas ibu dan anak.  Hasil analisis ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar dalam rencana penataan fasilitas komersial stasiun kereta api.

Abstract

Abstract: The usage of daylight in a room or building during the day is a wide strategy for illuminating the room naturally without artificial lighting services so that it can reduce the energy consumption of building. In addition, the use of daylight aims to enhance the quality of spatial visualization, vision health, environmental comfort, and increase the performance of user productivity in the room. This research will discourse about the amount of light get into room to identify how much the daylight can be useful and captured by human sight’s perception through a radiance simulation camera which will be translated into realistic images. This simulation is experimental-based that include two phases, namely the configuration of alternative openings and draws light according to the perception of user’s vision, then the set of radiance simulation based on scripting to generate the realistic images. Based on this simulation, the amount of daylight is influenced by source, quantity, position, area of openings and the building orientation or building. The amount of light intensity also affects the visual comfort of users who have activities in the room. The result of this simulation is to identify the room that generates daylight area and non-daylight area to decrease the artificial lighting.Abstrak: Pemanfaatan pencahayaan alami (daylight) pada sebuah ruangan dan bangunan di siang hari merupakan salah satu strategi desain untuk menerangi ruangan secara alami tanpa bantuan cahaya buatan sehingga dapat mengurangi konsumsi energi pada bangunan. Selain itu juga, permanfaatan pencahayaan alami (daylight) bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas visual dalam ruangan, kesehatan indera penglihatan, kenyamanan lingkungan dan meningkatkan produktivitas kinerja pengguna bangunan. Pada penelitian ini akan membahas mengenai besaran cahaya yang masuk ke dalam suatu ruangan untuk melihat seberapa besar pencahayaan alami yang masuk dan ditangkap dalam suatu persepsi indera penglihatan manusia melalui kamera simulasi radiance yang diwujudkan ke dalam foto realistik. Simulasi ini dilakukan dengan metode berbasis eksperimen mandiri (experimental-based) yang terdiri dua tahap, yaitu tahapan konfigurasi bentuk bukaan dan draw light berdasarkan persepsi indera penglihatan peneliti, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan simulasi radiance berbasis scripting untuk menghasilkan foto realistik. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi ini, besarnya cahaya alami yang masuk ke dalam ruangan dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, yaitu sumber bukaan, jumlah bukaan, posisi bukaan, besaran bukaan, dan orientasi ruangan atau bangunan. Besarnya intensitas cahaya yang masuk juga akan mempengaruhi kenyamanan visual bagi pengguna yang beraktivitas dalam ruangan tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini untuk melihat konfigurasi mana yang menghasilkan sebagian area daylight dan area non-daylight yang cukup merata untuk menghindari bantuan cahaya buatan.

Abstract

The Covid – 19 pandemic has been generated the biggest disruption of education teaching and learning methods at all levels of education, from kindergarten to tertiary institution. Distance learning solutions were developed as a quick response to support education continuity. At the early childhood educations, the teachers are expected to adjust quickly to create attractive and innovative learning materials to replace face-to face learning in school and to make it easier for parents who accompany her children at home. Based on those issues, and the contect of distance learning currently held by schools, this Community Services Program are carried out by designing learning material packages that can be used by the kindergarten teachers to teach thematic learning online. The theme developed in this program is expected to replace the study tour around Bandung activity which is regularly held by school every year, in the form of project based learning for kindergarten with tutorial video available. Partner involved in this community services program is Taman Firdaus Percikan Iman (TPFPI), in Ciwaruga, Parongpong, Bandung Barat. Those learning materials packages regarding the introduction of heritage building in Bandung City by through fine motor and cognitivie stimulation activities. Thus, hopefully the results of this community services program can be an alterative solution for distance learning models, not only in TPFPI but also in other kindergartens in Bandung City.

Abstract

Community Service Activities conduct to assist in the reconstruction of the Al Mujabin mosque which has been badly damaged. Abdimas plays the role of an expert who assists in coordination between the local contractor and representatives of crowdfunding foundations. The purpose of this assistance is to realize the construction of the Al Mujabin Mosque by following the Work Implementation Technical Plan both in terms of design and duration of construction time. To increase funding and time efficiency, the assistance for the construction of the Al Mujabin Mosque was carried out using a hybrid method with one site visit in the middle of the duration of the construction and assistance through Whatsapp, Zoom, and Android-based applications, namely Raken Construction Management. The use of the website and mobile-based technology is effective in assisting coordination between Abdimas, foundations, and field implementers so that the problems and quick solutions needed can be properly accommodated. The output of this community service is the completion of the construction of the Al-Mujabin Mosque in Kertajadi Village, Cidaun District, Cianjur Regency by Architects and Construction Experts following a predetermined design, both in terms of coordination, supervision, problem-solving, and timeliness construction.

Abstract

Gempa akibat pergerakan sesar Lembang dan Cimandiri menjadi ancaman serius bagi wilayah Kabupaten Bandung Barat (KBB), BPBD KBB mengidentifikasi 13 sekolah menengah atas yang berada dalam zona bahaya, termasuk SMAN 1 Padalarang. Sebagai sekolah unggulan di KBB, SMAN 1 Padalarang memiliki tanggung jawab besar untuk menjaga keamanan siswa dan sivitas akademika saat menghadapi bencana gempa. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan melalui metode pelaksanaan dengan tahapan survey dan observasi sebagai bentuk evaluasi tim terhadap keamanan struktur bangunan gedung menggunakan UPV dan Hammer Test. Penyusunan strategi pengelolaan gedung serta penataan jalur evakuasi. Kemudian dilakukan sosialisasi hasil evaluasi dan strategi yang telah disusun kepada pihak mitra beserta setiap elemennya. Hasil survey dan observasi lapangan menunjukkan permasalahan dalam mitigasi terkait desain bangunan, jalur evakuasi, dan pemahaman standar bangunan tanggap gempa yang menyulitkan strategi mitigasi. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, diusulkan kegiatan PKM untuk evaluasi, strategi, dan sosialisasi perawatan dan perbaikan gedung agar SMAN 1 Padalarang menjadi sekolah tanggap bencana.
