Abstract

Objective: To identify the effect of Ar-Rahman Murottal therapy on mothers with postpartum blues at TPMB Siti Alfiyah and Muarofah Surabaya Methods: This study used a Pre-experimental method with a One Group Pretest Posttest design approach with a total sample of 20 postpartum mothers. Sampling using consecutive sampling technique. The instrument used was the Edinburgh Post-natal Depression Scale questionnaire. Data analysis in this study used univariate analysis, bivariate analysis of cross tabulation. Resultsshowed that the magnitude of the decrease in the EDPS score of the incidence of postpartum blues before the Ar-Rahman murrotal therapy was an average of 12.65 and after the Ar-Rahman murrotal therapy was an average of 3.80 with a decrease of at least 1 and most 7. The results of the cross tabulation test showed a decrease in EPDS scores, which means that there is an effect of Ar-Rahman murrotal therapy on mothers with postpartum blues Conclusion: Ar-Rahman murrotal therapy is able to reduce the incidence of postpartum blues. Prevention of postpartum blues can be done in postpartum mothers early on with Ar Rahman Murottal therapy

Perineal wound care is an attempt to avoid perineal wound infection. Education through video media is aneducational tool that can make it easier for someone to receive information. The purpose of this study was todetermine the effect of education through video media on postpartum mothers' knowledge about perineal woundcare. The method used is Pre-Experimental Design, with the type of research one group pretest-posttest design. This research was conducted at TPMB Muarofah in January with a total sample of 55 respondents. The population of this study were all postpartum mothers who were included in the inclusion criteria using the Consecutivesampling technique. Data collection uses a questionnaire sheet. Data analysis used univariate analysis withfrequency distribution and bivariate analysis using the Wilcoxon Sign Rank test. The results of the univariateanalysis showed that of the 55 respondents before being given health education through video media, there were50 respondents who had less knowledge and after being given health education through video media, there were 48 respondents who had good knowledge. From the Wilcoxon Sign Rank test that was carried out, the results were <0.00, so it can be stated that health education through video media has an effect on the knowledge of postpartum mothers about perineal wound care at TPMB Muarofah, Surabaya City.

Abstract

This study discusses the spread of diarrhea accompanied by complications resulting in death among sufferers. It is assumed that people with diarrhea can transmit the disease to susceptible individuals. Additionally, deaths occurred due to diarrhea when treatment was not administered. Individuals who have contracted diarrhea may acquire temporary immunity and then become susceptible again. The model used is SITRS. Based on the model, disease-free equilibrium points and endemic equilibrium points are obtained. The analysis was conducted around the disease-free equilibrium point, and it was concluded that the disease-free equilibrium point is locally asymptotically stable if R0<1. Furthermore, based on the simulation results, it is shown that the model's solution tends towards a disease-free equilibrium point if R0<1. . This implies that diarrhea will disappear from the population at some point if the infection level R0<1. is met.

Methods: This research is an analytical research with a cross-sectional design. Population in this study were 92 junior high school students in grades 7 and 8 in Kediri Regency. Sampling technique used was Purposive sampling, with a sample size of 80 students. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analysis test used was the Chi-Square Test. Results: Results of the study found that 47 respondents had low knowledge levels (58.75%), and 46 respondents had poor anticipation of sexual harassment (78.0%). Bivariate analysis with Chi-Square obtained p value = 0.000 (significance t < 0.05). Conclusions: There is a relationship between the level of adolescent knowledge about sexual development (physical changes) and anticipation of the risk of sexual harassment.

Abstract

The increasing number of Covid-19 cases, especially the presence of a new Delta variant which causes a risk of severe symptoms in pregnant women, the Indonesian government has established a screening program and implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination as stated in circular letter HK.02.01/I/2007/2021. Based on preliminary studies carried out on pregnant women in the city of Surabaya, there are 90% percent of pregnant women who are still hesitant and afraid to vaccinate. One form of effort being made is the development of an application that facilitates screening and accelerates vaccination of pregnant women, namely the VMil application. The purpose of this study was to find out how the Volunteer program through the V-MiL application affects pregnant women in carrying out Covid-19. This type of research is pre-experimental with one group pre-test and post test design. The dependent variable is the respondent's participation in the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccine, while the independent variable is intervention by volunteers using the V-MiL application. The research sample for pregnant women who had not been vaccinated was 40 people using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection with questionnaires and interviews. The results of the study the majority of respondents aged 21-30 years (58%), gestational age 13-27 weeks (78%). After the intervention the respondents had good knowledge 18 (45%), lack of knowledge 22 (55%), negative attitude positive attitude 16 (40%), negative attitude 24 (60%), strong motivation 15 (38%), weak motivation 25 (63%) to vaccinate. Respondents did the Covid-19 vaccine as many as 15 (38%) and 25 (63%) respondents did not do the vaccine. Analysis using the Paired sample T test obtained a value of λ of 0.001 <0.005 which indicated that there was a significant influence on the intervention given by volunteers to the respondents. Keywords                    : Volunteers, Covid-19 Vaccines, Pregnant Women

Abstract

Introduction: Incomplete abortion is bleeding in pregnancy before 20 weeks, where some of the products of conception have come out of the uterine cavity through the cervical canal left in the decidua or placenta. Methods: This research uses a case study design. Data collection from assessment to nursing evaluation was carried out in the jasmine room of Dr Soegiri Lamongan Hospital in February 2019. Participant care at the hospital for three days”data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis uses narrative analysis based on the analysis of relevant facts and theories. Results: The assessment of the two participants was the first and second pregnancies, with gestational ages of 12 and 16 weeks, experiencing vaginal bleeding and abdominal pain. There is abdominal tenderness, a pain scale of 5, and uterine contractions on examination. The nursing diagnosis was acute pain associated with uterine contractions and fluid volume deficit related to bleeding (abortion). The evaluation was carried out for 72 hours of reduced pain. The discussion is expected that nurses provide health education about pain and incomplete abortion. Conclusions: The pain and anxiety were reduced after implementing nursing for 72 hours. The reference from this study is for nurses to provide health education related to pain in incomplete abortion.
