Abstract

Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan berdasarkan fakta dan tuntutan dari alumni sekolah kejuruan yang seharusnya siap kerja secara langsung pasca lulus. Dengan kompetitifnya lulusan dari berbagai sekolah serta terbatasnya peluang kerja di sektor formal maka faktor soft skill menjadi pilihan utama sebagai ‘bekal’alternatif. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Islam Al Amanah Salem Brebes dengan tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memperkaya wawasan wirausaha dikalangan siswa serta untuk menambah jejaring, sedangkan manfaat dari kegiatan ini adalah pihak sekolah menjadi tahu fakta soft skill pada siswa serta wirausaha apa saja yang dimiliki siswa serta tingkat keinginan siswa menjadi entreupreneuship. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukan bahwa 65% peserta dari jumlah peserta sebanyak 192 orang mengaku mau mencoba menjadi wirausaha.

Abstract

This research is related to the analysis of working hours to improve employee performance. This study aims to determine the suitability of the management of working hours for employees at the Enggal Sehat Pharmacy Majenang based on Law Number 13 of 2003 and to find out the arrangements for working hours through a gender approach. This research is a field research using a qualitative approach. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Data collection in this study was carried out by means of interviews and data analysis using descriptive analysis. The results showed that the management of working hours arrangements for employees at the Enggal Sehat Pharmacy was not in accordance with Law Number 13 of 2003, namely that each female employee gets 7 working days and 2 days off for 1 month with a length of work of 8 hours per day. Furthermore, the form of setting working hours using a gender approach is in accordance with Law Number 13 of 2003, namely the implementation of leave which should be given to female employees.

Abstract

The role of a tour leader is crucial in serving Umrah and Hajj pilgrims, acting as a spiritual guide for them. They must possess in-depth knowledge of the procedures and rules governing the performance of Umrah and Hajj rituals. This research aims to analyze the service strategies of tour leaders at PT. Impressa Media Wisata in an effort to enhance repeat orders from prospective pilgrims in the Hajj and Umrah travel industry. The research methodology employed is a qualitative approach involving interviews and observations of tour leaders, as well as an analysis of relevant documents. The research results highlight indicators of tour leader service quality, including professional attitude, up-to-date information, managerial ability, and time discipline as the main focus. PT. Impressa Media Wisata implements a service strategy that emphasizes the tour leader's patience and friendliness, which is considered a key element in creating a positive experience for prospective pilgrims. The evaluation shows that aligning strategies with positive tour leader characteristics can significantly increase the satisfaction of potential pilgrims and strengthen PT's repeat order potential. Impressa Media Wisata, provides a foundation for increasing effectiveness and attractiveness in the tourism industry.

Abstract

This research examines the role of the mutual cooperation tradition in improving the economic welfare of the Islamic community in Karangpucung Village from an Islamic economic perspective. The research introduction explains that mutual cooperation is a long-standing tradition in village communities, with significant potential to influence economic prosperity through social solidarity and collaboration. The research method used is a qualitative approach using interview techniques and in-depth observation to obtain data about mutual cooperation practices and their impact on the community's economy. The research results show that mutual cooperation significantly contributes to improving economic prosperity by strengthening social networks, increasing productivity, and facilitating a more equitable distribution of resources, which is in line with Islamic economic principles such as social justice and wealth distribution.Keywords: Mutual Cooperation, Welfare, Islamic Economics.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of ijarah financing income on total income at BMT An-Nur Muhammadiyah Cimanggu for the 2021-2024 period. This research is a field research using a descriptive-analytical method, meaning that it describes and analyzes data in the field to draw precise and accurate conclusions. The approach used is a quantitative approach. In this study the data used is secondary data in the form of financial reports per semester provided by BMT. The data collection methods are interviews, observation and documentation. The variable in this study is the independent variable in the form of ijarah financing income. While the dependent variable is the total income of BMT. The analytical tool used in this research is simple linear regression. In testing the hypothesis using the coefficient of determination, f test and t test. The results showed that the coefficient of determination (R square) or the determining coefficient was 0.999. Simultaneously, it shows that ijarah income has a significant effect on total income with a significance level of 0.000. Partially, it shows that ijarah income has a significant effect on total income with a significance level of 0.000.
