Abstract

Madrasah Aliyah Sumber Bungur Pakong Pamekasan has implemented a peer tutoring strategy in the class X Aqidah Morals subject which has an impact on student learning achievement. There are two main problems in this research. First, the effectiveness of using peer tutoring strategies can increase student achievement in the class X Aqidah Morals subject. Second, supporting and inhibiting factors in the use of peer tutoring strategies in improving student learning achievement in the class X Aqidah Akhlak subject. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The research results were obtained in the form of descriptive data. Meanwhile, the data sources for this research are Aqidah Akhlak subject teachers, and also class X students, both Mathematics and Natural Sciences and Social Sciences. The data analysis was carried out using a qualitative descriptive method, namely reducing, presenting, and verifying the data. The results of research conducted by researchers relate to the use of peer tutoring strategies in improving student learning achievement in the Aqidah Akhlak class X subject. The peer tutoring strategy selects superior, intelligent, and accomplished students to become tutors. Previously, the teacher explained the material first to the tutor so that it was easy to master the material grid when carrying out the tutorial. While tutoring activities are taking place, the teacher supervises and evaluates by giving independent assignments. The use of peer tutoring strategies in subjects in class X turned out to be very effective in improving student learning achievement. Students are more enthusiastic about improving their learning achievements and interact more easily with tutors. Its effectiveness seems to be increasing, the average score is perfect, namely 86 or A. So, the peer tutoring strategy has an effect on learning achievement, initially the score was equivalent to the KKM (Minimum Completeness Criteria) score, namely B and only part of the students mastered the material. However, after peer tutoring, the achievement exceeded the KKM, namely A. This achievement was strengthened by the even distribution of high scores among all students from each class. The supporting factors are that students are more enthusiastic about learning and have easier interactions. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor in using peer tutoring strategies is internal factors with a lack of awareness among students of the importance of the subject matter. Meanwhile, external factors include inadequate facilities and infrastructure to support the learning process.

Abstract

The problem at the heart of the research is the influence and magnitude of the influence of Aqidah Akhlaq learning on the Akhlaqul Karimah of students at MTs Al-Azhar Toket Proppo Pamekasan? This research uses a quantitative approach with analysis using the product formula formula, data confirmation is carried out through interviews, and observation. Interviews were conducted with Aqidah Akhlah teachers. The questionnaire was distributed to 56 students in grades VII, VIII and IX and used as research objects. In collecting data, both interviews, observations and distributing questionnaires went smoothly, all questions asked could be answered in accordance with the actual conditions and reality at MTs Al-Azhar so that the data collected could be used as an accurate source in writing this thesis. The results of this research show that, firstly, there is an influence of Aqidah Akhlaq learning on the Akhlaqul Karimah of students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Azhar. This is proven by the r work value of 0.75 which is greater than the r product moment table, both at the 5% significance level, namely 0.263 and 1%, namely 0.342. Second, Aqidah Akhlaq learning has quite an influence on the morals of students at MTs Al-Azhar, this is It is proven that the working r of 0.75 is in the range of 0.600 to 0.800 with a Fair interpretation. The implications of this research are: a) The importance of learning Aqidah Akhlak, b) Development of learning materials, c) Strengthening teacher training, d) Development of extracurricular activities, e) Collaboration with parents and the community.

Abstract

Tahlilan as the initial event of a person's death, continues for 7 (seven) days, up to 1000 (a thousand days). Tahlilan contains tahlil readings and others to ask for forgiveness for the deceased/deceased to Allah swt. This research is qualitative in a library research accompanied by research in the field of case studies. From this, the researcher tried to peel off this Tahlilan case study because there are two parties, pros and cons. From this, it is hoped that there are two attitudes in the form of tolerance and compromise between parties over the differentiation of attitudes from the ritual. Thus, Muslims understand each other and each party so that they continue to strengthen the unity of Muslims. Abstract

Transmission of the Tagline Bismillah Serves in Improving the Human Development Index (HDI) of Sumenep Education Policy Perspective. The location of this study, the researcher took the location or object of research on Sapudi Island, Nonggunung District, Gayam, Sakala and Pagerungan Districts, Sapeken District, and Talango. The type of research used is a qualitative research method, this research seeks to obtain information in more depth on the focus of the research. A research approach is a research plan and procedure that consists of steps based on broad assumptions as the basis for determining methods in data collection, analysis or interpretation. This approach is descriptive. The results of this study in 2018 showed that the HDI of Sumenep Regency was 0.16 points lower than that of Pamekasan. However, in 2019, the HDI of Sumenep outperformed the HDI of Pamekasan by 0.28 points. The difference between the HDI achievement of the Sumenep Regency and the HDI of Pamekasan is relatively small, namely 0.88 points in 2022. Sumenep Regency's policy can increase the level of welfare of GTT and teachers who are critical-constructive and strengthened by Education Regulations (Perbub/Perda), so that they can improve the welfare of education and get the Human Development Index. This study shows that the transmission of the tagline "Bismillah Melayani" contributes to Sumenep's HDI through education policies that are oriented towards service, equal access, and learning quality.

Abstract

Academic supervision is one of the strategic instruments in education management to improve teachers' professional competence and the quality of learning in schools. In contrast to conventional supervisory patterns that are authoritarian, academic supervision emphasizes a democratic, collaborative, and constructive approach that positions teachers as partners in the coaching process. This study aims to outline the characteristics of effective academic supervision and its relevance to improving teacher performance in madrasas. The research method used is library research by examining various sources of literature, educational regulations, and relevant previous research results. The results of the study show that effective academic supervision has main characteristics, including based on a scientific approach, based on humanist relationships, oriented towards teacher professional development, and constructive and sustainable. In addition, the clinical supervision model is one of the prominent forms of academic supervision, with stages of planning, observation, and feedback carried out dialogically. The implementation of these characteristics has an impact on increasing teachers' pedagogic competence, optimizing learning management, and forming a quality culture in the school environment. Thus, the implementation of planned, collaborative, and continuous academic supervision is the key to developing teacher professionalism and improving the quality of education in madrasas.

Abstract

This study is Aimed at the main three purposes: (1) How does the pattern of principal motivation in improving teacher performance in MI Al-Jam'iyatul Washliyah Murtajih Pademawu Pamekasan; (2) How is the performance of teachers in MI Al-Jam'iyatul Washliyah Murtajih Pademawu Pamekasan; (3) What are the factors supporting and inhibiting principal in improving teacher performance in MI Al-Jam'iyatul Washliyah Murtajih Pademawu Pamekasan. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive. Source of data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Informant is the principal and the teachers. While checking the validity of the data is done through observation extension, increased diligence in research, triangulation, peer discussions, negative case analysis and member-check. The results showed that: first, principal has performed well pattern motivation to teachers. The pattern is a pattern applied motivation intrinsic motivation and in its implementation using a democratic leadership. The pattern shown motivation to teachers is: involve teachers in any of the activities carried out in schools, giving awards to teachers, especially for teachers who demonstrate good performance, creating an atmosphere of work space, a library, and a comfortable setting school environment, safe and fun and imposing sanctions if there are teachers who violate the discipline that has been agreed. Second, the performance is quite good teachers, because teachers in implementing the tasks and obligations showed high performance, such as teaching in a timely, organized preparations to teach well, providing guidance to the students' difficulties, whether requested or not requested. To determine the performance of good teachers, principals, especially assessment of the learning process as the main program that has been set. Third, the factors that supports the democratic leadership, fostering discipline, generating motivation and giving awards to teachers who excel. Meanwhile, the limiting factor is the lack of discipline principals, facilities and inadequate infrastructure, lack of training for teachers who are less professional, and lack of teacher salaries lead teacher performance decreases.

Abstract

Design development of learning is one alternative to improve the quality of education that can be done by education practitioners for the progress and development of civilization of a nation, therefore, a teacher who serves as an agent of transfer of knowledge has a role that is very urgent in order to channel their knowledge to learners, through kapabiltas and skill, teachers are required to print a better generation that will have an impact on the advancement of a civilization. Therefore, it is necessary for every teacher to know and master the subject, purpose and characteristics of each of their students, so that the learning process runs effectively and efficiently as well as the lessons learned can be run properly and in accordance with the wishes of teachers and learners. Abstract

The implementation of boarding school activities at the education programs that is generally divided into two case both education – based boarding school and education-based schools, besides that, the education based school is also divided to formal education and non-formal education. For curriculum application, for the formal education curriculum is designed by using MORA while non-formal is designed of its own curriculum. The efforts have been made by Islamic Boarding School bettetPamekasan to face the District Education which including: 1) .Improving the educational boarding school programs maximally, both formal and non-formal education. 2). Emphasizing on the formation of behavior and characters more at the education programs. 3). Integrating Religion and public education in MiftahulUlum Islamic Boarding School. 4). Rejuvenating their education in different types of education at the boarding school. Thus, the expected results of this research can be input for the entire academic community in boarding school to face that Pamekasan is as an educational district primarily. In addition it is suggested that the implementation of education should be considered the development of student psychology, and the cost should also be considered, because there is existing BOS funds for the junior high school level, it is also an appreciation of the existence students or Islamic students have been more in the notice.

Abstract

Educational innovation aims to solve educational problems and function as novelties for a person or group (community), in an effort to achieve educational goals. In the context of Islamic education, Innovation will produce a positive thing if the practitioners of Islamic education understand some of the concepts and characteristics of Islamic education innovation. So the educational innovation models can be grouped into: 1) Invention (Invention), 2) Development (Development), 3) Diffusion (Spreading). While the characteristics of educational innovation include 1) Relative advantage, 2) Compatibility, 3) Testability, 4) Observability, 5) Complexity, Characteristics are obtained from concept maps: a) Reatif advantages, benefits, user benefits, economical, user satisfaction, b) Complexity, complexity, difficulty level, c) Compatibility, conformity with value, conformity with experience, suitability, d) Trialability, testable, moving and fact. E) Observability and so on
